Belli Downs is a working cattle property. Approximately 750 acres which butts onto the Mapleton National Park. Belli Creek meanders through the property providing pockets of open grass plains. Significant areas of the property has been retained as natural forest making it feel like you are completely private and nobody nearby, yet only 15min from Eumundi and Kenilworth. The property has only been owned by 3 families since European settlement to Australia. Exclusive privacy, only one camping group at any time. Relax with only your family and friends sitting around a camp fire. Beautiful quiet spot next to a creek.Note July to December creek may stop flowing due to seasonal conditions. Fantastic stars and quiet spot. Access to Mapleton National Park. 40-50km of hiking and horse riding trails Price set slightly higher for exclusivity enabling a more private, quiet, tranquil experience with nature. Group size limit about 16 people. NOTE: FIRE BANS MAYBE IN PLACE DURING FIRE SEASON AUGUST TO DECEMBER. The host will update accordingly, but we will only get 24 hours notice of the change. If you want to be jammed in with 500 strangers, go elsewhere, if you want to really experience nature stay with us.

A pretty brook, where the creek cascades ovefr the rocks with a great waiding hole. NOTE: There is a possibilty of guests from 'Rolling Meadow' site coming down the far side to share the water hole. (they do not come to your camp to go to the waterhole) A place to unwind and take a deep breath of nature’s best. Access to Mapleton National Park. 40-50km of hiking and horse riding trails. Pets allowed off leash when no cattle in the paddock. Price set slightly higher for exclusivity enabling a more private, quiet, tranquil experience with nature. Group size limit about 15 people. Perfect! What a great place. very private. Has a wooded area to sit out of the sun if it gets to hot which was lovely. Cows and nature was really nice. Not a human in sight! We will 100% be staying again. Thanks for sharing your stunning land.

We were invited here for the weekend with great friends, and what a treat! If you love peace and quiet and enjoy listening to the wildlife, this place is for you. Access and directions were easy to follow, and the spot itself is absolutely fabulous — made even better by fabulous friends. A big thanks to Allen the owner and his lovely little pup!

I loved camping at “Pa’s Billabong” it was absolutely stunning, so peaceful, I had the place to myself, great bush walks, my dog loved every second of it - I couldn’t keep her out of the creek

Had a great break in the Rolling Meadow site at Allen's place. Wonderfully peaceful with only our group of four in the whole space. Nice and cool by the creek. Definitely recommend if you don't want to be jammed in with others.

Another lovely long weekend spent at Rosemarys Brook. Slightly boggy in places but understandable after all the rain we had and it dried out quickly. We love this place, so well kept and tidy, and easy to find with clear instructions. We will definitely be back again!

Absolutely beautiful pristine location. Easy signed access, great host who answered all our questions, friendly & easy going caretakers, beautiful hiking trails and so much more. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to book again.

Absolutely one of the best Hipcamp’s we have been too. Great privacy, you really do have the place to yourself! The creek is a beautiful rainforest area that we loved exploring and would be lovely and cool in Summer. Our dog had the time of his life and we will definitely be back.

Lovely private spot where you can hear the trickle of the creek passing by. The dogs loved being able to be off leash. Plenty of trees for shade but some open sunny areas as well.

Beautiful area to camp with friends, creek is very pretty! Allen was an awesome host, said a friendly hello, dropped off a generous amount of firewood and left us to enjoy the place! Would definitely come back!

We come to this property because it is private and our family group of 11 can all stay together. Ty came down on day one. He told us it was muddy and to drive either side of it, had a chat and he was really lovely. However later that day we got an email from the owner Allen saying that we had more people than we had booked ,assuming that we were going to destroy his property and to top it, there was a threat of eviction. We have been here 3 times and we have always paid for everyone in our group and we ALWAYS clean up after ourselves so we are really offended by this!!!! I am also very angry because our weekend was overshadowed and made stressful.After receiving the email I felt really anxious. The second day Ty came back and checked we had toilets and I’m guessing to count us all again… We had 4 toilets with us and we didn’t hide anyone, as I’m sure he could see.But so much for privacy…. !??When we arrived on the property we cleaned the fire pit out of alfoil paper left by the people before, a bag of human faeces, removed bottles and removed bottle tops from around the fire pit. This went in our rubbish bags and was removed by us. When we left we tidied our mess, took all our rubbish as we always do but I really resent how we were treated and while i understand the owner has anxiety from people ruining his property before, we won’t be back… We come for the privacy and low stress but this time we felt harassed..

We just had a one night stay to see what it was like, not having camped for many years, and we enjoyed the beautiful peace and quiet. We would’ve stayed an extra night had the site been available. It was a lovely little getaway and having the area to ourselves meant my dog could be relaxed too. The open fire was very nice on the cool evening. We would definitely book this site again.

Absolute gem of a find. After a day at Eumundi markets it was a lovely drive out to Allen’s property. What a lovely surprise. Expansive area for the dog to run off leash, fringed with a sun dappled grotto like area next to the running creek which I could only imagine would be stunning in the warmer months. Allen’s directions were so exact we found the site with no issues and had a very restful evening under the stars. Thanks for your hospitality Allen!

Beautiful place the next to the running creek, if it was a bit warmer I would have gotten in. Love that my dog could be off leash and she loved the creek. Close to near by towns (emundi, Keniworth and Imbil). It was super quiet and not a lot of birds which was very surprising but overall a great place, I will be back

Great time camping at the rolling meadow camp spot with our dog. Allen came to visit on our first morning and was lovely and welcoming , whole place to ourselves exactly as described and easy to locate. Highly recommend!

Stunning scenery and very private

So quiet and private- we felt like we had the whole farm and brook to ourselves. We set up camp in a large clearing and headed down to check out the rainforest and brook nearby.. it's absolutely stunning. It had been a wet week, and it had been perfect conditions for mushrooms and fungi. Allen, the Host popped in to say hello and left us to relax. If you like what you see in the photos I'd suggest you book in your country escape at Belli Downs

Thank you for a great stay! It was so peaceful and quiet… exactly what we needed. And our two dogs absolutely loved their freedom…. So many zoomies…. sniffing everything… and watching fascinated the cows in the distance. We will be back 😃
