Lucinda features all the comforts of home snugly assembled in one cozy room. Great for a quick stop, weekend stay, or fun alternative place to have a break. Lucinda has a toaster, tea kettle, pots, cast-iron pan, and all your basic kitchen needs. Feel free to use the stove-top to heat something up or call in a meal with SkipTheDishes or DoorDash. In need of a coffee fix? If you are feeling organic, help yourself to local whole beans, or we have ground coffee for a speedier option. Savour it in genuine vintage Denby stoneware! Enjoy our comfortable mattress, pillows, and high-quality linens. Towels, toiletries, and a clothes steamer are provided for your convenience. You can adjust the thermostat to your liking, and the MaxxFan air vent works like an A/C on summer nights to keep you comfortable. Lucinda has a small table for meals or working on your laptop. The bed is a small full-size bed and can accommodate one adult or two slender adults who like to be close together 😉. You can stretch out comfortably at a length of 6’3”. Due to the size of the trailer, it may not be suitable for children. There is not currently a TV, but you will have access to WiFi, so be sure to bring your laptop to cuddle up and watch your favorite shows or movies in bed! The bathroom is, frankly, a fairy-sized wet room – Lucinda is economical like that. It will give you a decent shower though and we provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The toilet is flushable, and we provide RV toilet paper that is made specifically for our RV plumbing system. The water heater works well and heats up pretty quickly. However, it is a standard RV water heater which means you'll have about 5-6 minutes of hot water until it heats up again. The shower head has a stop button to control water usage while you are showering. Lastly, please do not be surprised that Lucinda is small; she is small. However, we find her to be a comfortable resting place. -Guest access- You may use the outdoor areas located directly outside of the RV but please respect the area around the adjacent private residence as off limits.

Our lake belongs to the beavers and ducks more than the humans. It’s an amazing place to watch, while swimming is best done at the river, a 5min drive away or half hour walk. A hike through the woods affords many opportunities to discover secret spots carved out of the wilderness with private views of the lake and surrounding properties. The rare wildlife around includes bobcats, bears, cougars, deer, elk and the occasional wolf. Ermine, rabbits and grouse are also common sightings. We have 2 dogs and appreciate a chance to introduce them to your dogs so they understand you’re authorized visitors, once you’ve settled in and your animals are comfortable. Thank you for your understanding! While there is a fire ban on it is ok to bring a propane stove or a propane fire pit, but we ask you let us know about it so we can help you site it safely and we can bring you watering cans to have on hand. getting below freezing temperatures We are 8 minutes north east of PRINCETON BC, or an hour south of Aspen Grove BC. Define ourselves as a Christian couple and a rabbit farm, that would like to share our area with people who enjoy getting into the forest. We do not have dogs, cats or other outside pets so we frequently see deer grazing on our landings. Our property is located 28 Km off the main Hwy 5A on a highways maintained gravel road, some potholes exist! Though we have 3 camping options to choose from, we will block off 2 so whomever books first has the entire site to themselves- and can make check in and check out times flexible. Camping options are a larger 24 ' Rv for families or groups that sleeps up to 6/ a smaller 22' RV trailer for singles or couples sleeps 3. In addition to the RV we have on grid and an off grid areas for tenting, your RV's or van-life if preferred. Our driveway climbs up 100 meters off Summers Cr Rd and is quite secluded. The camping area is like a triangle- a narrow driveway over our creek that opens to a landing 100 feet long and 50 feet wide at the opposite end. Beyond the landing we are all hills and valleys with LOTS of rocky areas to explore, the terrain is uneven so bring sturdy hiking boots. Our small Hidden Creek runs through the property and you can hear it at night. We have also developed 2 hiking trails -one 3 km and one 9 km, both follow our creek to the top of our mountain- that you can explore independently or join a guided hike. After your hike enjoy a soak in our mineral filled hot tub- yet please no soaps or shampoos- hot tubs are not like a Jacuzzi. A Jacuzzi might tolerate such chemicals and just fill up with fun bubbles, but hot tubs are different. The motors and filters might get clogged and ruin the tub. We fill the tub with spring water from our creek and we only add Epson salts. We also have a few older bikes you can use to ride to the beautiful 7 km long Missezula lake, 3 kms north. Or rent our 16' canoe/ life jackets included/ to go out on the lake. Missezula Lake is one of our favorite summer places to cool off! Princeton area is renown for Copper Mining and we have many green rocks on the ground everywhere that are copper! We have been told there are also a few old mining caves on, or above our property, we have so far located one.

I loved my stay in Michael's Woodland Cabin. It was the perfect blend of tiny house living and camping. The outdoor bath under the stars and short hiking trail in the forest through lush ferns and moss made my stay even more special! Perfect spot to unplug completely (or even sneak in a little work while enjoying the view of the mountains and reliable internet, to boot). Add in the easy check-in/out, quick responses to questions and friendly host means I will be back!

