This is a must hangout spot during the evenings for many guests before they hike back up to the campsite to retire for the night. There is also a portable toilet at the barn for guest convenience. Moon Crest Valley Ranch is located less than 10 minutes from the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay and 15 minutes from scenic Main Street Half Moon Bay. We are also only 1/2 mile away from the Purisima Creek Redwoods Preserve Trailhead that has an additional 30+ miles of gorgeous trails to explore. Bring your hiking shoes or bike!

Welcome to Wise Oak Farm, a unique tiny house compound on 5 acres located between Santa Rosa and Sebastopol. The stay area consists of four buildings, the main one being a super cozy tiny house built on a 16' trailer, filled with custom woodwork and unique details. It sleeps up to four and has a kitchen (sink, microwave/oven, mini fridge, and propane stove) and small dining area. Immediately adjacent is a luxury "outhouse" with full sized hot shower and a composting toilet. There is an additional converted farm shed with a pull out couch and TV to relax comfortably indoors (the "rec room"). The outdoor area consists of a breakfast patio and large barn with couches and dining table. We are just starting to develop the property as a working farm. Currently we have a dozen chickens, 30+ fruit trees, and cows pasturing in the main field. The location is fantastic for exploring the area. In the middle of wine country, it's only a thirty minute drive to the coast or to the redwoods, and one hour from San Francisco. Plus easy access to the bike path leading to both Santa Rosa and Sebastopol. Weather issues: The tiny house has heating but no AC, which is not normally an issue unless daytime temperatures are in the mid 90s or higher. Summer nighttime temps are usually in the 50s and the space cools rapidly with windows open. The rec room has both heating and AC, which can be slept in in the case of extreme temperatures. In the winter, heavy rainfall can make the stay unpleasant as you need to move outside frequently between buildings.

Nice cozy tiny house. Would have liked to look around the property a little, but it was raining. Nice location, we hit Ramen Gaijin, the Ole Red Farmstand, Mom’s Apple Pie, and of course BurtoNZ in Windsor for some meat pies

Adorable and cozy tiny home, very clean and comfortable, and comfy beds! The surrounding farmland is peaceful and quiet, highly recommended!

They seemed super friendly and curious. Very secure though so I wasn’t concerned about walking my pups past them to the restroom

Weekend Trip to The Ranch at Cross Road

The space was wide open and flat with perfect ground for tent camping. It was a bit hard to find a spot in the dark so highly suggest planning to set up before dusk, but there were a few light posts present. Check in and check out was simple, fast, and requires no human interaction. Area seems very safe - even more so with the fancy high tech gate system into the ranch - and the nearby downtown area is fancy. The restroom/shower room was clean but can be a bit of a walk from the camp sites, so plan accordingly. Morning dew made it so that your socks are likely to get wet making it to the restroom!

I enjoy staying at the Cross Roads in Livermore. Thee are many sites to choose from. The bathroom showers and facility are very clean with plenty of hot water. Real close to some great golfing and bike riding I recommend it to all

We recently spent a day at this amazing campsite and it was an absolute treat! The host was super flexible and welcoming, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The common area was perfectly set up with a pergola for shade, games, and firepits—a great spot to relax, play, and just hang out. The outdoor kitchen with a grill and grass pit was incredible and made food prep so much fun. Even the bathroom facilities were clean and well-equipped, which was a nice touch for the evening. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel cozy, fun, and effortless. Perfect spot for a evening getaway with friends or family - we’ll definitely be back!
