Location is amazing! Less than 100 yards to the private boardwalk which takes you straight to the beach! The site is set up perfectly with water and electric, and the screened in porch was a welcome respite from the noseeums at dusk! We will definitely be back!

Our visit was Feb 21-21, 2025. Everything was in tip top shape. The screened in porch had just had a makeover to the bottom half with lattice work added. Fresh pine straw had been spread. No litter, dog poo, or toys left behind. We had a fabulous time thanks to Abbie's details to the place.

We enjoyed the privacy of the site and, like others, the screened room was a favorite spot for us and our dog. The beach was wide and beautiful and a nice walk to get there. The site was just as described. If you are looking for a private beach getaway in your RV, this is a great stop!

This is an idyllic rv spot. The site is extremely close to a very private beach next to an undeveloped stretch of beachfront. The site is easy to back into and has a very nice screened porch and fire pit. It was very quiet when we were there in January. Highly recommend

This spot is very private and has everything one needs to camp in a camper. The site is clean and well kept and very very quiet. You cannot hear any road noise at all. Nice owl calls/hoots when we were there. There are houses around the site (not super close) but the lot next to it is open, which makes it seem very private. Great for dogs and the screen enclosure is lovely to escape the few bugs we had in the evenings. Easy walk to the beach and nice walk along the road to the boardwalk on the bay.

Step back in time and disconnect on this private, .25 acre fenced in lot, directly across from Fisherman's Landing in the secluded Howard Creek Community. Has 2 full hook up sites and both have 30 and 50 amp service. Come alone or bring a friend with their RV. Water is serviced from a private well. If you are not familiar with well water, make sure to bring your bottled water for drinking. Cell phone service is very spotty and there's no WiFi. But walk across the street to the upper landing store and they might allow you to access their WiFi. Take a short walk or drive down the road and there's good Verizon service. RV sites are graveled and there is a fire pit avaibable. Please do NOT use the stacked wood on site. You must bring your own. PLEASE do not throw or burn garbage in pit. At this time I can host 1 RV or camper with full hook ups, 3 RV sites with power, water and 1 boondock (no power/water) site but large enough for an off-grid/self-sustainable RV. I'm always happy to show folks around and share the story. Please note: During the rainy season the grass may get a bit long at times. You can also expect to experience a wide variety of agricultural activities, outside of quiet hours of course. Born out of a dream that started 10 years ago when I acquired 40 acres of forgotten and unmanaged rural woods. Having dug right in with the help of the Florida Forestry Service, FWC, IFAS, NRCS and a very knowledgeable private forester; we developed a conservation management plan to restore it to its native state. The neighboring land became available and happily added another 40, I've learned so much on this amazing journey. 25K pines and a great deal of sweat equity later, it is time to share and encourage others to join in on the conservation efforts and make sure it's around for future generations.
