Millingandi Station is nestled between the coastal holiday hamlets of Pambula and Merimbula. This unique tidal waterfront acreage has flat open grassy spaces, sealed road access and is within a few easy kilometres of all the amenities, shops and beaches these villages have to offer. Conveniently located on the Princes highway, we are a short drive to beautiful beaches, and grocery and supply stores. Explore Pambula village's boutique shops, eateries and micro brewery. Discover the history of nearby Eden, Boydtown and Greencape Lighthouse. Explore the farm on foot or launch a kayak, canoe or SUP in the tidal creek, direct access from the property, and explore the beautiful Merimbula lake. We offer fire-braziers for those who do not have their own, firewood available by the bundle for purchase. Pets on leashes welcome. This is a working farm so please ensure you close gates when you pass through them. Our property has two listings to choose from, Paddock sites(powered and unpowered) are located approximately 250 metres from the river (accessible on foot or by car), paddock campers are welcome to access the river for fishing, swimming etc "Pelicans rest" campsites are by booking only, spots are limited. Lagoon view is a small cabin located on Millingandi station, overlooking the lagoon, lower lying paddock and towards the river. The only cabin on the property, it stands alone, a short distance away from the campers in the Paddock. Keeping in the theme of camping,(just a wee bit fancier) the cabin is a one room, weatherproof option for those who prefer a bed off the ground. No bathroom attached, you have the option of bringing a portable shower and camp toilet(dump point onsite) or using the waterless composting loo a short walk away. THERE IS NO BATHROOM IN THE CABIN. The cabin has power and town(drinkable) water available. In the cabin you will find a queen sized bed(linen supplied) and fridge, BBQ on the deck, basic dining items(kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery etc) and a portable wash basin. Enjoy the recently renovated deck and the farm views, a short walk to the river to throw a line in or take your kayak into Merimbula lake.

Stayed at Millingandi Station with my miniature dachshunds and it was everything we needed. The flat grassy paddocks are huge and safe — perfect for leash walks with farm smells (sheep, horses, kangaroos everywhere). We spent hours by the tidal creek launching the kayak/SUP and just watching the water. Pelicans Rest riverside sites are next-level peaceful. Jodie and Brett are legends — warm, quick to reply, sorted firewood instantly, and the fresh oysters + farm eggs from the property were ridiculous (in the best way). The veggie/herb garden is a beautiful touch. Campfires under the stars, zero stress, and only minutes to Merimbula or Pambula beaches and shops. As the founder of Sausage Therapy, this place felt like an extension of the work I do — land, water, animals, and stillness doing the healing. My dogs thrived here. My nervous system finally exhaled. If you have dogs, love the water, or just want proper space and peace on the Sapphire Coast, book it. I’ll be back. 5 stars without hesitation.

We stayed two nights at The Paddock and had the grandest of times. Exploring the vast space and Pelican’s Rest, and star gazing next to a gorgeous campfire was a breathtaking experience. Biggest shout out to Jodie and Brett who were lovely and warm hosts who made us feel right at home. 10/10 would recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing time camping at this beautiful property - this was my first time camping with my partner and it went so well! We were right on the riverside and the views were gorgeous. We even went for a little paddle in the kayak and had a hit of table tennis. We were a bit nervous when we realised the toilet was a drop toilet and there was only an outdoor shower but it worked out fine - just bring some bathers, soap and flannel and you can have an outdoor shower. So handy having town water connected everywhere! Thanks for having us 😊

Loved our stay here. A great base to explore Merimbula, Pambula and Eden. The sites were large, level and grass. Fire pits were available, as well as access to the veggie garden. Easy access to power and water. A short walk down to the river. Friendly host. Would certainly recommend and revisit here in future.

This is one of the best camps we’ve been to . Pelicans rest area is large, on the river and quiet . Huge space between campers, booked for 3 and extended our stay . Fires all ok and wood delivered , along with oysters and eggs. Vegetable and herb garden was a huge bonus . And well stocked . Prices compared to other hipcamps are so reasonable . Would come back and highly recommend . 5 minutes to Merimbula and Pambula so lots to do without going far and you still feel like you’re in the country .

Mitingandi was amazing! We upgraded to a river site and were really glad we did. It was a little quieter and site 1 had us in a nice little corner. The boys tried to fish (with lots of laughter) whilst I relaxed reading a book. Such a great spot, just a little too close to the highway.
