A beautiful place to go camping with the family, (especially if you have kids because they have two play grounds, there’s also a beach for them to build sand castles and a river to swim in). There was other sits near by but not to loud, everyone was extremely nice (especially the host). Unfortunately the fishing did not go great but hopefully when you decide to go you have better luck them us ahah.

Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful host! Cute family friendly campground. Our kids enjoyed the paddle boards on the gorgeous Bonnechere River, and catching frogs! We were very comfortable in the trailer. Grocery and drug stores 10 min drive away.

We went for the weekend with my family and had the best time, they had 3 parks for the kids to play at, a beach with a bunch of stuff to use like canoes, kayaks, paddle boards etc, we will definitely be coming back!

Second time back and 100% will be returning ! Great spot for fishing, great spot for kids the trailer was super clean and fresh bedding fresh towels and toiletries and some snacks as well as wifi!

We were looking for backcountry camping, and that's what we received! The beach, parks, bathrooms were all in out front yard. The neighbours were friendly. The hosts were quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. They had lots of activities, multiple parks, bikes, cart, and paddle boards / kayaks for the kids. It was a hit for our kids ages 8, 5, 3 and 1. I 10/10 would recommend staying here. We also checked out the towns around and the bonnechere caves ( was worth it ) - everything is near by - activites, gas, shopping and food - and we will be returning.

Super great little site. The four of us stayed in one tent for two nights and had a wonderful time. The site a collection of rvs and tents surrounding an open area with lots of activities (volleyball, tetherball, playgrounds, communal firepit, kayaks, canoes, SUPs, etc).
The host Chris was very nice and included firewood to use in our site’s firepit. There’s also a chicken coop, basketball court, bikes and carts you can pedal around in a more separate area of the site.
Being right in the water was also lovely. Although we didn’t catch anything, it was beautiful (although beware of bugs).

We stayed for two nights in the Princeton and had a great experience. Even with a heat warning in late June, the trailer’s air conditioning kept us comfortable. The bugs were definitely out, but that’s to be expected when you’re enjoying nature. This spot is a fantastic choice for families. We stayed with our two- and three-year-old, and there was so much for them to do at the beach area. The water was shallow enough for them to play safely, and the play structures gave them something to do outside of the water. The trailer was clean, the site was well-kept, and the small beach was absolutely perfect for little kids. Highly recommend it for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.
Our hosts were helpful and responsive as needed, and really just let us enjoy our time! We will be back!

Had an unreal time at Algonquin Park. The campsite #55 was spotless and super peaceful—ideal for a getaway.

Hello!
Glamping on Dave's land was amazing.
The view was incredible. The trailer our family of 4 rented had its rustic charm and accommodated us
Perfectly.
We had so much fun building sand castles and catching grass hoppers.
Next year when we return-which we will; we will have to rent a paddle boat for the afternoon.
We highly recommend Dave's land; a re treat to remember. Absolutely tranquil and beautiful.

Dave & Marie's property is such a beautiful landscape. It's huge, and there's lots of options for activities, especially for the kids! We brought our own trailer and got a site with lots of space to move around. They were super helpful and accommodating. We stayed 5 nights, and were almost the only ones there most of the time, very quiet. Although, the weekend had a rave going on at the campground down river, so may want to avoid that time if you need less beats at bedtime. Lots of trails to walk around too. Be ready for frogs and snakes!

Overall, we had a great time at this site! The grounds/beach were very clean, the hosts comunicated well, and it was great to have access to washrooms and showers too. It was quieter than we expected as well, which was a plesant surprise. The ground was loose (wood chips), which helped with rain drainage - plan to bring extra long tent stakes to make sure your tent/lines are well pinned down.
The only suggestion I would make is to confirm your set up/amount of people can be accomodated in your assigned spot. We found it to be a little small for our group, but that could have been discussed before going.

Everything you need for a weekend away! Will be back with our daughter and new baby next summer! Cute clean little corner trailer, full power, bbq, shower , hot running water and the beach is nice and clean well kept and the water is beautiful. Don’t forget all the rental options for water toys!

We spend a great time with my wife during a long weekend in the resort. It was very pleasant and quiet camping experience, all the amenities were available and on an easy access, the staff was very attentive: Chris was very attentive and fast with providing a good service, Mary and Dave were very hostile, polite and friendly. We highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend quality time with their family and the nature!

This was our first ever Hipcamp experience and we were very pleased. Although it rained a lot, we were able to have a fire every night. We were surprised at how quiet it was! Only 3 other groups of campers were there. The site is well kept and right on the Bonnechere river. We didn't kayak as there was a decent current and we have younger children and didn't want to get pulled downstream. The Bonnechere Caves were only a 20 minute drive and were absolutely amazing! Overall, a lovely place to camp. We would return.

Our family had an amazing experience at Dave’s land. The accommodation was excellent with great recreational facilities for the kids. The RV rented was awesomely self contained. The view is spectacular and we will definitely visit again! You won’t regret visiting this site!

It was our first time camping with our new trailer and this was the perfect spot to take it! Amazing river and lots of fun water toys.
Dave and Marie are amazing hosts and great to communicate with about anything we needed and even checked in to see if we got the trailer set up.
Its so quiet at night and very relaxing during the day. This is a cool spot and you won't regret spending some time here.
My family and I are already planning a trip back later this summer.

Froze our asses off (heating sucks), and our feet went through the floors (literally!) Wayyy over budget! And getting there was an adventure on its own lol (hosts seems nice though, accomodating last minute booking!!! yayyyish)...BUT the VIEW is GREAT!!! ...maybe more of a summer thing lol. Came out of it with some stories to tell and that's the important part!. 😃

Neat camping ground. We were close to the river. At night, there were no light pollution, we were able to see a beautiful starry sky. The bathroom was well lit, easy to find at night.

Awesome hosts!!! Kind and caring and eager to meet our needs. The land was beautiful with lots to do at the little beach. Paddle boards, peddle boats, kayaks, they had it all. Can't wait to go back next year!!!
