All of our sites are fenced in, and have many, many cool amenities such as fire pits, sinks with fresh, pure water, table with 4 chairs, gas grills and lounge chairs/porch swing. Our property in a 160-acre neighborhood surrounded by open desert state lands. In our sustainable community/neighborhood are like minded, peaceful people who are as connected to and respectful of the land as we are. Dirt road is great for walking, some parts of the year people pass through for birding. Some people come to check out the area to potentially move to the area and some only come for the winters. We also have a short little nature trail that we made ourselves. We are 30 minutes south of Tucson, 25 minute drive away from Madera Canyon/Coronado National Forest for some great hiking and bird watching! No light pollution so you can see the stars good at night. Remember the term sky island. Here in southeastern Arizona and southwestern New Mexico, mountains seemingly come out of nowhere to dominate an otherwise flat landscape. Discover the five distinct areas of this national forest, all of which have their own sky islands. Start your wanderings at Sabino Canyon. Steep rock cliffs and unique desert vegetation follow Sabino Creek, which maintains water year-round. Keep a sharp eye out for desert wildlife adapted for high heat and low humidity. Gila monsters may sun themselves on rocks, while bobcats sip from the creek's water. Discover Miller Peak, the highest peak in the Huachuca Mountains. Wilderness surrounding the area comprises vertical cliffs and deep canyons. Follow an 11.5-mile, moderately hard trail to the top of the mountain. We (Tim and Victoria) moved out to our place in the desert in February 2008 along with our many plants. We have continued to grow our little farm of 6 acres to what it is today, which includes an orchard with about 50 fruit and nut trees and enclosed garden/greenhouse structures with veggies and herbs that are protected from wildlife and the elements. We have a seasonally heated pool with 3/4 wraparound deck and amazing views of the Tucson Mountains. We have a basketball court, a ping pong table, cornhole court as well for recreation. Our Beach site has a domed 'chill zone' with heaters in the winter, comfortable chairs for relaxation and a great spot to let your dog hang out unleashed. Our Prickly Pear site has a pull through for campers and RVs. Our RV site has 30 amp electric and black water dump station. All of our sites are fenced in, and have many, many cool amenities such as fire pits, sinks with fresh, pure water, table with 4 chairs, gas grills and lounge chairs/porch swing. Our property in a 160-acre neighborhood surrounded by open desert state lands. This property is at the base of the Mule Mountains with views looking over the San Pedro River to the Huachuca Mountains, the lights of Sierra Vista and San Pedro Mexico. It's two miles away from the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area, a popular trailhead for birdwatchers, hikers, and mountain bikers. It's just a 30 minute drive to Old Bisbee, a historic mining town with a vibrant music and art scene. Also within a half hour drive, you can reach the Coronado National Monument, or Miller Canyon. There is excellent cell coverage from Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T And... if you happen to fly a paramotor, you hit the jackpot. Just next to the camping spot, there is a landing zone. If you want to fly here, please get familiar with the local airspace. The riparian area has a 2000' requested minimum altitude. West of the river is restricted airspace and the boarder defense zone starts just six miles to the South. Heading to the North, then East, you are all clear. It's best to fly when the wind is coming from the West or South.

We came late the first night and Michaelette and her husband were so kind to help us back up into the space. Although the space was a little cramped, we had everything we needed. The full hookups were great, the shade was wonderful, and the almost daily gifts of fresh citrus were much appreciated. We also enjoyed the proximity of businesses and shopping and restaurants nearby. Thanks so much!

Karls'a place is a patch of heaven! The detail and thought she has placed into this property if second to none. We arrived early in the day (her early in the day check-in time is a realy nice plus) and we got settled in pretty quick. It was lovely spending time with the animals such a relaxing atmosphere. We thought we had seen it all, then night was upon us and Karla's property was that of magic. It was stunning, the lights and beauty, honeslty at every turn on the property. Not to mention the amazing AZ night sky! Karla has stunning attention to detail and her heart has been placed into this patch of heaven in Southern AZ! I would highly recommend this Hipcamp, a truly amazing place to stay!

Our 30' rig fit perfectly in this spot & plenty of room parked nicely next to our friends. Amenities were perfect and a bit of surprise. Didn't think an outside shower would be anything special. Maybe my new favorite place on earth?! Secluded campsite with views of the sunrise and sunset, lots of space to wander. Quiet! Debi took the time to show us how to get to the site and showed us the ropes. She even got her teenage son to bring us a big tub of firewood. Deacon stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. Above and beyond hosts for the truly one of a kind private campsite.

Just what we needed for a quick overnight while visiting Bisbee. Roy was very nice, and got us settled in our site. Be aware there are a lot of barking dogs in close proximity. Not a problem in van/camper, but felt like it would have put my dogs on edge if we were in a tent. Watch out for Google Maps. It recommended the southern route frolm Bisbee, which had a lot of dirt and gravel roads. Northern route is much easier and more straightforward.

We spend 12 days it was super convenient to walk to the store and restaurants, right behind us there was great dog walk plus well know bird watching sanctuary. Outside showers are awesome idea ! Clean toilet and laundry makes for this rustic perfect place to camp with your rv. Manager was very nice and helpful! If you looking for place where you can do hiking , walking or gravel cycling right out of the camp this is for you !
