Patient Feather Ranch is a beautiful 40 acre ranch located in Raymond California. We are one hour from Yosemite National Park South gate. 15 minutes from Hensley lake and 45 minutes from Bass Lake. We love this place so we decided to share it with others. Our Bell tent sleeps 3. It is equipped with a small portable toilet, sink, and shower. Here you can relax and watch the mini horses, alpaca, llamas and many more beautiful ranch animals. You can listen to Wonkey the donkey bray, the drumming of emu and wild coyote in the distance. We have camped here before and this time we got a small cabin. Everything was wonderful just keep in mind these are mini cabins. Everything was very peaceful in our stay the only thing i would say is that the small cabin we stayed in had a very strong odor, like wet wood it also felt humid there was no ventilation in the restroom so definitely made the whole place humid when showering. Everything obviously feels old just needs a few updates, but besides that staff is super friendly, the club house is so fun!

Weekend Trip to 3R Ranch Retreat w/ Wifi

Samir was a great host— the rv was perfectly stocked with heat, a clean kitchen, warm linens and towels. It was a close location to the park and a great stay for a weekend. I did not recognize that the water heater was controlled by the gas and you must turn it on/off outside as well as inside. So pro tip!

What a treasure! We stayed here during a conference at the monastery and plan on coming back whenever we are in the area. Spencer was very accommodating and respectful. The yurt was cozy - although it was freezing overnight the heater kept things bearable. The environs were peaceful and relaxing.

Weekend Trip to Delilah Ridge Winery

Delilah Winery and Camp is such a beautiful and unique spot to stay! My husband and I only booked one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. Our trailer, the bathrooms, and the kitchenette were clean and well stocked! It was a chilly evening but the electric heater that Kirsten provided was plenty to cut the chill. In the morning we really enjoyed the unique planters, fish, gift shop, very friendly cat Bobbi, and the coffee shop that was only a 5 min walk away. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Staying at Samir's RV was super simple & easy! The beds were comfy, shower & kitchen were adequate, and the fireplace was a really cool addition. I especially appreciated being close to the Sequoia National Park entrance! There wasn't very stable wifi/service in the RV, but that was absolutely fine with me. I enjoyed being relatively off the grid for a couple days. Check-in & check-out for my stay were contactless so we never actually met, but Samir was awesomely accommodating & refunded my unused sauna session add-ons after check-out. Thanks!

Loved spending the night here with a couple friends! It’s a perfect, cozy spot to spend a night or two while exploring the national parks and local mountains. If you’re looking for something easier than camping or setting up your own campsite, but still has the feel of being outdoors, this is it! The heater works great, water gets hot (wifi does not reach the trailer however, and cell reception ranges from decent to absolutely nonexistent- but if you really need to use a phone, the wifi works great closer to the house). The coffee was such a perk in the morning! Thanks so much!

Weekend Trip to Camp ikigai Animal Sanctuary 501c3

Camp Ikigai is amazing! I booked the birdhouse cabin and have no complaints. The outdoor shower was my favorite especially using it during the night! It has hot water and soap. I think there was a meteor shower because we saw about 20 shooting stars in like an hour. The camp has such an amazing view of the night sky, i havent seen that many stars in so long. In the morning we were able to sit outside and watch the horses. It was very peaceful, I will definitely be visiting again

A wonderful place to leave the city and soak up life on a sanctuary. Matt appreciates those campers who want to share the space kindly and enjoy the outdoors with intention. This space also provides so much to both novice and lifelong campers and is great for animal-loving children too. Don’t just visit to sleep and hike, make sure you spend time in community too!
