Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and under owners control at all times. Campfires are allowed in the fire pit provided and firewood is available at a small additional cost. If you prefer to skip sunrise you can always start your day by preparing some dough for a pizza night with the family. The outdoor patio is equipped with a TV to watch the footy on while you fire up the pizza oven. Giving you the freedom to create all the pizza combos you wished dominos had. Even though it is a shed it has all the basic ammenties any place has. The only difference is the ceiling looks a bit different. Fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all of the things you'd need to cook a sunday roast or even a microwave meal if you'd prefer. Complimentary coffee and tea for those that need it. The bathroom has a large shower with a gas hot water system. Its a dream for anyone who enjoys hot showers. Dual washing machine and dryer for those wet weather days that won't allow you to use the clothes line. We can accomodate up to six guests. Bedroom one contains two single beds, a 40" smart Tv and USB charging outlets along with a small cuboard for clothes storage. Bedroom two which has been closed in utilising large wardrobes with hanging and shelf storage. This contains one queen size bed and a 40" smart TV along with USB charging outlets. We have added a sofa bed in the lounge room that is equivallent to a double bed. All beds linen has been provided to allow for a comfortable stay. All TVs have access to netflix as well for those much needed movie nights. The yard is fully fenced with plenty of space for your boat or jet skis. Public boat ramp is only 2.5km's from the property giving you access to the fish the nearby reefs and fraser island. There is a hose long enough to flush out your gear and give the boat a quick hose down when you finally decide to come back to land. Fraser island sealink ferry is only a 35 minutes drive away to make a day trip to one of the largest sand islands in the world. Hervey bay Wetside Water Park is also only a 20 minute drive away and is a perfect way to keep the kids happy and entertained. Swim with the turtles at Reef world Aquirium or go for a wander down the Urangan peer. FInish up the day with some dinner at the Hervey Bay boat club with a beer or wine in hand. If you have missed any essentials or you're craving a crumb sausage the Toogoom convenience store is only 800m down the road along with the pharmacy. Local restaurants are near the boat ramp for a night free of cooking and clean up duties. Throw a rod in at the jetty while you're waiting for breakfast at Goodys.

Public boat ramp is only 2.5km's from the property giving you access to the fish the nearby reefs and fraser island. There is a hose long enough to flush out your gear and give the boat a quick hose down when you finally decide to come back to land. Fraser island sealink ferry is only a 35 minutes drive away to make a day trip to one of the largest sand islands in the world. Hervey bay Wetside Water Park is also only a 20 minute drive away and is a perfect way to keep the kids happy and entertained. Swim with the turtles at Reef world Aquirium or go for a wander down the Urangan peer. FInish up the day with some dinner at the Hervey Bay boat club with a beer or wine in hand. If you have missed any essentials or you're craving a crumb sausage the Toogoom convenience store is only 800m down the road along with the pharmacy. Weekend Trip to Hope Valley
Our family had such a wonderful weekend away at Anita’s beautiful property. It was so peaceful, we explored the area on foot, along the creek and also in our 4WD up to a lookout high on the ridge. The horses visited us at our cabin several times, which was a highlight. The cabin was so private we felt like we had the property to ourselves. Definitely need a 4WD! And the drive to Anita’s property is so beautiful too.

We loved staying at Shanlyn farm for a quiet and peaceful off grid hideaway. This was our second stay but the first at “Little Soho” which was a well appointed and comfortable vintage caravan with a deck, a view and an adjoining ensuite off the deck. The birdsong and general ambience was so calming and Lynne’s hospitality and generosity was wonderful! Including her homemade apple pie, fresh farm eggs and chutney, and the ever present sensitive touches that she sprinkles around the property. We got to pet and feed the donkeys, horses and cows and learn about her eco imprint in this world. Highly recommend you stay here, be it in a dome or caravan. Recommend you book a reiki treatment or meditate at the dromedan , or do yoga at sunrise on the Sataya deck or just walk and enjoy the property. Everything is authentically and sustainably operating for the greater good of the environment and the animals and gardens under Lynne’s gentle care. You won’t be disappointed and we will be back!!

Honestly the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable and cosy. Plenty of open space outside and great big firepit which we enjoyed. Cleanest composting toilet i have seen so far, can't say I'm much of a fan of them due to bad experiences but this one was very clean and well maintained. The property is beautiful and we had a great time exploring and hiking up to the Ridge, what a view! We had such a wonderful trip and will definitely be back again and again.

I flew from Sydney to spend time with my brother and dad as they both love on the Sunshine Coast. We had booked another place prior and it got cancelled on us the day before as they had doubled booked. My brother and I frantically looked online trying to find a place, when we came across this one. It was even better than what we had originally booked! The place was so beautiful and beyond what we imagined. On arrival Anthony, Cass and Winnie (they're cute dog) greeted us and showed us around. They were all so friendly and made us feel at home straight away. The adjoining cottages were perfect, the land was lush and green with many trees and the lake was full of wonderful birdlife. At night we all sat by the fire, eating dinner and listening to my dad's favourite songs. In the day we went on adventures and came home to relax in the wonderful cottages. Sitting on the veranda with a cuppa and taking in the misty mornings was a great way to start the day too. Thanks for having us, we definitely made some great memories that will be cherished forever!

We truly enjoyed having heaps of space in nature, extra quiet nights and everything else that comes along with it. Place was as described and we didn't lack anything. Planning to go back again. Btw, you definitely need 4wd to get there. Lengths of the road are not suitable for a regular car.

What a gem of a spot for a couples weekend away! The bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a dream. The cabin was a good distance from any other homes, which made it feel like our own peaceful retreat. The birdwatching was a real highlight, with water birds gathering at the billabong and amazing black cockatoos flying overhead in the afternoons. Such a special place to reconnect with nature and each other. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and soak up the serenity!

Beautiful landscape with Utterly Stunning Lake Host (Heather) was highly welcoming, friendly with quick response time. Our Bell tent was set up beautifully, with the most direct and lovely view of the lake Close to the camp kitchen and flushing toilet. Campgrounds were beautifully designed with a plethora of mini walks throughout the land. Lot of space to spread out. There was only 1 more party. Felt Extremely private.

It’s a lovely place. Quiet and peaceful. I had a good time disconnected and reenergised. I travelled alone and arrived late at night. Anthony and Cas check on me when passed the original ETA and came to the gate to wait for me in the dark which was amazing. It’s a magical where you can watch the sunrise, sunset, moon rise and moon set.

Such a beautiful peaceful retreat. We loved staying here, sitting on the verandah of a morning was a highlight. We had friends camping close by so this was such a great place to stay, the area is lovely. Not far from Imbil township for great bakery treats. Friendly hosts and animals around the property we thoroughly enjoyed it. Would love to come back.
