Camping here is low activity experience as in there is hiking up in the National Forest or just hanging out in your camp site, or bring your camera, notebook and binoculars, or road bike.
When you come to camp here you are on a farm in transition. Girlfarm has been a local food go to for restaurants, farm family members, and regenerative agriculture interests. Today, the farm is looking forward to a new course in agri tourism as we begin planning walking gardens, art installations in the landscape, and interactive classes.

Coppercreek Camp is located in Plumas County 10 minutes from Lake Almanor, the Feather River, and Round Valley Lake. We are an hour from Lassen National Park.
Picnic by our ponds, play in our sandpit volleyball court, relax in a hammock, watch your kids put on a show at our amphitheater, and watch the sunset over Keddie Peak. The frogs and crickets will sing you to sleep. Ask us how to access our trails and other ponds.
Our bunk cabins are rustic with electricity, windows and locking doors, and each cabin has different bed accommodations. Please bring all of your own bedding and sleeping bags. Some of the cabins have heat/AC.
We have tent sites available with picnic tables and can accommodate dry-camping RVs. We are still working on installing RV hook-ups.
May through October there is a bath and shower house with hot water and flush toilets. Propane fire pits are available for rent. We have an ice machine on in the summer months located by our Main Lodge.
The winters are cold and snowy, spring and fall are ideal with warm sunny days and cool, crisp nights, and the summer has warm evenings and hot days. There is plenty of shade with large pine, cedar and oak trees and open sunny space in the meadow. Coppercreek Camp is your perfect mountain getaway for the whole family!
Please note: The Dixie fire burned our town of Greenville in August 2021. There is ongoing repair work in the local area, a lot of burned forest, but still many beautiful sites to see. Much of our property burned, but we are rebuilding and have beautiful green trees with plenty of shade. All of our pictures on HipCamp are post-fire and up-to-date. Please come and support our special town as we rebuild!
The town of Greenville is located about 5 minutes from our property and offers a grocery store, Dollar General, gas station with mini mart, and wonderful food trucks. Grab the best quesadillas and drinks from the Way Baby or delicious coffee and breakfast from The Valley Grind.

Tiny home nestled in Tahoe National forest . This little gem is on an acre of land surrounded by national forest land. Close enough to Lake Tahoe but away from the chaos.
Host lives on property with 4 year old German shepherd. I typically leave for the weekend, however i will probably be there if booking during the week (Ill be gone most of the day though) . There are 4 neighbors but their properties are not visible, feels very private. Please be respectful of the neighbors property, they all have cameras :)
The front of the property where the cabin is located there will be some highway noise being close to highway 20 , especially during a busy weekend.

•Full sized futon downstairs, no bedding provided please bring your own if planning on using the futon.

The Sierra Sol Camp project has been hosting community events and friend gathering for years. We take great pride in extending a warm and welcoming space for all our visitors and extending the invitation to campers was a great next step.
We have listings ranging from yurts to shipping containers, an old water tower converted to a vintage trailer and canvas tents.
We are based in between the middle fork of the Yuba river right where it meets up with Oregon Creek. If you like a long walk it is 2.5 miles down the dirt road to Oregon Creek and the middle fork of the Yuba. Driving takes 5 to 10 mins. The other direction is the largest lake in our county Bullards Bar Reservoir and Emerald Cove Marina. We are 1 mile down Marysville Rd. from a launch called dark day. There is a trailhead at the top of overflow boat parking for a public swimming hole on the lake.
On our property, we have a main house with its own private facilities such as a kitchen, shower, and bath. On the land, we have 9 total unique cabin and canvas tent structures converted into boutique-like campsites. We have an epic outdoor entertaining kitchen and patio with an outdoor pizza oven and a little dog rinse behind the outdoor shower. The bathhouse is right across the way and provides a private but shared guest shower house, tub and sink.
Like anywhere in the woods there is an hour at sunset when you may have mosquitoes down near the sites in the spring and some of the summers depending on the year. We have a natural spray for that or fans in the kitchen. Off the path, you may find poison oak in the thick of the woods. So please stay on the marked trails.

To make your stay more comfortable, we suggest bringing along some additional beach towels, as the towels provided are meant for use only within the cabin. Pet Policy
All our cabins and seasonal RV sites are pet friendly and we allow up to two dogs per reservation. We ask that they stay off the furniture (beds, sofas etc.) and are not left in the rental unattended. We love dogs, but sadly won’t be able to accommodate heavily shedding pets that aren’t house trained. Additionally, our insurance will not allow "aggressive breeds" that include any mix of: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Sheppard.
Please pick up after your pup and use a leash when at the camp. Thank you in advance for your consideration and help in keeping our camp a mellow and enjoyable place for everyone.

