We are located 3 minutes from Sarasota Bay and 15 minutes from Ana Maria Island! Come and go as you please! Safe and welcoming neighborhood.

This place have excellent location, minutes to the beach, boardwalk,bars and restaurants. In place is everything what's we need 30/50 amp hook up, shower, space for resting. Very recommended!!!

Kelli’s land truly exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most was how peaceful and spacious everything felt. The little house and the entire property have beautiful details that reflect so much love in every corner. Each outdoor space welcomed me with a deep sense of peace, connection to nature, and the silence I was looking for.
Kelli was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. And the fresh eggs she brought us were absolutely delicious.
If you’re seeking a serene, nature-filled place with a thoughtful and caring host, this is the perfect spot.

Weekend Trip to N N Farms
We had a fantastic time staying at this lovely tony house as our base for a weekend of camping and adventures. We loved that we could enjoy the wilderness during the day and return to exactly what we needed to relax after a long day outdoors. A wonderful firepit and beautiful sunsets.
The property was clean, comfortable, and the host Kelli was easy to communicate with. Lots of privacy. We had a blast feeding the goats in the property. I would highly recommend staying here. I surely will be on my next trip to Arcadia!

Amazing property! This type of old costal Florida is becoming difficult to experience specifically in the area of the site. Wonderfully wildlife viewing, birds of all types especially sea/costal birds. Kayaking and fishing are world class as good as it gets anywhere along the gulf. The host is super nice and easy going. We enjoyed spending time and talking with him. You will not see many sites like this.

We were honored to be Foster’s first guests. He was an interesting and charming host. The camping site is next to his house, which is on stilts and he allows guests to use the second floor, which has great views across the marshes. The property itself is very isolated and peaceful. There is a waterfront park to launch kayaks about a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed our time here. The property itself is a work in progress so there is some work to be done, but you don’t see it when you are looking out over the marshes. There is a Walmart and other shops a few mins away. We would recommend and will be back soon

The location for this hipcamp couldn’t be better. Short 3 block walk to beach!! It was a bit tight for our 8’ wide trailer so we couldn’t let out our awning and really make it homey like we normally would but worth it for the proximity to the beach

Joshua is quickly responsive and worked to make our stay very nice! The area in Madeira Beach is recovering from Hurricane Milton and we were happy to support the beach cities as they recover and beckon the visitors to return! This house is an easy walk to the beach which is beautiful! Debris at his home has been removed and all utilities function. Thanks Joshua - we will be back!
