We are excited you are coming to enjoy the Shuswap and all it has to offer. We want to make sure you have an enjoyable time at our place and want to make sure you are prepared for your stay.
Just a couple of important things to note.
1. Renters will need to bring all of your bedding including pillows. (There are coin operated laundry facilities on site)
2. You will also need to bring your own towels, there are some dish clothes and tea towels available in the park model for your use.
3. A propane tank will be available for use and there is a gas station where you can get it filled up for use of the BBQ and firepit should it run out.
4. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and such you should need including some basic spices for cooking. There is a grocery store just a couple minutes away that can cover all of your needs including a liquor store, and a deli.
5. If you have any questions about the park or concerns with your rental please contact us directly as this is a private rental the park office will not be able to help you.

Welcome to our sprawling, secluded farm. To access this private retreat we offer to transport you and your supplies with our ATV, although some prefer the peaceful 1/4 mile hike. Explore the historic staging grounds for a Wild West cattle auction, where the cowboys drove the herds onto trains at the end of the KVR line! Please respect nature as wildlife, flora, and dangerous terrain are part of our environment; explore at your own risk. There are hot showers and flush toilets for guest comfort but require a short walk to access. Campfires are banned but we provide propane cooking and living utensils. Embrace off-grid with minimal cell service and no wifi; instead allow nature to fill you. Although Okanagan nights cool down effectively, we have used science and shade in designing these rooms to dissipate heat. We provide fans and evaporative coolers when needed and offer our guests plenty of ice (provided in an insulated picnic chest) for those delicious summer drinks and storing food during your stay.
Our country style welcome has guests coming back. Ask us about interacting with animals, our farm produce, gold panning and sluice box in Lucky Strike Creek, hammock rentals, E-bike rentals (Grandfondo runs right by our property), endless hiking, and more! Experience nature by sleeping in a uniques, waterfront, handcrafted luxury teepee steps away from the Fraser River.
Located in the fraser canyon just 15 minutes north of Hope bc off of Highway 1.
We feature 2 teepees
Teepee #1- 26 foot teepee 7.93 M
This teepee boasts a gorgeous king bed and two singles with quality bedding, including down duvets and down alternative pillows and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The teepee features a fully furnished space with power and water with ample seating and includes all the necessities to create your perfect meal. Also includes a is a coffee and tea bar.
This unit has a wood fired hot tub on its own deck looking over the river with mountain views.
During a fire ban the hot tub cannot be lit, we are happy to fill it and let the sun warm it to pool temperatures.
Sit outside on your private deck overlooking the river and enjoy the beauty of seeing eagles bears deer and other wildlife.
Here you will find a barbecue and outdoor propane griddle to create your favourite meals. Sit and enjoy the views of the river at your balcony railing bar or relax in your lounge chairs. Afterwards sit around the campfire and roast marshmallows while sitting next to the river. We include firewood. Guests have a fully functional outdoor washroom facility featuring a compostable toilet and an outdoor low flow outdoor shower. As a gift we provide naturally handcrafted locally made soap, eco friendly shampoos and conditioners. Towels and washcloths are provided.

This teepee is a features accommodation for up to 4 people withit own washroom and outdoor shower. This unit an outdoor kitchen, fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The is a propane bbq with a griddle and side burned . Quality bedding is provided as well as towels and washcloths and naturally handcrafted soap.
Potable Water is available in the washroom. Battery powered LED lanterns are provided for you.
Adventure is at your doorstep with activities such as river rafting, gold panning, hiking, swimming at nearby beaches and the best fishing in Canada. We would be more than happy to book your fishing adventure with the world class reputable Great River Fishing Adventures.

We had an amazing stay at Darcy’s cabin while we were in the area for a lacrosse tournament. The location was perfect, and conveniently situated between Salmon Arm and Enderby, making it easy to get where we needed while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. The views were absolutely beautiful and made it the perfect place to relax after busy days at the rink.
The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the firewood, BBQ with propane provided, and the clean bathroom and hot shower facilities.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and hope we will be making this our annual accommodation for the tournament. Thank you, Darcy, for being such a wonderful host and for sharing your beautiful property!

Chris certainly has a gorgeous corner of BC. The views from the hot tub are insanely beautiful! Chris was super helpful and generous with her time, sorting us out with the wood fired hot tub especially. Shower room and outhouse were clean and tidy, and there were even some extra towels in the shower room for us to use if we wanted.
Beautiful dogs too!
It was cool staying in such a remote spot. It was silent except for the birds.

2 nights at Nature’s Way Yurt Sanctuary
Kait and Tom have a really special place. The Yurt sits next to the spa which is nestled among trees, a pond, quaking ducks and birdsong. It was very restorative and calming to be there. The outdoor kitchen is great - added bonus is it gets the morning sunlight, which is nice to have first thing. I loved having the sanctuary to myself and truly felt at peace. Even better was the delicious charcuterie board they prepared for me - a superb add on which I highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!

4 nights at Nature’s Way Yurt Sanctuary
My girlfriend and I enjoyed an awesome stay, Kaitlyn and her husband were very welcoming and accommodating. The wood stove in the yurt is an awesome way to stay warm and enjoy the smell of freshly burned wood at night, and you're supplied with a ton of firewood, tinder, and paper that is super dry and ready to burn. This extends to the spa as well. The nature is super beautiful around the yurt, including a pond with blooming lily pads and lots of other wildflowers. If you're lucky you may also encounter their outdoor cat, Tuna. He is an incredibly affectionate and friendly face and will oversee your use of the (very well equipped) outdoor kitchen, sauna, outhouse, and hot/cold tubs. This is easily the coolest place my girlfriend and I have ever stayed, and we would go back in a heartbeat.

Weekend Trip to Escape to Golden Ears Glamping
Stayed here for 3 nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. It’s a very beautiful place right by the river.
What got me was how quiet it is. At night you just hear the water moving and the wind in the trees. I slept better here than I have in months – deep sleep, no interruptions, just felt rested when I woke up. Waking up to that scenery with the river and morning light was unreal.
The scenery itself is stunning. Calm water, greenery all around, feels peaceful and untouched. No crowds, no noise, just space to slow down.
It’s one of those places you actually want to go back to. If you need a break from everything and want to reset, this is it.
Would recommend for anyone who values quiet, nature, and a good night’s sleep.

We loved the cabin with 3 adults. Very private and quiet place. No problem driving up to the cabin and parking F150 truck. Plenty of firewood and axe provided by Darcy. Thoughtful little lanterns outside and lit bathroom area. Highly recommend

Cabin is absolutely beautiful, very warm, cozy and every single corner is filled with such thoughtful, incredible design.
Even it's a bit chilly those days, Peter's amazing hospitality and care completely made up for it!
Hot tub is a must try, trail around the house is also recommended!
