Our property is located in Canuda, the terrain is hilly with several clear, flat spots good for camping. The entire 33 acres is available for you to explore on a nature walk. The property also has a bath with a hand pump from which you can pump beautiful clear drinking water. There may be some fine particles in the water which will settle or can be filtered out. There are a number of good camping locations near the bath. Any clear area within the boundary is available to camp in. Being a declared scrub block it is undisturbed and both brown and tiger snakes are present but if you leave them alone they will mind their own business. Our property is located in the town of Fountain, 24kms from Port Lincoln. We are a hobby farm that is set amongst the gum trees and have large spacious sites for you to relax and enjoy. On a clear night, the stars are amazing. We are only a 15 minutes drive from Coffin Bay and its fresh seafood, stunning beaches, fishing and water activities. There are National Parks within easy reach where you can enjoy 4Wdriving, hiking and swimming. Guests are welcome to bring their horses with them for the duration of their stay. Please contact the host beforehand if you would like to bring your horse so we can prepare. We have great horse facilities, including a large sand arena, round yard, yards and places to ride, including a beautiful beach not far from here. Those who would like to come to relax and enjoy peace and serenity are also very welcome. We have a communal fire pit available to use outside of fire restrictions and other pets are also welcome. Campers must be fully self-sufficient with their own camp toilet and must take all waste with them on departure.

We are located walking distance from lake alexandrina, we’re there are plenty of activities to do such as fishing, boating, and more. There is abundance of wildlife with our resident mob of kangaroos stoping by daily it’s a bird watchers paradise. This site is a 4 minute walk from the main house and is completely private. The property has its own private road so plenty of room for kids to ride their bikes, we have horses and cows that guests are welcome to feed over the fence. Dogs are welcome lots of room for them to run around, we also have paddle boards for hire. The town of milang has its own mini mart and cafe and on weekends the train museum is open for viewing. Must be self contained and leave no trace.

Gum Park is a working Cattle Property where our family lives and works full time. We also have a butchery on farm where we process our own beef and pork for sale at local farmer's markets. Gum Park is a certified organic farm, so no chemicals are sprayed on our pastures or anywhere within our property. Our property is at the top of the watershed, so we don't get run off from other properties nearby. We are situated 14 km from the centre of Victor Harbor on the top of Cut Hill. Other towns close by are Pt Elliot (9km) and Mount Compass (14km). The Hipcamp campsite is situated in a paddock setting, nestled up against native scrub.

The best portaloo and shower set up I have seen and a thoughtful addition for campers who aren't self sufficient or don't want to poo in the van loo. Absolutely worthwhile making the effort to get to Parrara View. We stayed on the Sugar Gums site. What a fabulous location in a grassy field of aged Sugar Gum trees. Excellent, clean (incredibly clean) amenities, cool little fire pits, flat campsite. Was our favourite ever Hipcamp so thoroughly recommended. Our host was excellent and really informative about their area and happy to have a chat. Short drives to both Port Lincoln and Coffin Bay. Loved our stay at Parrara View.

Due to wind we swapped our stay at Paddock 2 to Shady 2. The spot was private and sheltered from the wind. We also decided to take a tour of the farm, meet the camels and sample some camel milk and ice cream. It was lovely to meet Tara who was very friendly and gave a very interesting tour. We felt very welcomed on the property and were able to take an evening walk and have another look at the camels. Perfect for an off-road self-contained trip.

I absolutely loved my stay at Cooinda, so much so I booked again before I even packed up and left! I was on site 1 which was fantastic for my dogs as it is fully inclosed. Over the 4 nights I had a rotation of great friends come and stay and they too loved everything. Cooinda is so pretty, peaceful and spacious with great facilities. The grass is so lush and green and the view towards the ocean was lovely. Can't wait to my next trip!

Cooinda is a local favourite. Lovely owner and caretakers, well maintained campsites, convenient location and beautiful views. Give me this over a busy caravan park any day. Site 3b is spacious, flat and grassy so a very easy and relaxing place to set up and enjoy.
