We had the most peaceful night, felt very private and a gorgeous view of the farm in the morning fog. Amenities were great too, thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay at the bush silo, it was quiet, private, easily accessible for 2wd and the fire kept us nice and toasty. Lance and Ina were lovely and great hosts. Highly recommend this site as well as the Macadamias available for purchase 👌

Great little Spot which different options to park your van, Campertrailer or Caravan. We wanted to stay 2 nights but extended for one more night as we had such a good time exploring the surrounding area. The free firewood is great plus and the amenities are self-made and absolutely gorgeous.
We've been there with a 4x4 and a 6foot Campertrailer. No Problems to get to the spot and around a "narrow" bend.
The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. Definitely recommend to stay there for a couple of nights!

This is a quiet, private, relaxing site that is wonderfully located.
We enjoyed three days at the site.
The site is well away from the house on the property and has an isolated feel.
We loved the shower and toilet facilities as well as the lush grass of the camp site.
This is one of the best sites we have stayed at.

This place is amazing! The hosts are incredibly helpful and the campsite is well laid out with a silo for eating under and another silo for the toilet/shower. We loved this place and having a campfire under the stars both nights we were there! Also the Macadamia nuts are a must try!
We would highly recommend this place to everyone! Thanks again Lance and Ina!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bush Silo! Lance & Ina are wonderful hosts, they have created a very unique, creative, private & peaceful space for campers to stay on their beautiful property amongst the macadamia trees. Highly recommend, we will return one day!

Wonderful camp spot in an awesome location, quiet and secluded while only a short drive to many lively surrounding towns (Byron, Lismore, etc). Lance & Ina were very welcoming and friendly, and the camp site is private and peaceful on their beautiful Macadamia farm. The silo shower and toilet were great. Absolutely buy some of their Macadamias while you’re there - they are delicious. And check out the Eltham Hotel for good food and live music!

It was a wonderful experience! Hosts Ina and Lance were very helpful and provided a super detailed guidance how to reach our tent spot which was actually on top of the hill. We were impressed by pretty clean toilet with a hot (!) shower and a silo with table, chairs, BBQ pit, hammock and a drinking water tap even with filters.
It was a wonderful stay, definitely recommended.
P.S. there is a macadamia plantation there and we've bought the best raw macadamia I've ever tried from Lance.

Excellent location to spectactular hinterland country. Exclusive use of the site and facilities was a standout and we loved the chic-industrial theme of repurposed silos and metalwork.
And falling to sleep to the sound of falling macadamias and birdlife was a great experience.
Lance and Ina are a lovely couple and are very kind to be sharing their little piece of paradise.

Mill Farm is a special site! Surrounded by those beautiful macadamias is something else.
The facilities built by Lance are just perfect for the surrounding and in pristine cleanliness - thank you!

We absolutely loved camping at the mill. The silos are a wonderful feature and provided just enough creature comfort. It was so peaceful in the orchard. Byron is a short trip away and the scenery in the area is breathtaking.
Don't forget to try the macadamias for sale.
Can't recommend it enough.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay.
Lance and Ina were lovely people and greeted us on arrival.
The space was secluded with a great cooking/hanging area as well as a toilet/bathroom with hot water!
Ample firewood to make a fire, either in the barrel under the silo for warmth or outside for cooking.
The space was in amongst the macadamia trees with room for a number of cars/tents and was a great quiet spot.
Would absolutely recommend to couples or small groups of friends.

Wonderful spot to sit and unwind in the peacefulness in and amongst the macadamia trees. Nice comfortable ammenities.Short commute to surrounding towns and beaches. Wonderful hosts that made your stay very comfortable. Secluded sight that you have to yourself.

What a peaceful welcoming bush camp - highly recommend. Private camp, with amazing facilities set up (toilet / shower with hot water) & undercover open bush area to cook / enjoy the space. Would definitely advise bringing some cash with you to buy the macadamia some nuts (delicious!) on the way in to enjoy eating under the trees 🌳. Plenty of shade / cool spaces (essential for summer camping) & all the facilities for open fire 🔥 in Winter.

Lance & Ina's campsite was a breath of fresh air and they go put of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Such a wonderfully set up campsite, one of the best we have been to. The amenities are just fantastic, the spotless silo with hot shower, lights and flushing toilet was just amazing and the work they have done to make the campsite so peaceful is fantastic. They have even installrd filtered water which was amazing. We had a wonderful time and will be back. Thanks for having us.

This is the place!! After a day at Byron Bay beaches, this was a cool place to hang in the shade and take a warm shower in complete peace. My only regret was not purchasing the macadamia nuts as soon as I got there!

Bush Silo.
We had such a lovely stay at Ina and Lance’s site. The macadamia farm/forested fairy glen is beautiful. It's lush, quiet, private and incredibly peaceful. It’s the kind of place where you immediately slow down and relax to the sounds of nature.
Ina and her family are genuinely warm and welcoming hosts, and you can really see how much care they’ve put into the property. The old silos they’ve converted are a great touch - the BBQ/recreation area is both practical and charming, and a really nice spot to spend the evening.
The bathroom silo was spotless and well set up, with good lighting and a proper hot shower, which was much appreciated.
Everything felt clean, thoughtful, and well looked after.
Overall, it’s a special place that feels personal and well cared for. We’d happily stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature.

The farm was absolutely stunning! Lance and Ina were wonderful hosts. Very welcoming. We bought some macadamia nuts from them which I cannot wait to try!
The camp site itself was also gorgeous. Completely secluded with a self built little hut and toilet/shower hut. Amenities were super clean and well kept. Would definitely want to visit again!! Thanks a lot :)

My wife, son and I loved camping at Bush Silo!
Hosts Ina and Lance are lovely and provided all the directions and support during our stay.
We loved the campsite and ammenities. The farm is beautiful and very special.
We enjoyed waking up in such a peaceful environment and would recommend it for anyone to camp at Bush Silo as well 😊
