This Quaint Cabin is located on 3 acres of beautiful towering Ponderosa Pines, just 15 minutes East of 1-25, and off of a main road for easy access. The wildlife, blue skies, pines, and fresh mountain air allows the perfect Mountain escape. We are just 5.4 miles from the NEW Ford Amphitheatre. Skip the big, pricey hotel and consider our memorable cabin instead! Just 4 miles from our NEW grocery store. Enjoy 3 large hiking and biking trails, all within 3 miles from the property. La Foret Conference center is just across the street. If you need simple amenities, a comfortable bed, and a clean space, you will be happy here. Sleeps 2 people comfortably. The Cabin is just 10 feet from our home. While there is no showering facilities, there is hot water. There are showering facilities just 15 minutes away at a local travel center. Hot and cold water, a coffee pot, skillet, fridge, freezer and microwave are in the cabin. Outhouse is located just feet from the cabin. We really enjoyed our stay at the Cottage Cabin! Very clean, amazingly quiet and in a beautiful setting. Proximity to the Victor and Cripple Creek area made our sightseeing excursions more enjoyable.

Jeff's property is spectacular. This is the third time we have stayed at one of his properties and each time we have had a memorable time! It is very secluded, directions to the property are great, and everything is as advertised. The mattresses were more comfortable than expected for a place in the woods. It is so nice to be off the grid but also have a roof over your head and not have to worry about your tent getting wet if it rains. There is a lot to explore. We will absolutely be back!
