There are many popular and diverse activity sites less than an hour away. Come escape the hustle and bustle of home, and enjoy the beauty of nature and our loving animals.
We offer both tent and RV listings to suit however you like to travel. We have a hot shower, bathroom, picnic tables, potable water, and trash and recycle bins. Our RV listing has both 20 and 30 amp electrical hookup but no water or sewer hookups.
Our guests love us too! "We had an amazing time here! Diane is so sweet and showed us all of their beautiful friendly animals and plants when we arrived and even offered fresh goat milk and a plant starter! The land was gorgeous and we got to watch adorable goats from our tent. One of my favorite camping experiences ever!"

Treehouse Magic sits on an 80-acre horse ranch 6476 feet above Sea level (+ 20 feet for the treehouse!!) Built by hand, with love, and a little help from our friends over a 4-year period. Treehouse Magic is built around PAL an over 80+-year-old Ponderosa Pine.
This wonderful space is magical in every way! Only 300 sq. feet with an almost 1100 sq. foot deck, including the covered gnome room. The upstairs bedroom is a full mattress (14" gel mattress). There is also a fold-out couch to sleep 1. The main level couch will fold down and become another bed platform. We provide a CordaRoys transformable chair, that unzips and becomes the bed topper (plus extra sheets, blankets and pillows). Some of the kid guests like to sleep in the Gnome room in the "pop-up" tent and cots (during the Summer months). We provide a "smart movie projector" with built-in ROKU, for a movie night...The outdoor kitchen includes a PitBoss pellet smoker/grill, and propane griddle. The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a Nature's Head composting toilet... (a little tutorial is needed) a sink and a trough step-in tub/shower with rain head. Wifi- Roku on inside TV as well or just the calm of beautiful nature!
Please note: This is a real treehouse!! Running water will be turned off from Nov-April (except for warm days and we can turn on for a short time). We will be sure you have plenty of potable water for drinking and using.

We have almost 40 acres of beautiful land that is scattered trees in a field and more forested areas. We also have mountain views depending on where you stay! We are right next door to the Pineries Open Space which is a 9 mile trail that you can hike, bike, or horse ride on. It also connects (by crossing a road) to Section 16 which is another 4 mile trail. You can bring your own horses and for a $50 fee we will set up corral panels for your horses to stay. We have farm animals that will be wondering about the land at times. We have water up at our home that you can use to fill up your campers with water or any water containers you need to fill. The park, that you would have a gate to walk through that connects to our property, has a vault toilet. At certain times we offer farm experiences at additional charges. There is a small corner store a couple of miles away, a local feed store where you can buy hay for tour horses, a little local coffee shop and small cafe as well. Come enjoy the country life just minutes from town!
Because we also use our land to graze our animals, we ask that only one vehicle be parked at the site at a time. We have a place for parking additional vehicles if you have more than 1 vehicle.

We are campers ourselves so, we get it! If you're someone who loves camping, glamping or pitching a tent and need a place, we are here for you! We are just 5.4 miles from the NEW Ford Amphitheatre venue. 3 miles from our NEW grocery store. We are on the property ourselves. We are right off a main road with easy access to town, yet you will feel you are in the woods surrounded by nature. We don't have hookups but we do have a water pump and a basic electrical outlet if you need. There's a large firepit that you're welcome to use if there isn't a fire ban in place. We began this venture in 2012 by purchasing 35 acres overlooking a 7000 acre homestead that was sold to a developer who is selling acreage from 35 - 500 acre parcels. We are located on the beautiful eastern plains of Colorado southeast of Denver. Rolling hills dotted with Ponderosa pines that encourage wildlife to settle in. Pikes Peak, Longs Peak and Mount Evans are all visible on clear days. We have 35 acres and raised alpaca’s until recently, chickens, cats and dogs as well as a large garden. We are totally off grid and enjoy life in the home my husband built using trees he cut down and milled on his sawmill. We lived on the property in a 400sq ft cottage while building the house. We have numerous camping spots available in a small grove of Ponderosa Pines or on the plains if you want a clear view of the stars at night! A rustic outhouse is available close by as is a water hydrant. Parking is available close by.
We added the Bijou Tree House to our options a couple years ago! It is a one room cabin (sleeps 2on a queen size built in bed) with an incredible picture window that frames Pikes Peak beautifully. It is nestle among some old Ponderosa Pines; sports a cute but tiny wood burning stove; bar table in front of the window; deck with seating and a propane camp chef 2 burner stove. A hammock is available for use and private outhouse just a few feet away.
We love sharing our story, our home and the beautiful place God has gifted us with people from all over the world and hope to host you as well. Come Camp and relax. Watch and listen to the birds; the deer and antelope really do play here. Just this morning two little fawns were chasing each other through the gully. We are blessed with beautiful sunrises and sunsets; stars at night and an added bonus is our Farm Store where we showcase products made from our alpaca's, and trees my husband has cut down... !

