Meech Creek Falls
Myself and a friend spent 2 nights on Neil’s beautiful property with my dog.
Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect.
Comfy queen sized bed in the very spacious yurt, everything you need to cook with, and wash dishes.
I went for many dips in the creek/waterfall then enjoyed the sauna.
The creek/waterfall was definitely my favourite part, it was so peaceful and relaxing.
Neal is a very kind and generous host, I definitely recommend his little paradise to everyone, don’t hesitate to book your stay!
We can’t wait to visit again!

Private, beautiful creek, all the kitchen supplies you would need, romantic vibes, and the sound of the rushing creek is very nice. The Gatineau river is a 10 mins walk away and very nice to swim in!

My wonderful experience at Neal's
I loved Neal's beautiful property with a big tent, with a queen size bed, gazebo with an outdoor living area, outdoor kitchen with a bbq and a camping stove. All this right beside running water/waterfalls, which your could hear as you fell asleep at night. During the day, we swam in the waterfalls and then used Neal's sauna and outdoor shower, relaxing spa in nature experience. Neal is a wonderful host, very friendly and super accommodating! I recommend his land 1000%

Oasis Paradise
Meech Creek Falls is my new go-to-oasis! I was here for 4 days with my pup, and we both enjoyed the glamping amenities offered by Neals property.
Walk through the door separating host from oasis opens you up to the white noise from the creek falls, birds chirping, and the hustle and bustle of life slips away.
There is a permanent gazebo with curtains to pull on all sides for privacy or weather protection, outdoor seating, and table to dine or craft upon. There is an outdoor kitchen with working sink (and potable water!), all the kitchen cooking tools required, a BBQ, and Coleman stove.
Next up are the propane firepit or outdoor wood stove for nighttime ambiance, which overlook the permanently hung hammock (overlooking the creek rapids), and the small hill down to the creek for a soak, or just enjoying more of the ambiance.
The accommodations also include a large set up pole tent (between a yurt and tent) which even tall people can stand fully up in. There is a Queen sized bed with real mattress (so comfy), side tables (one includes a checkers/chess/backgammon board when you pull out the drawers), and more seating. battery and solar powered lights keep the nightlife going until you fall asleep to the flow of the rapids.
Minutes away from groceries and other ammenities, 10-20 minutes from all the main Gatineau Trail park entrances, and steps away from the Gatineau River trail system.
Kudos to Neal and family for hosting such a delightful oasis!

Meech Creek Falls
We spent great time at Neal's land. Everything was amazing:
tent and furniture inside was comfortable and cozy; we had all the supplies we needed including sauna and shower.
I recommend this place 🙂
