Beautiful place overlooking the western sky for a perfect sunset! Host was very easy to work with and very responsive, would recommend to friends and anyone looking for a private space.

This was my first time camping and I do have to say it was phenomenal. the houses that were around were not too close, so it felt very private. Being my first time camping I did enjoy being able to hear people in the far far distance, actually made me feel more safe quite. A few coyotes being vocal throughout the night and local residents dogs were barking randomly which I did enjoy hearing different kinds of dogs barking. Truly felt comfortable and absolutely love the open view of the mountains. the Sunset was absolutely gorgeous would absolutely recommend!!!

The spot was really nice, well set up! It is someone's front yard though. You're in a neighborhood. There's a small amount of privacy, but the neighbors' living room window looks directly at the site from across the street. It really didn't feel safe to me at all. I suppose it would be ok in a camper, but very open to the neighborhood and not at all secluded.

Such a beautiful spot. So quiet and peaceful. Lots of birds. We heard coyotes every night. Saw bunnies daily. And even had a visit from 2 javelinas and a lesser horned lizard!
It was exactly what we wanted.

This was a last minute find and we made it just in time for the beautiful sunset. There was more than enough space that made us feel like it was our own! There were only 2 chairs, and 4 would have been nice, but we laid out our blanket and all was well. The potable water and dump was just a bonus! Would definitely recommend.

This place is amazing! Off the beaten path, peaceful, best night sleep in a long time! We were there for just one night so having the Ramada with table, chairs and fire pit already set up was nice. Bonus: facing west, the sunset was spectacular! Looking forward to hopefully returning on our next roadtrip!

The site is very neat and planned out. The owner clearly takes a lot of pride in this property. We were able to get in and out with our 26’ trailer without issue but not sure you can manage with a larger trailer. Close to store and gas if needed. Check out Catalina State Park.

Nice, safe site with 2 water hookups, one on each side of the space. One septic dump also. Fairly level site. We towed a converted 6x12 enclosed trailer and wouldn’t bring anything much larger due to tight turns, loose gravel, steep hill, and ruts in road. The neighbors directly beside this site leave their driveway at a high rate of speed at the base of the hill and spin their tires all the way up the hill, causing the vehicles front end to hop and dig large ruts like waves all the way up the hill. An Amazon van got stuck one night at the base of the hill due to the ruts. Luckily they did grate it the day before we checked out. Didn’t see the host at all as stated in the reservation that we would meet her upon check in. The site is not numbered anywhere so we just had to guess we were in the correct spot. Luckily Google Maps led us directly to it. Javelina and coyotes were everywhere which was pretty cool :). Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to the proper high clearance vehicle with preferably 4WD, and nothing longer than around 20’.

The location was great and by some wonderful hiking trails. It was a lot less private than other sites we've stayed at simply because there are many houses in the neighborhood, but the site had everything we needed, was clean, and had wonderful views of the area.

Quiet and safe spot for an overnight stay. Potable water is available if needed, which can be a plus for travelers. We enjoyed some birdwatching before a beautiful sunset. This location served its purpose for a restful night after a long day of travel.

We enjoyed our stay here. The site has a beautiful view and is very well set up. The fire pit, seating area, water and dump station were welcome amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a cute spot high above the valley, overlooking Tucson. Complete with a little ramada and available water, it made for a pleasant stop. I would suggest posting the address at the site, as well as a sign on the road above. Type in the entire address to find the correct property. The link sent me to the wrong camp.

Nice spot, felt private, quiet and peaceful. Tent camped and really appreciated the gazebo/ table/ chairs. Didn’t build a fire, but the fire pit was a nice amenity. Overall, terrific site!

Tranquility at Its Best! Great sunset and sunrise and bird haven. I loved camping on Epiphany's private land! Septic and water hook up worked beautifully. A few minutes to several restaurants, food take out, gas station and grocery store. Loved staying at Freedom in The Catalina's. Will be back soon!

This was a great spot to stay. The property is out of the way yet accessible. We pulled in and got set up easily. We spoke to the host briefly on arrival. The septic and water were appreciated. You are somewhat close to other neighbors, but the property feels private and we enjoyed a quiet stay. We have a 30’ trailer and it was easy to get in and out but I do recommend a spotter and go slow approach. I did have to back up a couple of times to get out. Thanks for the hospitality.

Location, location, location. The site felt secluded and private despite homes a hundred yards in every direction. Lots of quail, hawks and desert birds, and rabbits foraging around the site. Sunset and sunrise were spectacular. Will return on our next trip to Tucson.

Beautiful sunsets, pretty quiet and somewhat secluded. Nice to have water and dump. Super close to trails which was great! It was a little hard to find, type in the address into your mapping program instead of following hip camps link.

The view was great. Loved having the water/sewer available. The road was navigable with several tight turns but ok for our 20 foot camper. We did not see our host, so can't comment there, but we really loved the privacy of the spot and the Ramada. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our time at Epiphany’s Hipcamp. Quiet, lovely views and lots of birds. We have a truck and 17’ trailer, and it was easy enough to get in and out of the site.

Very quiet and private, fantastic views. I'd recommend max trailer length of about 25 ft, there's a very tight turn to get out. Site is nice and level, has nice sitting area with chairs.

This is an excellent spot and exceeded our expectations. Water and sewer were provided. There is no electricity available. We pulled a 26ft travel trailer onto the site with little effort. The last part of the road to the site is dirt with a few bumps but nothing that concerned us. It is a pull through site with plenty of room and is level. Leaving the site can be tricky. There is a tight right turn as you leave the site onto the dirt road. It’s up hill with some erosion on the side of the road. It’s not a game changer but we needed four wheel drive to navigate the ditch. Travel trailers longer than 26ft might experience some issues on this turn. Anything shorter than 26ft should have no issues at all. We had good cell service and data. We also connected easily to our WiFi hotspot. The hosts were very responsive and the site had been freshly raked and prepared for us on arrival. this camp spot has an awesome view and is worth staying at We will stay here again for sure.
