Mosque Lake and Ompah offer many adventures and places to discover. Go out on a hike and explore the trails in the area. Go on a photographic adventure and try to capture the best wildlife shots around the lake. Take a SUP or a kayak -available for free for the guests- and explore the islands. And if you like to prepare fresh fish-based dishes, Mosque Lake has great trout and perch fishing.
If you like to follow the winds of winter, take a pair of snowshoes available at the cabin and go across the lake and have a winter picnic. Set up your fishing shack outside your door, open a hole and fish!
*Winter roads require an AWD or 4WD vehicle to access Juniper Cabin.
Parking is available on-site for all guests. If you bring your boat, there is parking for your trailer as well.
*Power outages due to storms are always a possibility in cottage country. Typically, power is restored within a few hours if this should happen. Cottages will be stocked with candles and flashlights for guest safety.
*Internet/WIFI access is available at the property- connect to our WIFI and work from the cabins.
* If you’d like to bring your own boat, there is a free boat launch on the lake, and we can support docking your boat.

Guest are welcome to bring their own firewood. The first crate of firewood is included with your stay, and each additional crate is $5. The firewood is self-serve and we ask you to simply let us know how much wood you have used during your stay, or leave the appropriate funds on your table at check out.
Guests are responsible for removing their garbage and recycling from the cabin and bringing it to the garbage shed. The township requires all waste to be sorted, and the containers in the shed are labelled accordingly. Please sort your garbage and do your part to help save our planet.
We do have neighbours on one side of our property and share the peninsula with our amazing cottage community. Please be courteous to our cottage neighbours. We ask that you respect them and the noise levels while staying with us.

Welcome to Camping with a View!
Situated in Myers Cave, Ontario famous for its stargazing opportunities. Your tent site overlooks two lakes, where you can see and hear rapids while enjoying the peaceful sounds of loons and nature by the fire pit.
There is a cabin on site however it is not for use, other than for sitting on the wraparound porch for a better view or to get shelter from the sun/rain.
Included in the price:
- access to the site (2 flat areas for smaller sized tents)
- firewood (please keep the fire controlled)
- canoe/paddles and two lifejackets for you to use
- ability to use the wraparound patio at the cabin to sit and get out of the sun/rain
A path down to the water makes it easier for you to get to the canoe (please leave the canoe and paddles as you found it, flipped over). Fishing and swimming are great closer to both sets of rapids. 2 lifejackets are kept in the outhouse if you don't bring your own.
Firewood is included so please do not cut trees! There is a pit toilet on-site for your convenience. There is also a small grill that is left by the fire pit for cooking with the fire.
Please note it is recommended that you have a 4X4 vehicle in order to access the site (maintain 20-30km/h going up the steep driveway). Take the driveway up two steep inclines and park at the dead end.

Originally inhabited by Algonquin peoples the land was cleared for farming and they erected several building including a large German style hand hewn timber frame barn which still stands and is used today. The farm house was built in the 1910 and the original log cabins have been reframed into artistic buildings. It is wild to look around and imagine what life was like before now in a time when the land had no boundry lines and was traversed by indigenous peoples of this area. Spent the weekend at rock pile and I must say I was pleasantly surprised and pleased
Site was a lot bigger than expected. It was quiet and no other campers around definitely what we needed considering we were camping with dogs and they bark at everyone they see.
Sean was a great host and came to see us when we arrived and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back and would like to try the other site next time.

This was my families first time camping here and I cannot say enough amazing things about the place. We stayed on lot 6, bass bay, which has a stunning view and alot of room.
From the fishing, to the swimming, the trail walks and watching the sun set and the sun rise it was never a dull moment. So much wild life and the night sky lit up with all the stars over the water was beautiful.
As a busy mother it was a real treat waking up at 6 am with my coffee sitting at the water while the kids slept listening to all the animals and watching the beavers while the sun came up. Core memories were definitely made here and I would absolutely love to go again!

Large and private site perfect for pitching a tent and enjoying some quiet time. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. Bring warm clothes as the site is thick with tree coverage. Can’t wait to go back next year!!

We completely enjoyed camping at Ball Lake. It was very quiet and peaceful. There was a steady parade of wildlife eg loons, beaver, swans chipmunks, red squirrels and lots of songbirds.

3 nights at Eco Acres Farm
This was a great way to camp. The hideaway cabin was comfortable, warm and very clean. Everything you needed was provided!
Lots of privacy. The host was very responsive and communication was great. The outdoor shower was amazing and having our own personal outhouse was great too. Having the option for flush toilets and inside shower a bonus as well. Such a beautiful spot!
You are camping so the bugs are bad but thats expected.
Would definitely stay here again!

1 night at White Wolf Acres
Cabin #1 at White Wolf is a beautiful setup. All the little touches well thought out. It was nice having power to charge devices. The steps and bed height worked well for my sister's minor mobility challenges. We would have liked to stay longer.
