We are in Three Rivers - the southern Ash Mountain gateway to the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Our town has some wonderfully unique restaurants, creative shops and even a delicious brewery with seating next to the River! Our hillside property has great Mountain View’s and the driveway turns directly off of Sierra drive, four miles past the town center (3R post office) and just 2 miles from the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks entrance. There’s even a convenience store a quarter mile away! It's conveniently located and easy to find! You can (seasonally) hear the tranqual sounds, or all out roar of the flowing Kaweah river from across the street. Sorry, there is NO river access from this campsite. You can go to Slick Rock Recreation area, Lake Kaweah or into the parks to swim, boat, fish and more. Lake Kaweah is about 8 miles away. You drive around it after you top the hill entering Three Rivers. My wife Elizabeth and I bought our log home in 2015 and we have been dreaming and adding here ever since! Our dog Chance chases all the fun wildlife off of our property. In addition to deer, we have seen fox, bob cats, an Ocelot, too many coyotes, wild turkeys and bear crossing an animal highway along our upper hillside property line. Hawks, hummingbirds, quail, blue birds, woodpeckers and yellow bellied finches are regularly seen here as well. We have had turkey families coming through frequently recently! Owls have been heard; but not seen. We love our country home and mountain views, and look forward to sharing them with you!

Camp in the country with beautiful sunsets, sunrises, and night sky. A & M Ranch (40 acres) is located 10 min north of Fresno and near Hwy 41 which leads to the mountains. Many travelers stop here on their way to the national parks (Yosemite, Kings Canyon, Sequoia). We are also close to hiking trails, lakes, Sierra mountains, wineries, farmers' markets, and casinos. When you arrive, you will see our four alpacas in their pen, a mini donkey, two Nigerian dwarf goats, and maybe a few cats. We have designated spots for Tent camping, although if you'd like another spot let us know. Each site is listed separately. We are listed on other platforms, so there may be other guests here. Marta also has a shop if you are interested in refurbished items or alpaca products. We are not a day camp, so if you stay a few nights, we expect you to be out most of the day. You may hear coyotes at night, and see lots of squirrels and wild bunnies. Be careful of squirrel holes. *** If we do not respond right away and give approval, it is because sometimes our schedule changes. We usually respond WITHIN the week of your stay. We generally do not accept reservations more than 3 months ahead of time. Since we also travel, sometime we have unexpected family visits.

Large multi level paver patio and campground style grill. There is a level area for Cornhole or Bocce ball. Fire pit and wood available when fire danger is not imminent. 23' Airstream may be available for rent as well at an additional cost. Airstream is 2 people max. Pets are welcome but unfortunately we cannot allow pets in the airstream. There is also a large fenced dog run for your pet to play and hang out. No on site dump or restrooms. The RV is located in its own private “campsite” on our 3 acre property. We are surrounded by other country farms with horses, goats, donkeys, chickens, etc. If you are up early enough in the morning, you might see a gray fox family that live on our property. Sasquatch has also been spotted down the Sasquatch trail at the back of the property. You are only about 5 minutes from town and restaurants. You will be camping and able to enjoy the private area outside the RV. Feel free to roam around the property and take in the scenery. Fire up the BBQ (Traeger & Blackstone Grill), play some cornhole, and enjoy the pool! The owner lives in the main house and is available 24/7 to make your stay awesome. The RV has all the amenities you will need and is located near Yosemite, Kings, and Sequoia National Parks. Take in the views of the Sierra Mountain Range on the horizon above our pasture. The RV has a full sized pull out sofa bed, a dinette that converts into a full sized bed, and a separate bedroom with a queen size memory foam mattress. A TV and free Wifi are included. Guest access: Guests have access to the area all around the RV and the backyard of the home. They also have access to the swimming pool and cabana near the pool. (No one under 18 without adult present)(Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard!) Other things to note: This would be a great spot for traveling nurses or tourists to stay and see the national parks. The is no traffic or crime out here here in the country. Uber and Lyft are available - we are a short drive to Clovis or Fresno.

Loved spending the night here with a couple friends! It’s a perfect, cozy spot to spend a night or two while exploring the national parks and local mountains. If you’re looking for something easier than camping or setting up your own campsite, but still has the feel of being outdoors, this is it! The heater works great, water gets hot (wifi does not reach the trailer however, and cell reception ranges from decent to absolutely nonexistent- but if you really need to use a phone, the wifi works great closer to the house). The coffee was such a perk in the morning! Thanks so much!

The camp site is beautiful and set up for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The space also has amazing views of the stars at night. Our host was very kind and helpful. We got in late and Steven came out to greet us and then helped us navigate our trailer into the camp space in the dark. Our family had a great time and we would definitely recommend this site to other campers.

Brewster was an amazing host! It was our first time using Hipcamp and we will definitely be using it again. The instructions to get to the location were very clear. It is extremely close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park, about 5 miles. The campsite was clean and exactly as advertised (yay for a flushing toilet!). If you are single and traveling, or just looking for a close spot to the park, this is the spot for you! Thanks Brewster!
