Quiet and peaceful escape. Close to several state parks, including Torreya, Three rivers, Seminole, Florida Caverns, and Lake Talaquin forest. At this time I can host 1 RV or camper with full hook ups, 3 RV sites with power, water and 1 boondock (no power/water) site but large enough for an off-grid/self-sustainable RV. I'm always happy to show folks around and share the story.
Please note: During the rainy season the grass may get a bit long at times. You can also expect to experience a wide variety of agricultural activities, outside of quiet hours of course.
Born out of a dream that started 10 years ago when I acquired 40 acres of forgotten and unmanaged rural woods. Having dug right in with the help of the Florida Forestry Service, FWC, IFAS, NRCS and a very knowledgeable private forester; we developed a conservation management plan to restore it to its native state. The neighboring land became available and happily added another 40, I've learned so much on this amazing journey. 25K pines and a great deal of sweat equity later, it is time to share and encourage others to join in on the conservation efforts and make sure it's around for future generations.

Private campsite in the middle of the city! My family and I were lucky enough to find a four acre urban forest less than two miles from FSU, the Florida Capitol and downtown Tallahassee. And just a mile from midtown! We are welcoming tent campers to come experience camping in an urban forest.
The camping area has a hot water shower and sink, and the main site (#76), is fully outfitted with fire ring, tent pad, fresh water, a picnic table and plenty of hammock trees!
The camp area has space for up to 6 tent campers and 2 cars. All sites share the shower and sink areas and a port-o-potty that is professionally cleaned weekly.
Sprinter style vans (UPDATE) - We successfully had a Sprinter Van on the site and have now started accepting booking for that style van. Due to limitations on space and clearance, we can only allow vans with a max of around 10 1/2' tall and 23' long. This is equivalent to a Sprinter 170. We can not fit RVs or extended wide bodies conversions.
Pets: Pets on leashes are allowed on the property. Guests with aggressive animals will be asked to leave.

The farm has its humble beginnings in the summer of 2015 with four acres, four goats, and four chickens. Founded on the love of animals and a passion for sustainability, we remain committed to compassionate practices and the most natural care of our land and animals as possible.
As stewards of the land and herd, we believe we have a responsibility to share nature's blessings. We offer several agritourism opportunities on the farm, from farmstays to day visits. Our primary program is to serve area youth with agricultural education and the opportunities to work with our goats. All proceeds from bookings go toward our programming.
It is our goal to create a space where our visitors can have fun and learn about the animals who share that space. We also strive to serve as a valuable resource for first time goat owners. To support that endeavor, we sell chicken eggs, specialty cottage goods, honey, and natural goat milk and honey products. We also sell raw goat milk (for pet consumption only, as per Florida law - Master Feed License #ZOO406).

My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it! Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house. So, we decided to start searching. Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach. But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January. We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month. So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway. We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale. We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it! And now, we can share it with all of you. Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends. You only live once!

This 1/2 acre private property gulf front and equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash pickup, an outdoor patio, grill and misting outdoor shower. Just bring your swimming suits you'll be set.
Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. This property is located on Cape San Blas and is right on the water (gulf side). The cape bike path you can take all the way to the state park and explore the entire cape and all it has to offer (22 mile round trip bike path). Also, check out kayaking in the bay or horse-back riding on the beach!
Salinas Park is just a stone's throw where you can enjoy picnics with the family walk out to the bay or even drive onto the beach (permit required).
The sleepy little towns of Port St. Joe and Appalachicola have so many great local restaurants and shops and you will love the laid back chill of these old Florida towns.

Approximately 1 acre of property with an area of 80x120 fenced and sitting about 80 feet off of the street, located in the eclectic little fishing community of Howard Creek. DOG FRIENDLY! You can put your boat in at the Creek landing just 5 minutes away. Howard Creek is located just 20 minutes from the St Joe Bay for saltwater fishing or access to the Gulf of Mexico, 15 minutes from the Intracoastal waterway access at White City, FL and 35 minutes from the Dead Lakes in Wewahitchka, FL.
Overall flat site partially tucked behind some trees and set back 80 feet off of the sand street. Well water hookup, septic capabilities with macerator only, electric with 30 and 50 amp at the box on the pole (approx. 100 feet from primary parking spot, depending on where you choose to park) or 30 amp at the parking spot, corner of pole barn. COLD water shower and cold water sink available. Fish cleaning station with hose. There is a pole barn on the property with our camper stored under it. You're welcome to use the remaining space under the pool barn for your leisure, approximately 20x35 ft. There's a picnic table under it, a basic food prep area with a sink, a place to put a countertop grill and a cooler. The griddle and the cooler in the photos are NOT included. Three 110 electric outlets available under pole barn. There are posts installed for shade clothes to be put up to extend the shaded area. There are 2 shade clothes there for your use. There is a fit pit on the property, bring your own wood. Be mindful of any burn bans!
We're dog people! Your dogs are welcome but must never be left out unsupervised while you're away from the property. We do have some wonderful neighbors and do not want to disturb them with excessive barking. There is a waste clean up station for your convenience, please ensure all dog waste is picked up and removed. There are dog beds under our camper and you're welcome to use them provided you care for them properly, hose them off and return them to their storage location. If your dog digs, please fill in the hole completely.
Currently a pack in pack out location. If you're staying for 3 weeks or more, we'll turn on garbage service.
There are security cameras present on the property.
This is a wonderful "Forgotten Coast" region of the Florida panhandle with so much to see and do within minutes. This resiliant area took a direct hit from Hurricane Michael in 2018 and has worked hard at recovery, with so much rebuilding and growth over the last few years.
Howard Creek is an eclectic little fishing community made up of a variety of residents from weekend fishers, summer or winter visitors and full time residents. This little golf cart community offers a small general store, a small community church, a volunteer fire department and two landings to put your boat in. They often host fishing tournaments and the occasional live music around a fire on the weekends.
Just 20 minutes from the quaint little beach town of Port Saint Joe, Florida. PSJ is known for its warm, welcoming people, old world Florida feel, dog-friendly beaches, Cape San Blas and Indian Pass. Many locally owned wonderful restaurants, bakeries and shops. It's easy to find a charter out of PSJ if you're interested in fishing! They're on Eastern Time in PSJ so don't get confused when your phones and watches bounce back and forth. If you keep driving down the coast you'll find Apalachicola just 40 minutes from our camp site. Another wonderful fishing community full of great eateries, shops and world famous for their oysters! If you leave our site and head north, you're just 35 minutes from the Dead Lakes in Wewahitchka; some gorgeous old Florida natural views and fresh water fishing; bream, large mouth bass, crappie, shellcracker and catfish.
On up the road another, just 30 minutes past Wewa and you've reached Panama City, if you're looking for the hustle and bustle of a big beach town.
Just a reminder - this is Florida and the wildlife is plentiful from snakes, birds and armadillo to alligators, raccoons and the occasional bear. Be mindful and respectful of the creatures that call this area home.
