My Go-To Spot!
Second time camping at "The Pond". Easy access to the brewery, public hang-out areas, parking beside my site and bathroom close by. Perfect spot to get away and breathe in the fresh Fall air. Clean, quiet and friendly. Great hiking trails.

Lovely spot, delicious beer, super friendly vibe. Will definitely return when in the area. The pond is not swimmable, in case anyone was wondering.

Lovely site , no reply from host
Property is nice, listing indicates you can’t start a fire until after 6pm(which is fine) but can only have fire if you message the host first and receive an approval message back. messaged host and no response so no fire for me, which was really disappointing.

Site B: Hill
This campsite was perfect for a quick stay on the way to Algonquin. It was secluded, well maintained, gorgeous view, and close to bathrooms. The walk in from the parking space was no big deal at all.

Site B: Hill
Lovely, private campsite. The path up the hill from the parking spot was fairly easy to navigate, we did it in sandals and flip flops several times through the weekend, even at night as long as you had a head lamp. It was near enough to the hiking trail that you could hear other people, but not see them. There was a beautiful look out spot. Tent sites were large enough to accommodate our massive 6p hex tent. But the grounds were rocky and uneven. Our 4" self inflating sleeping mats handled it fine but you'll be uncomfortable on a thinner sleeping mat.
No water source or out house near camp, you have to go down to the brewery. But the outdoor bathroom was great, very clean, complete with shower, sink, toilet paper and soap.
I enjoyed the lunch and beers at the brewery, they had wood fired pizza, and a nice selection of beer - highly recommend the cream caramALE.
