We so enjoyed our 3 nights at the farm. Allan and Ngaire are very welcoming. This place is above and beyond what is expected at a Hipcamp. Hot shower with a view and immaculately clean toilet facilities, fire pits benches to enjoy the view. Well kept lawn. Views everywhere. We had heaps of space. We will be back for sure.

Pitched camp right beside the creek which was deep enough to swim in. Great spot to take the heat off a hot day. Our host, Rebecca, dropped some firewood off in the late afternoon. We enjoyed our brief chat and got some good tips on where to eat (Eltham pub) which was spot on. You couldn’t ask for a more congenial, helpful host. We were surprised by the lack of mosquitoes (bonus). A great spot to tour the local hinterland of Lennox Head & Bryon. We would recommend to anyone who enjoys wild camping.

My friends and I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful camp spot! It’s pretty much the perfect spot.. creekside, plenty of space to enjoy a few lawn games and a great location to everything you want to check out in the local area (Tosha Falls & The Eltham Hotel were some highlights). The hosts Cam and Jess seem like the loveliest people who want their campers to enjoy their time as much as possible. They were very accommodating but also gave us plenty of privacy for us to enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend this campsite to anyone looking at peaceful time away!

Weekend Trip to CREEKSIDE Farm

The campsites are lovely and grassy in a beautiful setting next the creek. There’s plenty of birdlife and amazing water dragons in the creek. Sites 1 and 2 are quite close together and in a large open stretch of land. Site 3 is a bit more private and further away from the road. We had a few issues with the neighbour playing loud music early in the morning but Cam and Jess were super responsive and did their best to sort things out and went above and beyond to make things right.

Weekend Trip to Byron Myocum Farm

Gorgeous spot, so peaceful and with incredible views. The toilet, outdoor shower and playroom are fantastic. My 4 year old spent most of her time in there, and the hosts even put out pictures for her to colour in which we so appreciated. All this plus the bonus swing, fire pits and benches. We are planning our return trip already, honestly couldn’t fault it. Highly recommend!

The open air living allows guests to feel 100% connected to the natural environment, while at the same time having access to reliable, fast internet along with the comforts of a hot shower, flush loo etc. It is an ideal way to capture the restored feeling from remote camping, without the hassle of taking all your camping gear. Sleeping arrangements: We have a custom-made inner spring mattress that is an unusual size due to the vintage age of the vintage caravan & therefore the size, is in between a King-single & double size width & a queen-size length (which may or may not be big enough for 2 people depending on your sleeping expectations). The actual measurements are: 1.13M wide & 2M long. There is also a separate king single-size bed, on the other side of the caravan, suitable for another adult, a child or two small children. All linen and bath towels etc are provided. The caravan is cosy, with a TV, stereo, fridge, sink, wardrobe & storage space. Your campsite is on a grassy knoll of Myocum Farm with sweeping views of farmland and the Byron lighthouse in the distance. You will be the sole visitors and thus have all the space and amenities to yourself. Your onsite amenities include: a firepit with benches and table, bbq plates, free kindling, firewood available to buy, a hot private outdoor shower, your own flushing toilet, a tap and handsoap, a bucket and hose, bins for recycling and rubbish, a swing, and a small cubbyhut with board games and a bocce and cricket set. Please note our rates are very competitive and cover 3 visitors in our base rate. During your stay you can just kick back and relax overlooking the farm which produces beef cattle and fingerlimes, but with the convenient distance to towns and beaches, you can also use it as a base to very easily explore all the region has to offer: Byron Bay and Bangalow (15 mins), Brunswick Heads (10 mins), and Mullumbimby (6 mins), all offering great dining, local market, and retail experiences. the area has a plethora of activities to pursue: swimming, walking, fishing, great surfing, sea kayaking, ballooning, skydiving, horseriding, golf (eg renowned Ocean Shores golf club is 20 minutes away), and the wonderful rail trail for bikers or walkers can be accessed at Mooball, a picturesque 20 min drive away or try out the new mountain bike trail at the vey pretty township of Uki in the hinterland. Beautiful waterfalls are less than a half hour drive away. There are local businesses who can help you pursue these kinds of activities if you don't bring your own equipment.

Coorabell creek farmstay is 30acres of hilly country made up of a mixture of forests, gullys, creeks and horse paddocks. the main camping site is the creek flat in a large shady area with a swimming hole in the freshwater springfed creek with campfire and log seats. there is an alternative camping site for wet weather in the front stone circle paddock 50mtrs from the creek bank. this area is a grassed paddock with morning shade but full sun throughout the day. there is no mobile reception on the property but a short walk up the driveway a few hundred meters away you can get reception at the property entrance should you need to make calls or get/snd msgs.. Property is located 8mins from the Pacific highway, 10mins from Mullumbimby or 18mins from Byron bay township pubs, restaurants and surfing beaches. Approximately 20mins drive to Brunswick heads surfing beaches or Byron surfing beaches. National parks for hiking or horse riding within 20mins drive. Can accommodate 2 horses in paddocks ($10per horse per night.) and parking space for horse float should you wish to bring your horses and enjoy some trails or beach riding in the area, I can give more information on places to ride on request. other activities that can be booked at additional cost include Didgeridoo Making workshops for adults and didgeridoo painting workshops for kids. this is a full day activity for adults and a half day activity for kids doing didgeridoo painting workshops. please enquire for more info and prices.
