Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
Soak up the RV "camping" lifestyle in this private countryside farm. Take a dip in the pool, have a campfire, or sit out and enjoy the sunset and stars. The RV is located in its own private “campsite” on our 3 acre property. We are surrounded by other country farms with horses, goats, donkeys, chickens, etc. If you are up early enough in the morning, you might see a gray fox family that live on our property. Sasquatch has also been spotted down the Sasquatch trail at the back of the property. You are only about 5 minutes from town and restaurants. You will be camping and able to enjoy the private area outside the RV. Feel free to roam around the property and take in the scenery. Fire up the BBQ (Traeger & Blackstone Grill), play some cornhole, and enjoy the pool! The owner lives in the main house and is available 24/7 to make your stay awesome. The RV has all the amenities you will need and is located near Yosemite, Kings, and Sequoia National Parks. Take in the views of the Sierra Mountain Range on the horizon above our pasture. The RV has a full sized pull out sofa bed, a dinette that converts into a full sized bed, and a separate bedroom with a queen size memory foam mattress. A TV and free Wifi are included. Guest access: Guests have access to the area all around the RV and the backyard of the home. They also have access to the swimming pool and cabana near the pool. (No one under 18 without adult present)(Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard!) Other things to note: This would be a great spot for traveling nurses or tourists to stay and see the national parks. The is no traffic or crime out here here in the country. Uber and Lyft are available - we are a short drive to Clovis or Fresno.

Take in the views of the Sierra Mountain Range on the horizon above our pasture. The RV has two double bunk beds and a separate bedroom with a queen-size memory foam mattress. A smart TV and free Wifi are included. Guest access: Guests have access to the area all around the RV and the backyard. They also have access to the swimming pool and cabana near the pool. (No one under 18 without an adult present)(Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard!) OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: This would be a great spot for traveling nurses or tourists to stay and see the national parks. Very safe and secure location. There is no traffic or crime out here in the country. Uber and Lyft are available - we are a short drive to Clovis or Fresno. We also have another RV for rent on the property. It is called Clovis Country RV Camper #2 and is also pet friendly. TOILET: Please DO NOT flush any of the following: Baby wipes (even “flushable wipes” - they’re not flushable in an RV), tampons, pads, napkins, paper towels, diapers, etc. You MAY NOT use your own toilet paper. The only toilet paper allowed is the provided RV toilet paper. ***a fee of $100 will be charged for flushing any if the above items and clogging the tank. To keep unpleasant toilet odors at bay, leave an inch of water in the toilet bowl. To add water to the bowl, push the pedal down halfway. Other things that help with toilet odors: flushing quickly and using the ceiling vent fan. HOT WATER: Near the door is a switch labeled "water heater". Turn on about 15 minutes prior to using hot water. Please turn OFF when not planning on using hot water in the near future. ***The water heater is only a few gallons, so showers must be short. It's suggested that you get wet, pause the flow of water using the valve on the shower head, lather up, then turn the flow of water back on to rinse off. AIR CONDITIONING: On the wall next to the bunk beds is a thermostat. Click the "on/off" button until the green light is on "cool". Please keep temp at the preset 75 degrees. (Turn off when leaving for the day on an adventure or exiting the property upon checkout.) Video instructions for how to use the thermostat: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B09AqR1dzPo HEATING: Please DO NOT use the "furnace" on the AC thermostat. It uses too much propane. Instead, use the electric heater located in the cabinet below the bunk beds. (It is set out during the winter.) This will keep the RV very warm. PLEASE ONLY PLUG THE SPACE HEATER INTO THE OUTLET ABOVE THE SILVERWARE DRAWER. Please don't plug it into any other outlets. (Turn off when leaving for the day on an adventure or exiting the property upon checkout.) APPLIANCES: Please do NOT use the following items at the same time as the RV is only equipped with 30 AMP service: AC, heater, microwave, coffee pot or hair dryer (one at a time please). If you blow a fuse, please contact me to reset. OVEN LIGHTING: To light the oven, you'll need to light the pilot light. To do so, turn the far right knob to "Pilot" and hold it in while inserting a lighter/match into the oven. After the pilot light is lit, continue to hold the "Pilot" knob for 5-10 seconds. Then let go and turn the knob to the desired temperature. Here's a video to help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MMaBwLyNjdI There are ABSOLUTELY NO open flames allowed inside the camper (candles, sage, cigarettes, etc.) There will be a $250 fee assessed if it is discovered that there was an open flame of any kind inside the camper. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside the camper. Make sure cigarette butts are fully extinguished and disposed of in the fire pit. Please do not store or smoke Marijuana in the RV. It has a strong odor that is difficult to remove. If Marijuana odor has to be removed, there will be a $75 fee for the extra cleaning that is required. PETS: Please do not leave your pets unattended in the RV at any time. Be responsible for any damages your pet may cause to the RV. Please pick up any pet messes. OUTDOOR LIGHTS: The outdoor lights are controlled by a controller on a yard stake stuck in the ground just behind the trash can. You can set it for the number of hours you'd like the lights to be on after sunset, or you can manually turn them on or off. FIRE PIT: Please only burn in the designated fire pit and out in the rocks. Do NOT burn under the carport. POOL: Guests also have access to the swimming pool and cabana near the pool. *No one under 18 without adult present.* **Please remove all toys from pool after swimming. The pool equipment runs at night and gets clogged with items left in the pool.** ***No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.*** ****No glass in pool area.**** BACKYARD TRAEGER BBQ/SMOKER: To start the Traeger, turn it on, open the lid, and turn the dial to “smoke”. When smoke starts to emerge, close the lid and set to the desired temperature. When the temperature screen reads the desired temperature, put your food on. When done using the Traeger, please turn it to "shut down cycle" and leave the lid open. If you are in need of more pellets for the hopper (located on the left side of the grill), there are pellets on the ground near the BBQ. BACKYARD PIT BOSS GRIDDLE: To start the griddle, turn the knob on the propane tank to start the flow of propane. Then turn the knobs to start the burners and press the "ignite" button. Please DO NOT use metal utensils on the griddle. Use the nylon utensils provided. When you are done using the griddle, please turn off the burners and propane and wipe the griddle down with wet paper towels. SUNSCREEN: Please apply sunscreen outside of the trailer. Sunscreen causes the carbon monoxide alarm to go off. **If the trailer requires excessive cleaning upon your departure, you will be charged an increased cleaning fee.** ***DO NOT touch the smoke detectors - tampering with or disabling smoke detectors will result in a $25 fee being assessed*** ****If you live in Fresno or Madera County or have 0 reviews, you will need PRIOR approval for your stay.****
