We live at the end of a cul-de-sac in an old neighborhood west of the Ashley River in Charleston, South Carolina. Access to downtown Charleston is 20 minutes away and Folly beach is a 30 to 45 minute drive. We have full hook ups in our second driveway available for rent. We live at the end of a cul-de-sac and a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. We homeschool our three boys, but we will keep them quiet between 9 PM and 8 AM! There is not much room to have your awning extended. Also, make sure you have approx. 50 feet of water & sewer hose, as the electric and water are on one side, but the sewer service is in the other. Also, anything over 30' in length might be difficult to fit due to the incline of the driveway.

Such a great stay! this spot is a hidden gem. The flat gravel made RV setup easy, and the fire pit, chairs, table, and hammock were all perfect for relaxing. Also full hookup!! The river view with ducks was peaceful and really made the place special. Really easy to drive downtown and get dinner and drinks.
The host was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

This is a lovely spot in an established community close to everything while still feeling a little off the beaten path. Clean, well maintained and convenient. The canopy of old oak trees and sounds of birds and geese lends to the natural feel of the property- very relaxing. And extremely quiet at night. The second spot is across the lot giving each camper maximum privacy. Feels extremely private.

We loved staying here. It was such a fun and unique experience. We had our morning coffee while walking in the pasture, and we got to see cows and sheep grazing in the field in the evening. The marsh views were beautiful, and we loved looking at the stars at night. The donkeys came and said good morning the first day we were there. It was very clean and well kept, and it was great to watch the kids run around and play. We had no issues and left with great memories! Very generous amount of firewood. Called Linda to ask a couple of questions and she was super nice and helpful. Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely come back!

This property feels like youre actually camping in a city! They have a pond, all sorts of critters and a trampoline. When we asked our kids what their favorite part of charleston was, they all agreed on things that were on the property! The large fire bowl, picnic table and chairs are so nice, clean and comfy! They even provide firewood! This was our first hipcamp experience and we were definitely not disappointed! My husband was VERY skeptical about "camping" in somebody's driveway, but he really enjoyed himself, too!

My son and I decided on a quick trip to the Charleston area. We camped and had a great time. It was such a pleasant location. We enjoyed to birds and morning views along with the grazing livestock. We were able to put our kayaks into the creek to paddle around and fish. It was so convenient and fun. It was an awesome experience, and we hope to go back.
