Part of the land is designated as a national healing forest for indigenous people - the only such forest in Quebec. INDIGENOUS CAMPING IS ENCOURAGED AT NO CHARGE. About the Property: We have a one-acre pond that you can bob around in or take out a canoe to paddle in. At night, the pond has a group of frogs that provide a symphony of music with crickets as their background singers. We allow campfires at night - please be fire safe. Fitch Bay is only a 5-minute drive and there are pontoon rides available. We have breathtaking views all over our property and the history of the land is rich. We even have a covered bridge for you to explore. About the Listing: We only allow for one group of Hipcampers at a time, so you are guaranteed a peaceful and private stay. This is the ideal place for some rest and relaxation, meditation, and quiet time to recharge. Just one visit to the Eastern Townships and we know you’ll fall in love. Weekend Trip to 4-Season Cliffside Camp

The cabin is beautifully built and well-equipped. Mike's communication is excellent, he went out of his way to accommodate us, and he is a pleasure to chat to. The hiking trails are well-marked and the walk to the lake is beautiful, even in the late fall with barely any leaves left on the trees. We spent a peaceful and restorative two nights, and look forward to doing so again.

We had an unusual stay because of staying so late in the season--we got to be the only people staying here! Which is always our favorite because we are always trying to get away from the crowd. Domaine generously allowed us to use the facilities in one of the chalet as the group water use area was shut off for the season. We were quite comfortable in our travel trailer as a result. We would love to try the community kitchen next time because there will be a next time! Also, super bonus are the walking/atv trails that lead out into the wilderness from the camp. Plenty of places to walk around. Thank you, Domaine. Merci et a la prochaine!

We loved the numerous amenities (outdoors cooking area, sauna, bathroom, shower, fire pit, picnic table and other outdoors sitting arrangements) available, the camping site itself and or overall stay there! Even though it was pretty cold, it still felt super cozy! Would definitely recommend!!

Matthew was very welcoming and a great host. The site was a nice and private spot tucked away in the wood beside a stream. The tent pad at the site was a great way to get off the ground during fall camping. Also the quality and quantity of firewood Matthew has for sale is much better than what's available at the local gas stations. The walk to the site from the parking area is also very manageable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mike's cabin. It has beautiful backdrop of rolling hills as far as you can see. Well equipped deck for cooking your own meal and enjoy it surrounded by nature. Cabin is warm and comfy, bed is great and rocking chairs on the patio are great for relaxing.

Incredible hosts! Extremely accommodating, friendly, kind and helpful. The site was exactly what we were looking for. About a 100-200m hike into the camping spot. Be prepared for a little hike in. Very private and secluded between two lakes. First HipCamp experience very positive.

We had a great time camping on Cynthia’s land! She was very accommodating and kind. Electricity, water and firewood was available at the site. Although we loved the campsite, we were a party of 5 and each site is narrow with the next site right beside, thankfully there were no other campers in the site next to us because we wouldn’t have had enough space if there were. For a party of 2, or maybe even 4, the spot would be perfect! Or if you were fortunate like us to have an empty site beside yours. There were, however, other campers 2 lots over and they were playing music, as were we, and we didn’t interfere with each other. That is to say, noise traveling is not an issue and campers can be comfortable in their site without bothering others. Thank you for having us, we would definitely come back!
