Welcome to SLEEPY HOLLOW MANOR ESTATE, a family farm acting under the state government agricultural tourism reform allowing primary producers and livestock farms such as us on RU2 property to have visitors. As part of this we have to follow some simple protocol! Unfortunately, we have had some issues with local council, we ask that you follow these simple rules extremely closely failure to do may cause us to reject your booking and may incur penalties to both of us as the landholders and also the camper. 1. STRICTLY No Caravans, RV's, Tents or any camping site is to be set up within 50 meters of the creek. 2. No more that 20 people camping on the property at one time - we must know your exact numbers. 3. Zero impact to the land and surrounds, treat it like you would a National Park. 4. ALL WASTE must be bagged and taken off site with you. The rubbish bins in the street are not ours. They belong to the people that live in the valley. You must be prepared to take all rubbish home with you. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ALL OF OUR BIO ITS LONG BUT YOU'LL GET ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED! We are "The Sleepy Hollow Manor Estate" located in the heart of the breathtaking Sleepy Hollow Valley which is hidden snugly between the small seaside town of Pottsville and the Tweed Valley. Once you're here you feel all your worries and stress drift away as you unwind and relax in the Manor estate and its surrounds. A farm with a difference, with a small-scale ECO low impact primitive camping style. Enjoy the peace and tranquility as you hear the birds or just sit watching the water trickle through the creeks and waterholes. We have array of wildlife on our estate and its surrounds. We are also available for Weddings, Birthdays and other day time gatherings. Speak to us about using us for a working space for corporate or business trips, collaborations and more. You're welcome to walk along our streams & we have some short Forrest bush walks and see some of our beautiful bird resident kingfishers, tawny frogmouth owls, black cockatoos, wild bush turkeys much more or maybe you just want to kicking back with your feet up watching your campfire cook a stewing your camp oven, either way you'll be sure to have a getaway to remember.... Our camp site located in northern river's region. Roughly halfway between Gold Coast and Byron Bay. Sleepy Hollow Road in the Sleepy Hollow Valley, we are just 5 minutes drive to the beach, 25 minutes from Byron Bay, theres many attractions near by the list is endless with amazing hikes walks and bike rides the iconic Tweed Valley Rail Trail is only 5 minutes drive away not to mention we are 10 minutes drive of the North Byron festival grounds making it a an ideal spot to set up camp if your headed to events such as the Falls festival, splendour in the grass, bluesfest and many more events that are held in the area. After a long drive up the coast it was a great spot to stay. Especially during school holidays as there was plenty of space. Ill be back to do some more exploring in the area. Cheers.

The Sleepy Hollow Manor was a great place the camp over the long weekend. Not too busy, Tom the host is great and dropped us off fire wood, the toilets are clean, rope swings for the kids. Waking up to cows in the morning was a highlight for the kids. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful campsite, loads of space between us and other campers, despite it being a holiday weekend. Tom was super friendly and helpful, and we will definitely be back. the location is great too, so close to Pottsville.

Beautiful green rolling hills, plenty of space for campers so not on top of each other. Very responsive hosts. Not far from Pottsville if the beach calls or if you forgot something. Pet friendly. Waking up to the cows munching just outside my window was very cool. We will visit again soon.

My wife, our puppy Tommy and I spent Friday and Saturday night camping at Sleepy Hollow Manor Estate, and we absolutely loved our stay. We arrived fairly late on Friday evening, but we were still greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from Tom, the property owner. Having never stayed there before, we weren’t quite sure where the best place to set up would be. After a quick chat about the different camping areas and what we were looking for, Tom pointed us towards a beautiful, secluded little spot tucked away beside the creek. It was perfect. Quiet, private and hidden away from everyone else, it genuinely felt like we had our own little oasis for the weekend. It was exactly the peaceful camping experience we were hoping for. The property itself is a working farm with campsites spread around the creek, dam and ridge, so there are plenty of different spots depending on the kind of stay you’re after. Everything was well maintained, the property was clean and tidy, and having clean toilets available was a great bonus. It’s also conveniently close to town and the surrounding shops and cafés, while still feeling like you’re properly away from it all. A massive thank you to Tom for making us feel so welcome and helping us find such a great spot. We had a fantastic weekend and Tommy certainly enjoyed exploring too! We’ll definitely be back

We have mixed feelings about sleepy hollow. Iit is a beautiful farm. The vibe is friendly. The owner is beyond kind and helpful. The cows are incredable. Overall the feel was good. However, the thing that was a little offputting was we felt the place was a bit embellished in the listing. We were only there for 2 nights. We knew before we left that sleepy hollow had no showers yet what sold us was the creek that was talked about in the listing. It was described as a place you could swim in and so i thought we'll If we are swimming during the day... at least we will be ok without a shower for 2 nights. Plus we wanted a place our kids could play in and swim in during our stay. This is actually what made me choose this place over others. In the photos the water looks amazing. When we arrived... the creek was more of a dried up, swamp looking thing. And it was only ankle deep in the spot u felt clean enough to get in. It 100% wasnt swimmable. The grass around the camp was long and it felt very snakey. I know it is the bush i get it but it just needed a bit of a tidy up esp if theres children and dogs running around. I know this isn't the owners fault at all but just a heads up... the march flies!! They are SO bad. I spent half the day in the caravan as we couldn't sit outside. Over all we DID like sleepy hollow. It just needs a bit of updating and so does the listing to reflect the reality of this.

Awesome spot! Hosts were very welcoming and the property is absolutely beautiful. Make sure you go for a walk and check out all the available spots, there are awesome private campsites with incredible views over the bridge and up the hill. We stayed for three nights, and would happily have stayed for longer! Great location close to Fingal Head and surrounds, so heaps to explore.

We had a great experience staying at this The Sleepy Hollow Manor Estate. It’s in a beautiful location near the coast, with easy access to everything you need, and the scenery is fantastic. The campsites are large and spread out, which gives you plenty of space and privacy. I’d recommend driving around the entire property before choosing your site, as there are plenty of options and some spots are more spacious and private than others. Taking the time to have a look around will help you find the perfect spot without feeling like you’re on top of your neighbours. Tom and his son were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and somewhere we’d happily stay again!

Great spot to camp, amazing views on the ridge section and good options if you want to be secluded. Also, Tom is a great guy, helped us out with firewood at like 9pm so we didnt run out. He also gave us some good local tips for the area... will be back for sure!

Sleepy Hollow manor estate is a very picturesque farm with lots of different spaces to set up camp. We camped up the top of a hill on the property away from others, with great views over the mountain range. The weather was good and we were treated to very nice sunrises and sunsets each day. Tom also took us around the property and showed us the different places available to stay in the future. He was a great host.