Adam has a very nice piece of land, it is a perfect setting for what he has done with it. You get a bit of everything the deep forest to open prairies. The cabins are very rustic, I only saw inside of the Geronimo, however the others appear to be equal in quality. I absolutely loved the group cabins beautiful! ( from the outside of course) If you enjoy just unplugging and being in nature this is where to go. Make sure you do bring bug repellent. Thank you, Adam for sharing your land, with individuals like myself who just need a break from the hustle and bustle.

5 nights at Coppercreek Camp
Peaceful and tranquil. Really love this place. Easy 10 minute drive to Lake Almanor. The cabins are rustic and minimal but have comfortable beds, a coffee machine, and air conditioning. Their a good step above tent camping. The weather is warm and sunny with a pleasant afternoon breeze and cool nights There is a beautiful creek on the property near enough to walk or drive but far enough away to avoid any pests. It is a very charming location set in a majestic pine forest. There are showers and running water restrooms and wash rooms with one private shower bath restroom. There is a large kitchen facility for group use.

This was the perfect place for me and my family to explore Nevada City. The Yuba is 5 mins away and great restaurants are 8 mins down the road. The Yurt was perfect. Comfortable for our family of 4 + dog.

We loved staying in Pearl! She came equipped with everything we needed. The area is so beautiful and it was really lovely to be surrounded by so much quiet over the 4th of July weekend, something my dog really appreciated as well. Kelley was so helpful and accommodating and we are so glad to have found her space. We will be back!

Weekend Trip to Coppercreek Camp
Getting there was simple and the directions were clear. The Oasis Cabin was clean and neat. It was also well insulated to sound. Bring your sleeping bag or a blanket. These are just simple pads on small bed frames. The cabin had power, light, an A/C unit, a coat rack, and chairs on the deck.

Our birthday weekend getaway was everything we could have hoped for. My partner and I were looking for a peaceful escape that felt completely secluded from the rest of the world, and this place exceeded every expectation.
We brought our two dogs, and they had the best time exploring and playing in the creek—they absolutely loved every minute of our stay. Dan did an incredible job making the space feel cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together.
To make the trip even more unforgettable, my partner proposed on our very first day there, making this beautiful place one we’ll always cherish. The directions were incredibly easy to follow, and the rock lookout was such a fun bonus with amazing views.
The outhouse was surprisingly clean and comfortable, and bathing in the creek was one of our favorite experiences. The cold water was such a refreshing shock and left us feeling completely rejuvenated afterward.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better weekend and can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you, Dan, for creating such a special getaway—we’ll always remember it.

David has an eye for what Glampers want. A home away from home feel. (Shower, WiFi, electricity, an air cooler machine, and a heater if needed, and so much more). I also felt safe. Your dog feels like they are home. Very comfortable. Loved the location. The pictures posted are exactly what you will get. 😊

Sierra sol was just what we needed to relax with all the comforts of home, but be surrounded by nature. We took our 10 month old twins here for their first glamping experience and it went so well I think we will return again this summer! Perfect combination of whimsy and peaceful.

What an absolutely amazing place this is. I can’t recommend this spot enough. The yurt is spectacular and the property is off the hooks! I am reluctant to leave a review because I wanna book this place again and not compete with y’all.
We were a group of 5, three adults and two teens. Four fit easily in the yurt. I slept on the porch the first night, but rain drove me into the yurt on the second night. We all fit comfortably, no problem at all.
We all walked to the carnivorous plant botanical garden and were absolutely blown away. So beautiful. The hike was a bit harder than I thought it would be, but definitely worth it.
After a nice lunch at the picnic table, we all walked down to the local swimming hole. It was absolutely spectacular. We had the whole place to ourselves. The water was perfect and my son had a great time looking for crawdads.
We went into Quincy for dinner on Saturday night. The brewery was hopping and had good food, beer, and vibes. We were trying to watch the World Cup, but they didn’t have TVs. We caught the game on my friend’s phone.
When we got back, we realized that one of the kids accidentally locked the door to the yurt. It was close to 9 PM, but when we texted the hosts, Keith promptly helped us out. He is such a kind person. He was not only helpful, but also uplifting, making sure we were all OK in a sticky situation. He got us in pretty quickly and I am so grateful for his attentiveness.

On a side note, the rooms with the grey doors next to the restroom are rooms with sinks to wash your hands. Took us a minute to figure out

Stayed here with a group of six and we really enjoyed! Shower was hot and clean and Lori/Lucky were super responsive anytime we needed drinking water or anything else. The quiet out in the woods is unbelievable and the Yurt is centrally located to a lot of Plumas county hikes/lakes. We went to the Sierra buttes and Bucks lake which were both incredible. There are also plenty of deck chairs and a picnic table so you don’t need to bring a folding table or camp chairs. Overall would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had the best time at Dan's semi-glamping spot! I took my 10 and 12 year old boys. It was so easy to arrive late on Friday and have most everything set up. The site is secluded, right on a creek with small swimming holes. The boys caught a ton of crawdads and had a great time on the SUPs at Lake Davis, which is a short 10min drive away. We'll be back with their mom!