This was a pretty great little spot. The cabin is small, but it had a good setup with a hotplate, sink, fridge, & microwave. There was a big very comfortable mattress in the loft. The bathroom wasn’t too far away across the parking area and it was well maintained, with a flush toilet and a sink. Everything during my stay was very clean. I walked down to the lake, and it was about 10 minutes on a nice trail through the woods which meets up with the main road just before the lake. Property has a horse, goats and other animals. It’s quite a nice place, the host was very friendly and I will definitely be back in the summer.

We had such a great stay in this cozy trailer! It was super clean, bright, and had everything we needed for a comfy two-night getaway. Leah and Wayne are amazing hosts — communication was super easy, and we were so grateful that Leah provided a high chair when we asked, which made things so much easier with our little one. The cats were the sweetest and always around for unlimited pets! The mountain views were beautiful, and with the trees just starting to change colors, I bet it’ll look even more stunning in a few weeks. The only small challenges we had were getting the water temperature just right and the bedroom skylight making the room quite bright, which made naps a bit tricky for my baby who’s used to sleeping in a darker space. I co-sleep, and the bed is fairly high, but bringing a bed rail worked perfectly. Overall, we had a wonderful time and definitely recommend this trailer, especially for families with young kids. We’re so grateful for the experience and would love to come back!

It's a really great place. The host was also very kind, and the atmosphere of the harmonious family was particularly nice. The glamping site has everything, and the shower and toilets, which were of great concern, were really clean. The glamping site was full of romance and the host was kind. The disadvantage is that the network doesn't work, but it's slow because there's Wi-Fi, but Internet access is possible. The bathroom is clean and the glamping site I thought was to sleep in a poor environment for a day, but this place was so nice! +) It's a pity that I couldn't say hello to three pugs in the morning. We have a 7 acre developing hobby farm currently with fruit trees, a garden, a king shepherd named Jack and a cat named Lulu. You may see some of our neighbour's ducks walking around and hear their rooster in the morning. Please note; our driveway is an uphill, switchback driveway so long trailers are not a fit for our location. Front wheel or 4 wheel is a plus but typically all vehicles can make it up our driveway. We have 2 swimming holes near and backing our property. At the back of the property is Hayward Lake/Hairsine Creek which is great for swimming. Inflatable paddle boards are the way to go if you wish to paddle board in the lake since it would be difficult portaging a rigid paddle board down the Crown Land trail. On the front is the Stave River Runoff. This has trails and is ideal if you have smaller children as the water is a bit warmer and has shallow areas. There are hiking trails in the area and a beach area a short drive from the sites.

Glamp camping is open until the end of September. (we provide everything except your food, drinks and personal items!) Enjoy the beautiful acres right on the Chilliwack River! A wonderful family-friendly (including pets!) getaway with endless activities nearby. (no pets allowed for glamping) Our campsite is available in the spring and summer and is just 20 minutes from the city of Chilliwack, BC. We provide a fire pit and campfires are allowed as long as there is no fire ban. The sites are quite private but there will be other campers nearby. We try to keep a large amount of space between sites and some are separated by trees. We are a walk in tent only site- parking is very close, 30 second walk. We can also provide access to electricity so you can charge your phones or other devices if needed. There is no cell reception, but we do have wifi. Potable water is available. We supply natural spring water but you must bring your own jug. We live in an adventure playground! Nestled in the pristine Nahatlatch Valley between the Nahatlatch River and Fraser River. Washtock Family Campground offers rustic camping from tents to RVs. We are an ATV friendly campground with ride in ride out accessibility. The campground offers pull through RV Sites with non-potable water and septic connections. We are off grid so we have no power/electricity connections but allow generators. We have space for big groups or just a quick get away for two, we can accommodate you. We have flush toilets and outhouses as well as a hot shower for guest use. We have a small store on site with your regular camping goodies, Ice, seasonal vegetable, as well as farm fresh eggs and all natural free range beef from our farm. We are located 13km north of Northbend which is across the river from Boston Bar BC. Once you reach Boston Bar you will Turn left at the Esso and cross 2 sets of railroad tracks bringing you into Northbend, from Northbend there is about 6km of paved road after that there is 6km of gravel road until you reach our campground. Past our campground is the beautiful Nahatlatch provincial Park which contains Francis lake, Hanna Lake and Nahatlatch Lake. The lakes offer an abundance of activities such as fishing, kayaking, canoeing, swimming and paddle boarding. The first lake is about a 15-20 min drive again on gravel road. 2 wheel drive accessible until 21km on the forest service Road after 21km you will need a 4x4, if you plan to travel to Grizzly falls or the 3rd Lake.
