Very nice and comfortable spot. Easy access to both the beach and river. Access to 3 pools was great especially the beach one. This is the first trip without any mosquito bites which is a WIN for me personally. No bugs, no noise. Just a relaxing weekend well spent. Dogs had a great time relaxing too. Anthony was a great host. We will definitely be back soon.

Loved our stay at this RV! Great beach vibes near the water where you can watch the sunrise. It was awesome to find a pet friendly rental in a great location. Very close to the beaches and parks. One was an actual dog beach too! Abigail was a perfect hostess. We truly enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach.

Great awesome resort. Very clean and lots to do there. We also loved the location. We wanted to stay an extra night and Anthony was able To accommodate us. Everything worked great at the site. Could use a little spruce up though as all the sites around are really neat but it worked out.

The resort is really lovely. Walk to the sunset on the river and the sunrise on the beach. 3 pools, hot tub, post office, laundry, all on site. Great place to ride your bike around the park. Everyone in the park was very friendly. Our only issue was poor communication which could have been avoided by providing us with another resident's contact info. Anthony was out of the country and our check in was not smooth. Keys and access card were easy, but we needed BOTH gates to open so we could drive our truck and RV through. The access card only opened one gate. Office was closed and no local contact phone number given. We got in after 45 minutes only because a food truck was coming and someone opened both gates for them and us.

We enjoyed our peaceful and relaxing stay with our pups at Forever Young Farm. Such a friendly place to visit, the hosts are so kind and welcoming. A great location with a short drive to local attractions, the Beach, and outdoor activities. A great place for a bike ride too. We had plenty of space at our site with electric, a charcoal grill, fipepit, table and chairs, and a cute little palm tree for shade for the dogos. We enjoyed hearing and watching the chickens and turkeys and a cute pig who would come by the fence to say hi to the dogs. We will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

I loved tent camping here I will definitely be back it was such a great experience and so peaceful would love to bring my kids with me next time as well as try out one of the cabins would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone! It gets really dark so you can see all of the stars it was truly stunning!

Lovely quiet spot- slept well at night, open space for satellite hookup for remote work, great location for access to space center or Canaveral Seashore! If you are not a morning person, you may be bothered by turkey and rooster crowing early in the morning. It didn’t bother me since I’m an early riser.

This is a great RV resort! The pier in the lagoon is awesome regular sightings of dolphins and manatees. The beach is not busy and less commercialized. Showers etc are all great. Highly recommend.

The spot sits in a gated community that sits between the ocean and the river with access to both. Think sunrise, sunset :) You also have access to 3 pool, a jacuzzi and pickleball courts. Although, we didn’t get to use the amenities, I believe we’d definitely would have enjoyed them… next time.

Very peaceful and beautiful property. We loved watching the pig and the Tom turkey. Plenty of space for our 36’ class A motor home, although be prepared for a small stretch of Florida dirt road before entering the property. No trouble just some might be leery of it. Our pup also enjoyed being able to play ball and be off leash. Great spot and would definitely come back. Had never been to this area of Florida, we loved it!!!

This renovated camper is beautiful. It has everything you might need and a short walk to a beautiful and quiet beach. Abigail was responsive and communicative before and throughout our stay. We did a Publix run (about a 10 minute drive) and made most of our meals in the camper and the comfortable layout left space for kitchen dance parties. My 3 year old still talks about going back to the camper! He had his own little bunk. It was perfect for our family.

A quiet place with plenty of room to park. We stayed two nights in our 31 ft travel trailer. No issues finding the entrance off the white sand road.

We loved staying at Sean and Mariana’s. They were super responsive. Note though this is somewhat primitive so be prepared with water tanks. They were kind enough to let us use a hose but the toilet is very basic. They run a pole vaulting business which is super interesting to learn about.

If you are looking for a chill vibe with old Florida charm and convenient access to the lagoon (a 5 minutes walk) or the beach (a 5 minutes drive) this is the place for you😃🚣‍♂️🌊. Sophia is very easy going and fun to be around. Her and her partner, Marshal, know all the best surfing and fishing spots. Just ask.

Our property boasts all amenities including waste disposal, water, electricity, and cable onsite (please note: there is no WiFi). Guests have access to a riverside boat ramp, 3 pools (one on the riverside, one on the beachside, and one in the middle with a spa), as well as 3 sets of tennis courts and a shuffleboard court. Additionally, there are restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities available on the resort. Perfect for RVs or fifth-wheel trailers, our concrete lot can accommodate up to a 40' Class A RV. While pets are accepted on site, they are not allowed on the beach. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, our property provides an ideal retreat for all seasons.

Hang your hammocks, lay out in the sun or moonlight, take a walk under the stars as the neighbor owls hoot, light an open fire and stay tucked away somewhere so close to the world, yet seemingly so remote. Cruise over to the beach for a surf lesson or to the river for a paddle boarding adventure (lessons and/or board rentals available). For RV and Van life folks we’ve got a 30 amp power plug (requires an extension cord) and city water hook up (BYO hose). Bring your furry friends. Our yard is not fenced so we ask that unless you have your own fence, you keep them on a leash and out of the garden! She loves gardening, and has a complete apothecary of herbs, salves and tinctures for your daily needs. Both she and her boyfriend are Native Floridians, and are more than happy to share local knowledge of their home town of Wabasso Beach. Marshall (your other host & Sophia’s other half) is an avid waterman. He is a Sailboat Captain, happy to take you cruising on the open sea or fishing for local catch, as well as a Master Carpenter with experience in plumbing, electric and mechanical handy work. He specializes in renovating small spaces such as sailboats and RVs with his attention to detail and meticulous woodwork, so you can leave not only rejuvenated, but renovated! Both of your hosts hope to give you the vacation experience of your dreams, and will support with any services they can, or by simply leaving you in peace.