It was easy to find, easy to pull in and out, and had plenty of room for big rigs. We had to unhook to be level, but that was not a big deal. The animals are incredible! Our kids loved visiting them. It was a great stop for an overnight on our way out west. Very friendly hosts. I would definitely stay there again on my way through.

We absolutely loved camping here! We met Natalie and her husband and they are both so kind. A beautiful drive in. Each site has its own natural beauty lots to explore, good vibes, fire pit, picnic table and privacy from one another. There’s also an outhouse at the top on the hill if needed. We camped at site 2 with our dogs and watched a beautiful sunset! We are definitely pinning to come back here in the future— highly recommend camping here!

What a great location! Not too far from Sedalia if you forget something, and far enough to see stars at night. Beautiful mornings with some potential elk, maybe bobcats and tons of birds. It does get warm in the sun, bring shade or plan to visit the not to far south Platte river for tubing, canoeing, or beach sitting like we did. The porta potty and direct delivery of fire wood were great! Plenty of space to stretch out and have yard games. The little tables and chairs were a bonus for cooking and hanging out around the fire pit.

I cannot recommend this land enough!! Not only was the view absolutely beautiful, but Stephanie was so kind and accommodating. She let us upgrade to the large cottage when we only booked the Site One campsite for no charge — simply because she wanted see us enjoy it. The accommodation was incredibly clean, had all of the utilities we needed, and it was truly the best experience. 100% book here and we WILL be coming back!

This space was perfect for what we needed. It was nice to be close to the town but also felt like we were actually camping. Our camper fit great in the space provided and the pull through made it easy to maneuver. The host was easy to work with and so helpful. She went out of her way to recommend things to do in Colorado Springs! She was lovely. Highly recommend!
In case you can’t tell, the owner’s house is very close, and there is a small cabin they rent out as well. The fire-pit is a communal space. There was no other campers using her land when we visited so it felt like our own, I am not sure I would have liked it as much if there were other random campers hanging out around the fire-pit roasting marshmallows with my family and I.

This was EXACTLY the weekend getaway I was hoping for with my 2 kiddos. The setup was simple yet had all the little amenities you'd need to make it a super easy packing trip. The yurt tent itself was perfect for the 3 of us. There was a cot and mattress pad for my boys, we just brought their sleeping bags, pillow, and blanket. The queen mattress was comfortable and even had a heated feature which was lovely! There was a small fridge/cooler, charge station, hot water pot, Keurig coffee, and a large water pitcher that lasted us all weekend. Outside the tent there were chairs, a table, a propane gas fit pit for roasting marshmallows, and a tree hammock which my boys loved. Right next to the tent was a dry bathroom that was interesting to use but worked fine for our needs. Nice to have something close. Waking up to the sounds of birds was so relaxing. We took a walk around the property and got to say hello to all the different animals. 10mins away is Elizabeth with a Safeway and some restaurants and 20mins away is Parker with a larger plethora of food options. George and Candice were gracious and responsive hosts who do great work for these animals. I cannot recommend their glamping site enough for anyone who wants a stress free experience out in nature!

Sarah was able to accommodate us with two long trailers at the Chestnut site. We parked facing out to make leaving an easy straight shot out. Level and grassy with a pretty view of the infield pond and trees. The night sounds of the pond were lovely, frogs, an owl and surprisingly a loon. We were attending a nearby driving event with our miniature horses, and they happily stabled overnight in the horse trailer. You will have to negotiate two right angle turns at the entrance, but if you are familiar with driving a long rig you will manage. We had a 31' bumper pull and a 30' gooseneck.
