We’re can accommodate guests for up to three weeks and unable to offer monthly rates. We welcome families with up to two children. Pets are welcome, two or less, and we have a designated pet area for their use. There are two nice sitting areas, a laundry shed with washer, dryer, and drying rack. Internet access is also available.

Our site has a paved level concrete pad with 50 amp service, water, and septic. RVs are required to come with empty holding tanks because of the septic system. Our site is close to Costco, Starbucks, local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mall. There is nearby mountain biking, hiking, and site seeing. Absolutely loved staying here. Easy parking. I'm new at driving a motorhome and I was able to back in just fine here with my 40 foot class C. The place was perfect for us to feel like the space was our own. There was a laundry area available for our use. I enjoyed not being in a crowded rv park and was able to relax more and let our dog hang out more freely. Recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Bill and Colleen’s HH Ranch is a wonderful place to stay! We were very happy with the space for our rig… it was great to have the entire property fenced so our pup didn’t have to be leashed. She also had 3 doggie friends to play with. The pool was a welcome addition, we used it a couple of days while the temperature reached the 90’s! We can’t wait to return!

The campsite is beautiful, private, and peaceful. There is only one site and it is hundreds of feet to nearby homes, including the owner’s. About the only thing I heard is occasional traffic on the private dirt road that leads to the property and dead ends a few homes beyond. The site itself is large. The hookups are in excellent condition, with trash and recycling cans on site. The electrical is a single 30-amp. So, you’d need an adapter for 20 or 50 amp plugs. Bob and Cindy are very available by text or email. I expect to return!

Site is bordered by a road as mentioned in other reviews, it’s a quiet neighborhood access road with a low speed limit- a handful of cars came and went during typical hours, was not disruptive at all to our stay.

We loved Julie’s spot. It’s a beautiful desert level campsite on the foothills of a nature preserve. Shopping is also convenient. We could sit in the evenings and watch planes approach Gateway airport over the mountain and listen to the horses moving and nickering nearby. Julie is a great host and we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Tammii's property. The space was very nice, clean, and spacious, and was a great location for exploring the Phoenix area. The laundry was also a fantastic touch (especially for us traveling with young kids). Tammii and her family were all so welcoming and kind, and we really couldn't have asked for a better stay! We'd highly recommend for anyone traveling to the Phoenix area.

The property was a little sanctuary oasis in an otherwise residential area, which surprised us when we first arrived as we thought it was more remote, but it really feels that way when you’re inside the property. Lots of beautiful shady citrus trees and flowery bushes. Our kids enjoyed the lawn area, swing, pool and play area so much, we didn’t do much else during our stay in Tucson besides enjoy right where we were. Also enjoyed walking the dirts roads and the Mountain View.

Very comfortable place to stay. Kevin and Tammii are wonderful hosts. For being within the city limits, it was a very quiet neighborhood. Everything about the site was perfect.
