Welcome to Frog’s Hollow Camp Creek! A working cattle property surrounded by the foothills of the McPherson Range situated in the Scenic Rim. We offer unique bush camping on grassy valley flats in a private setting. Get back to nature spending your time relaxing, bushwalking, paddling in the small creek and gazing at the never-ending chandelier of stars at night around your campfire. Enjoy a self-drive day trip in our local area or a short drive over the NSW/QLD border visiting some of our well renowned cafés, hotels, wineries, small country towns and national parks. All campers to be fully self-contained including shower, toilet, and own drinking water. Sites to be kept clean of litter and all camp rubbish to be taken with you when leaving your campsite. Dogs welcome but must be fully supervised at all times, can be let off leash during the day under adult supervision and kept on leash at night within your camp. Campfires permitted in the supplied fire drums. As we are a working cattle property our cattle roam the property, but for your comfort we have put an electric fence around the campsite. So, you can relax and not worry about the cattle or horse around your campsite. Please note: We are 4WD access only. Our property is not suitable to low level caravan. This is a dry weather location only (if you're not sure of the weather conditions, please check before booking. Do not take Tartar Creek Road. Keep going up Running Creek Road until you see Camp Creek Road on your right. We are 5km up Camp Creek Road. NO ARRIVALS AFTER 5PM, Please this is for your safety and ours. MUST BOOK BEFORE ARRIVING TO OUR PROPERTY. Important New Farm Bio-Security Measures for Visitors to our farm. With the announcement of Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) now in Bali, Ken and I would like if anyone coming from Bali, please inform us before you arrive. Very beautiful. Lots of space between campers/campsite. Great place to explore. Perfect for family/couples and/or friends to have a quick getaway. Toilets were clean and camp grounds were spotless

Frog's Hollow Bush Camping
Our stay at Frogs Hollow has absolutely earned a return visit! Located at Running Creek near Rathdowney, it's a lovely little spot with only five sites, so it doesn’t feel crowded and you really get to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and stunning mountain views. Our trip started a little rainy but the weather turned around beautifully. Our dog Tank made a new friend in Millie 🐶 Jackie was fantastic as a host. She was great with communication throughout and even stopped by the camp to say hello, which gave the whole stay a really warm, personal feel. Frogs Hollow is firmly on our "we'll be back" list. Highly recommend! 🏕️

Frog's Hollow Bush Camping
Frog Hollow Campground is a beautiful spot with rolling hills, lush green grass, and plenty of walking tracks to explore. Seeing the cows and horses wander past each day was such a lovely touch. The stargazing at night was incredible, and the drive in was absolutely stunning. Jackie, the host, was so lovely and welcoming. From the moment we booked until the end of our stay, she was there to help and made sure we were all settled in. There was loads of firewood available, which was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — one of the best camping spots we have stayed at. The campsites were well maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Highly recommend!

Lovely little Camp spot for families! Highly recommend. It was a bit tight getting in through the houses so if you have a big caravan you would struggle.

We had a site by a very small swimming hole on the creek which was a blessing during a very hot January long weekend. Other sites didn’t seem to have much water in the creek by them. Only limited shade in the afternoon on this site though.

Wr had a great time camping at The Frog's Hollow, was a extremely nice and quiet place. Every morning we had cows and horses walking past our camp which my kids and dog loved, camped right on a little creek that I couldn't keep my kids out of or myself. We would absolutely return for a future visit to this property.

Absolutely amazing spot to set up camp. From arrival was made to feel very welcome making the stay an absolutely great experience. Would definitely recommend this site, it has heaps to offer with plenty of open green lush grass to set up your camp on. Will definitely be back in the future to camp again.

A beautiful little piece of paradise tucked away in a quiet valley with friendly cows grazing nearby. The stay was excellent! The land is so well maintained with lush green grass pastures and large shady trees. There are plenty of hills and trails into the bush that were great to explore with fantastic views of the ranges. Such a peaceful getaway. Thank you!

Our own piece of “Middle Earth” was found at Frogs Hollow. Spending three nights at “Green Frog” camp site, we enjoyed the quiet, picturesque scenery, running creek and camp fire. We loved our experience and would highly recommend. place

Camped at the Graceful Frog site and had a realy good couple of days. Peacefull locatuon with lots of farm life and wildlife. Huge amount of healthy bird activity too. Hosts are very helpful and considerate too

We loved our stay at Frogs Hollow. The grounds are so well maintained with lots of different spaces for camping. We stayed at the Naked Frog spot which beautifully overlooked the whole camp. Plus there’s a very friendly dog called Vin who hung out with us all arvo and night. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful location, lots of birdlife, plenty of cows and horses to say hello too. It is my second visit this time the various available sites were all occupied so it was a different experience. Jackie checked in with us to ensure we were not disturbed. by other campers playing loud music and ensured it didn't happen again. Will definitely go again.

We loved our stay at Frogs Hollow. We stayed at naked frog on the top of the hill and it was beautiful. Lush grass, well spaced camp site and Jackie was lovely. We will camp there again!
