We are repeat guests to this incredibly beautiful and peaceful site. Lots of sounds of nature, well-equipped site with covered area if it rains and bbq for cooking. Great firepit as well and quick walk to the fantastic lake for swimming. Eric and Barb are wonderful hosts and I hope they will have us back yet again!

Eric’s campsite was exactly what we were looking for—peaceful, secluded, and incredibly relaxing. Tucked away from everything, it truly felt like a complete escape from the noise and pace of everyday life. We were able to fully disconnect and just enjoy the quiet surroundings and nature.
The setting is beautiful and private, making it perfect for anyone wanting a calm, uninterrupted getaway. Everything was as described, and Eric has clearly put care into maintaining the space.
We had an amazing stay and left feeling refreshed and recharged. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene retreat

Amazing! Sooo private. Very easy to get to. We hip camp a lot and this site wins. Easy access to the lake. Great swimming. Since the lake is small the water wasn’t too cold. The rain shelter was so helpful as it rained for us. And the BBQ and shower were a nice extra touch to have. Bathroom was clean. Lots of space for tents and yard games. Eric was an amazing host!! My boyfriend brought his 16ft motor boat and Eric came down with his truck to help us launch and bring it back in. He also was fast and responsive! We will be back forsure and highly recomend for a more private “glamp” experience!

My wife and I spent the weekend here and it was amazing. The campsite right beside the covered cooking area and fire pit was perfect. Sun comes through the trees throughout the day and keeps enough shade so you’re not over-cooking in the sun.
Short walk to the water, we spent hours on the dock feeling like the only ones on the lake.
It’s really private, as the last property on the lake you don’t have to worry about constant boats coming by. The site itself truly makes you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, but with the convenience of being able to drive right up.
Eric was a great host, and answered any questions we had promptly. Kept the site clean and well stocked. Gave us a run down when we arrived and was very nice.
We will 100% be back again, hopefully this summer.

The site is PRIVATE! Just what we were looking for and the outhouse and pavilion are both palatial and made camping in the rain less of a challenge. The weather kept us to one day on the water but the lake is clean and peaceful. The woods are lovely and full of birdsong and critters to observe. We didn’t see the beavers but the local porcupine made an appearance.
Eric is a great host! Responsive, available and knowledgeable of things to do in the area which we found helpful.

Went with my pup and had a great time. Lots of space for him to roam. The spot is gorgeous and host was amazing, brought lots of firewood and water! Kitchen setup with table and lots of seating was super handy! Washroom was also very clean and well maintained!
Dock and water entry was super nice, definitely a nice place for canoe/fishing.
Overall great trip, definitely would recommend :)

Beautiful location, it’s as quiet as the description makes it out to be. The campsite area that was provided was well kept and tidy. Some of the amenities were not available due to the lateness of the season and were disclosed prior to arrival. It’s a pull-in site that I feel limits the overall length of vehicle and trailer to get brother location so I’d recommend you check with the host about that if you’ve got a larger rig and may need to coordinate things. I’m relatively new to backing in trailers and I got it parked without any damage (and no spotter). I didn’t have an opportunity to explore the land as much as I wanted, there’s so much to explore. Eric was very welcoming, and provided ample firewood.

He has everything you could possibly need on the campsite, and the outdoor shower is a great touch!

Our 3rd visit was as beautiful as our first two visits. The squirrels, owls, loons, deer, snakes, and toads were exciting to see and hear. Staring quietly into the woods was mesmerizing. We love the peaceful place and privacy. Eric keeps the place in great shape, and goes the extra distance to help with any questions or problems.

This was our second time visiting Eric's camp site. Weather was cool at night but we were lucky that the fire ban was lifted and that there was lots of firewood to keep us warm. It is such a great spot to enjoy with friends, we had a great time floating on the clear lake, watching all the fish. There are some deeper spots and a jumping rock which was good for swimming. We were lucky to experience a meteor shower while we were there and the dock provided great viewing. Eric was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Already looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful wooded campsite completely to yourself. We stayed with our dog and cat and had a wonderful time. Great amenities (gazebo, shower, double outhouse). Campsite is right above the lake (5 minutes walk away). Host was very friendly.

The lot is absolutely beautiful! One of the most peaceful and beautiful lakes we've stayed on, and the jumping rock was really nice!

Amazing host, super accomodating and welcoming, we had a wonderful time at Fagan Lake. Site is well maintained, cozy, plenty to hear and see, the lake access is steep but worth the hike. Privacy is nice as well, the site is secluded and you can barely hear any neighbors or noises other than the surrounding nature. Would definitely recommend!

What an awesome few days! The site is very private, and really well thought out, making for a comfortable stay. The outdoor shower was incredible! The walk back up from the water was a bit strenuous for our youngest (4), but the fishing made it worth it. Swimming directly off the dock was not possible, but the lake itself was quiet and beautiful. Eric has obviously put alot of thought and care into the property, and it shows. We would love to check this place out again in the fall.

Our stay was nothing but amazing! Eric was so welcoming and gave a great tour of the land when we arrived. He explained all the ins and outs of the site and even walked down to the lake so we knew where the life jackets and paddles where for the canoe we rented. Lots of Bass in that lake! The site is impeccable with a great gazebo to hide from the sun and rain and it also has a great table for food prep. We also had access to a bbq so we did not need to pack that. The outhouse is very clean and topped up with TP as needed. The wood supplies is bone dry which fires nice and easy. Eric is a great host, very quick to reply with any questions. We will definitely will be back!! Thank you Eric.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fagan Lake. The site is extremely private and very large with exceptional features such as a gazebo with solar patio lights, a full size bbq, a cooking table at just the right height, a hot outdoor shower, a canoe and dry firewood included. The double out house was spacious and clean, complete with hand sanitizer. The lake was a bit of a steep walk but we just made sure to bring what we needed in one shot. I recommend bringing something to float around on: the lake is warm and clean but mucky at the bottom with a lot of vegetation. Plenty of fish if you like fishing: my son caught his first fish! The lake is very private as well, we barely saw anyone else, no Sea-doos or speed boats. Eric is a fantastic host, super friendly and responsive to my questions. We would definitely recommend this site and may go again sometime.

Our first Hipcamp experience and what a gem of a find! The site is wonderfully private, clean and peaceful. It's thoughtfully laid out with everything you would need and very spacious. The covered cooking area was very useful, especially in the heatwave we were going through! The lake scenery is beautiful and great for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Thanks so much for hosting us, hopefully we'll get back again

What a beautiful woodland setting in which to camp! Dappled sunlight all day long, so always a place for sun or shade. The beautifully constructed shelter is roomy enough to sit and cook in and was welcome on our rainy day. The setting is very private and the lake was great for swimming and paddling

GREAT Outdoor shower, Lighted Pavilion, 1 jug of potable water, chairs and side table :) clean out house dock and canoe for extra $10 :)
This place has it all and privacy will never be an issue and as you tucked way back in the woods close to the lake.
I will be returning customer for life. Eric and his family are absolutely fabulous and everything to make sure that you stay is perfect. Thank you again so much. We will be returning as soon as we can.:)
