Our cozy A-frame cabin and peaceful nature campsites are located in a beautiful mixed woodland next to the Missisquoi River, which is great for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the summer, and cross-country or backcountry skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. The property is fairly steep, so be prepared for a good 5–10 minute workout as you hike up to the cabin. We have a stunning view of Mount Sutton, located about a 25-minute drive from the property. Owl's Head and Jay Peak are each about the same distance away.Our cozy A-frame cabin is situated about 10 minutes by foot from the parking by the Missisquoi river - so be prepared for a short hike up hill. The cabin is equipped with a queen loft mattress, sofa bed, table and chairs, wood stove and small kichen. So make sur you bring your own bedding. Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace.

Cozy Mountain Forest Cabin
We had such a wonderful stay at Kimberley and Alex’s cabin. Our family, including our 8-year-old daughter, truly enjoyed every moment we spent there. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for all the thoughtful little touches, like the fresh drinking water, firewood, and board games. They made us feel so welcome. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. We loved the peaceful forest, the lush ferns, the little creek nearby, and, most of all, the quiet. Sleeping in the cozy loft under the roof felt almost magical and brought back wonderful childhood memories. We’d also like to thank Alex for helping us arrange kayak and paddleboard rentals. Our daughter tried kayaking on her own for the very first time, and it became one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you for creating such a special place where families can slow down, reconnect with nature, and make beautiful memories together. We wish you all the best and hope to come back again someday!

Cozy Mountain Forest Cabin
The A frame cabin (Fen’s Den) is a super sweet cozy cabin in the woods. The sight about a 10 min hike up, has access to gorgeous woods, nice back country skiing, as well as many ski resorts. The wood stove kept us cozy all weekend and the cabin kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Kimberley and Alex were amazing hosts! Can’t wait to camp up there again.
