An unincorporated community in Boulder County, Eldora’s mountains attract winter skiers and year-round campers. Travel north to Rocky Mountain National Park to view wildlife and visit Holzwarth Historic Site, Chasm Lake, and Twin Sisters. Head south to Golden Gate Canyon State Park to hike, bike, or horseback ride through the park—look out for glimpses of moose, bighorn sheep, and other wildlife.
