Come to Glamp! At Camp dans Rouge !! Grenville-sur-la-Rouge Qc. Our Bunkie is located on the edge of mountains. The beautiful landscape is ROCKY, RUGGED, and NATURALLY WOODED!! Rivière-Rouge River view.. There's a small river stream beside bunkie, with our local wild animals. There are numerous walking trails that meander throughout the mountains. Trails are for nature walks, where you'll experience natural wildflowers, plants, see and hear birds, small animals, lots of wildlife. The stars on a clear night, with very minimal to no light pollution. Private Parking Pet Friendly Mini fridge Wood Stove Electrical Outlets Charge phones and more! Water access. Fishing and kyaks, rafts allowed at own risk* 1 King or 2 single beds with comfy bedding provided Fan. Heater. Radio. WIFI. BBQ. stove top. FIRE PIT. Movable Table with outdoor and indoor seating. Six stars for Camp Dans Rouge! Amazing scenery, a roaring wood stove to keep you warm, and the best hospitality from Rae and her little helper. If you need a perfect mountain escape by the river, this is it. Highly recommend!

such a beautiful place, rea is very nice and welcoming! we had a wonderful 2 night stay, were able to bring the kayaks down to the river for a nice ride and some fishing down by the rapids, overall we had a really nice time and the place is very well equipped ❤️

Rae is super kind and her cottage has everything you need for a good time! The river was beautiful and it was a great place to unwind. She was very communicative and understanding. Went above and beyond to stock the camp with toys and a play pen for my 15 month old son. Great time and we will be sure to return!

Fun spot right across from the Rivière Rouge. Nice host and they offer all the amenities we could have hoped for and more - it was a pleasant stay.

Clean, and provided everything from water, a place to wash dishes, a toilet setup with toilet paper, a fire pit, loungers, a cooler for your cold stuff, (bring ice and it’s perfect!!) The setup of the doors and windows makes it so the wind moves through the cabin at night making it nice and cool for dozing. Incredibly beautiful view of the rouge river rapids and waterfalls driving up. So so affordable, the reason I booked was because I saw the note about it being a not for profit for an animal rescue - how adorable? I love turtles!

Private wilderness get away

We enjoyed how close the wilferness was to the campsite. The river when calm permited us a nice little dip to freshen up. We loved the calm nights by the outdoor wood stove. Perfect place for grounding and absorb all the good vibes mother nature had to offer.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment ce week-end, lors de notre séjour de trois jours au chemin de la rivière rouge, à Grenville. La petite cabine en bois était bien équipée et chaleureuse, offrant un parfait mélange de confort et de simplicité proche de la nature. Notre hôte, Rae, a été particulièrement attentionnée et a contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Elle a su répondre à tous nos besoins avec gentillesse et discrétion, nous permettant de profiter pleinement de notre intimité tout en ayant l’assurance d’un accueil de qualité. Un séjour reposant et ressourçant dans un cadre magnifique – nous reviendrons certainement ! We had a wonderful time this weekend during our three-day stay at the Chemin de la Rivière Rouge, Grenville. The small wooden cabin was well-equipped and cozy, offering the perfect blend of comfort and simplicity close to the nature. Our host, Rae, was especially attentive and helped make our experience even better. She met all our needs with kindness and respect, allowing us to fully enjoy our privacy while providing quality hospitality. A relaxing and rejuvenating stay in a beautiful setting – we will definitely be back!

Rae’s property was exactly what we were looking for - and then some! She welcomed us upon arrival with a smile, and was very accommodating throughout our stay. Any questions we had, she would quickly reply or come down to see us. Everything was provided, from towels and bedding, to dishes and fresh spring water! There are numerous trails around the property, in which we were able to enjoy - even a mini waterfall. It was very private and quiet.. we already booked another stay!

Rae was very hospitable. She was there to greet us with a fire when we arrived and accommodated our needs very well. We had everything we needed. We love the cute, simple cabin in the peace and quiet of the woods close to the river.

We crashed here for a night when travelling through and it was perfect for what we needed. A nice, safe, clean place with Rae as a very accommodating and friendly host! She went above and beyond and was very fast with communication. The only downside is that I wish we could’ve stayed longer!! Next time we will plan a camping trip to enjoy the space and nearby river.

Hello! Thank you very much for your hospitality! am an avid traveler and lover of hotels, camping, and glamping sites. Your campsite is a great place to relax in nature, offering both the beauty of the outdoors and the comfort of a roof over your head. Everything is very natural and thoughtfully arranged. Everything you need is provided: beds, towels, soft pillows, board games, and all necessary household and kitchen items. It was also nice to see that there were toys for children and that the place is pet-friendly!

host Rae is very cooperative, site honestly is not impressive. to us we felt is kind of messy, lot of old and broken, dirty furniture, the ground is not leveled too bumpy... BBQ is in a location re is hard to stand. no water supply had to use portable water tanks supplied by the host. No lake nearby, we knew there was no shower but thought we can make use of lake where we can swim at least... overall not a nice camping.
