We are conveniently located off of US 101, therefore there may be some freeway noise, during commute hours especially. It has become like white noise to me, but it is only fair to mention it. We offer full hookups which consists of 50 amp & 110 volt electrical outlets, potable water, sewage dump. We also have one pigtail available (with a refundable deposit) if needed to convert 50 amp to 30 amp. We also have one place in the middle of our big vineyards with a 30 amp and water only. No sewer. Our sites are located one mile from Healdsburg plaza, the heart of Sonoma County Wine Country. Our town offers amazing wineries, fantastic restaurants, and quaint shops. It is an excellent place for wine lovers. There is a pre-prohibition winery right across the road called Foppiano. There are many other fabulous wineries are nearby. Ask the host for discount passes or complimentary tasting cards for some of the local wineries. We are in an excellent location for outdoor adventurers. There are plenty of hiking trails near by as well as bike rental shops for those who enjoy trekking, and even a couple of rafting places right here on the Russian River. We are close to places like Armstrong Woods, Safari West, Getaway Adventures, The Sonoma County Fairgrounds which hosts the Summer Country Concerts among other events, Harmony Festival, Santa Rosa Full Camp; Half Marathons Camp; 5K, Sonoma Zip-line Adventures, and Much More! Directions were excellent and contact/communication were great. The spot is clearly marked and conveniently had water, power and a trash bin for use. I had an issue with the power/extension cord initially. Let the host know and I believe it was fixed later at night. It wasn’t a huge issue as my solar battery had enough power for making coffee and using microwave in the morning. My heater worked off regular battery. The location is convenient to get to downtown, which I did. It was all lit up for the Plaza lighting that evening. So fun!

Only 3 sites on the property, but each is spaced so you are not too close to the other. I was able to walk among the fruit trees and check out the sites. I liked it so much that I stayed an extra day. Can't wait to come again in the spring. Joseph was cutting branches, so I was able to meet him, and the dogs came to greet us as well! Very relaxed and friendly environment. Thank you for everything you do to make a nice stay.

It was a terrific location to try out our new camper for the first time. We were happily greeted by the owner's two dogs when we arrived and we were not bothered by anyone during our stay. The other two sites are discreetly tucked away and we felt as if we were completely alone during our three nights there.

Beautiful sites surrounded by an old apple orchard. Very quiet, close to Occidental (5 min by car) and only 20 minutes to the coast. No bathrooms. Minimal running water. You need to bring your own (rv best, or potty arrangement). Owner has 2 friendly dogs. They WILL visit you. Our large dog enjoyed them but if your dog(s) is not social, you could have issues. We will definitely return. We are fully set up to camp off the grid.
