Located on a quiet no through road with beautiful views and amazing sunsets this is a great spot to rest after a day out discovering the area. The property is only 15 minutes to Wyangla Dam, 30 minutes to Cowra and 40 minutes to the historic town of Canowindra. PLEASE NOTE: There are currently no open fires permitted. The statutory Bush Fire Danger Period runs from 1st October to 31 March. For more information on what to do and see in the area please visit the Cowra Visitor Information here https://visitcowra.com.au/This property is located on a very quiet no-through road with plenty of open space for you to set up camp. The land is lightly sloping so some levelling is required. There is plenty of space to exercise you pet or wear the kids out. We have walking tracks on the property for you to explore. Campfires are allowed (fire restrictions and weather permitting) in the fire pits provided or elsewhere in your own raised fire pit. Pets are allowed and it is advised to keep them on a leash so they do not run off into the bush. No generators allowed. We have a noise curfew from 10pm to 7am to respect our neighbours. Beautiful views towards Cowra and Orange will provide the perfect backdrop to you evening outlook and bright, colourful sunsets are the norm. The wind can be strong at times so it is advised to put awnings and light camping equipment away at night. There is wildlife around and if you are lucky enough you might spot an echidna, wombat, kangaroo or some wallabies. You will definitely see rabbits! There are friendly local magpies and if the conditions are right you could see the resident eagles that live across the road! On arrival we can supply you with a container to collect scraps to feed to our chickens. We have a vegetable garden and fruit trees and depending on the time of the year and availability there may be the opportunity for us to share some produce. 15 minutes to Wyangla Dam (watersports, fishing and viewing from the dam wall) 30 minutes to Cowra (Japanese Gardens, POW camp, wineries, Adventure Playground, skate park) 40 minutes to Canowindra (gorgeous shops and cafes, wineries, multiple art galleries, Age of Fishes Museum (recommend) home to the Balloon Festival)

Valley View
Family-friendly camping with a view
We had an incredible time camping at Valley View. It was a family friendly, quiet and private grassed area that had spectacular sunset views into the mountain ranges. Rachel was a friendly and helpful host, and we enjoyed her delicious home grown cucumbers. It was a short and scenic 15 minute drive to Wyangula Dam where we enjoyed fishing and boating, and 30 minutes to Cowra where we experienced the beautiful Japanese Gardens. Camping here made sense when we saw how busy camping at Wyangula Dam was! Valley View would suit the self-contained campers who want to enjoy the quiet side of nature!

Hidden gem
What a lovely hidden gem. We made our way back to Victoria and stumbled upon this site. Rachel was so accommodating and gave us some tips for our trip. Great view and well maintained site. Definitely recommend!

A great place to escape and unwind
A great place to escape and unwind! Paul and Rachel very friendly and accommodating. Dropped in with fresh berries from the garden which was appreciated and a nice touch. Pet friendly (on leash) and puppo enjoyed the camp too! Peaceful and plenty of space for 19’ van. We had Wi-Fi (Telstra) to post the perfect insta sunset! Thanks for sharing your space 🙌🏼
