Sites are behind a gated entry, on the other end of 40 acres from the main property which makes this location feel like you are dry camping in the scenic desert. The land is natural and flat, lending the area to great views of the surrounding mountains once you are setup. The sites were a bit too close but understandable given they've run full hookups to every site. Electric was solid, water pressure was plentiful, and no issues with the sewer connection. This made our 7 night stay very enjoyable, having the freedom of city water and easy dumping... with the scenery, quiet, and calm of dry camping way out in the desert. Anthony and his wife were great hosts, met us when we arrived and showed us to our site... then we didn't see them for a few days until someone else arrived.

My partner Teirza and I (plus our two chihuahuas) had a fantastic stay here. Jorgiana was an incredible host, and both she and the property owner were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The site was clean, ready for us, and perfectly set up. You’re surrounded by saguaros the second you step outside, and there are great bike trails just minutes away. The views are absolutely stunning—sunrise and sunset both felt like something out of a painting. And if you head downtown, do yourself a favor and grab the best hot dog ever at Ruiz’s. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. We’d definitely come back.

Do you love being in the middle of nowhere surrounded by Saguaro, Prickly Pear, Barrel, and Jumping Charro cacti, watching gorgeous sunsets, and star-gazing at night, listening to the white winged doves, cactus wren, Gila woodpeckers, Gambel’s quail and the cry of coyotes? Then this place is for you. Full hookups! Our 40ft motorhome had plenty of room. Saguaro Nat. Park entrances (E&W) are close by as is Mount Lemmon. Lots of hiking trails. Tucson is close enough, lots of shopping, groceries & restaurants. We can’t say enough good things about this place. The road in is dirt, gravel, & a bit of asphalt. It is worn, bumpy & washboarded, but take your time and it’s no problem and well worth the effort. We can’t wait to visit again.

This is a hidden gem for those who appreciate natural beauty and a peaceful atmosphere. Surrounded by desert cactus and framed by gorgeous mountain views, it offers a scenic and relaxing experience. It is reasonably private. Full hookups work great. The only downside is the access road, which is fairly rough and may be a bit challenging for larger rigs—so it’s best to take it slow on the way in. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy the desert in comfort and quiet.

Wow what a beautiful and peaceful location! Full hookup right against the Saguaro National Park. What more could you ask for. Dirt road to get in that has a bit of washboard. We had no problem in 32 foot A class. This will now be our go to spot in the Tucson area.

Peaceful and quiet with beautiful views of the city below at night, yet close access to the Interstate and everything else Tuscon has to offer. Jorgiana is a great host. So appreciate her sharing her beautiful property with us, and allowing us to bring our dogs as well. We would love to come back next winter, but understandably, the property is already booked. While we are on the outskirts of Tucson, we are not completely remote. We have carved our sites out of the natural layout of the desert. There are many kinds of cactus in our area in addition to the magnificent Saguaro, and uneven areas when walking. We keep it as natural as possible. We have a small "Mercantile" on property. This is our office, but we also have items you may have forgotten, and souvenirs made by local artists. Also available is firewood, and ice is for sale for your convenience. We have a small Laundry Shack (two washers, two dryers) 2.00 wash/2.00 dry. You'll need cash for these things, we do not take any other form of payment at this time. Camp Saguaro is tobacco-free. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites. I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you. This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff. I have WiFi and great cell service here. You MUST arrive by dark unless arrangements are made in advance. I will greet you and show you around. I close my gates at dark. Once you are here you may come and go as you please. I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10. Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. There is a breakfast room with clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available for your use. Lots of local birds visit daily. You are welcome to visit and pet my horses and donkeys!
