BOATS
Boat launch locations are available for campers at designated areas within the campsite and to comply with our SEQ Water licence:
* No parking within 20 metres of the water.
* Vehicles must stay on the designated road and cannot drive down to the boat ramp.
* After launching, vehicles and trailers must be parked back up the hill within the Pointro boundary.
* Marquees and similar structures must be at least 6 metres from the water’s edge.
* Boats may be moored during the day but must be removed overnight.
Breaches may result in fines from SEQ Water, which will be passed on to the responsible party.
RULES
- NO travelling in the back of boats, trailers, jet skis being towed
- NO travelling in the in the back of utes.
- NO trail bikes.

The property was first settled in the 1840’s and became the headquarters of Tamrookum Station in 1878 when Robert Collins and his family purchased the property.

How to get to us? We have two ways in .
Option 1:
Via Flagstone onto Bushman Drive – then into Wyatt road follow to the end and turn right onto undullah road follow for 5 ks .
we approximately 14 km from the Flagstone Shopping Centre.
Please note: 10 km of this route is gravel road. 4x4 vehicle access is recommended.
Option 2:
From the Centenary Freeway roundabout, at ripley head 21 km along Ripley Road, which continues and changes name to Undullah Road.
This route is 4x4 access is recommended with some narrow bends – please drive to conditions. We do have 2 wheel drives make the journey !

CALLEMONDAH FARM CAMPING
Callemondah is a 1500 acre Farm owned by Norm and Rhonda Betts located south of Warwick in Queensland.
Callemondah is Aboriginal for "Many Hills" and the Farm is an Aussie Whites Sheep Stud Farm featuring also cattle, horses, pigs and chickens.
Callemondah Bush Stay Camping area overlooks a picturesque waterhole and a creek with great stands of gum trees spaced throughout a park like setting.
There are fire pits to cook your food with and to have a campfire, just ask for a load of firewood from Farmer Norm.
We have toilets but no showers yet and we have new undercover shelters for everyone.
The farm is a scenic mixture of wide open grazing fields and areas of native bushland which features native bird life and wildlife such as cockatoos, black cockatoos, galahs, crows, mapgies, kangaroos, wallabies, goannas and more.
The Rosenthal creek meanders through Callemondah Farm which is very beautiful and makes for a lovely walk or to sit beside and create a painting.
You can go for an amble throughout the farm or do a larger hike and take in the spectacular views from the various high points. (by arrangement only)
Breeding Stud Sheep and beef cattle are the main agricultural activity on the Farm and there are pigs in the newly built piggery, poultry, farm dogs, horses and other farm animals featured.
You can drive into Warwick which is only 5 minutes away, go for a country drive or take a trip to Stanthorpe, Allora, Yangan and other towns for the day or to visit markets and events.
We can hold and cater for functions such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings and Corporate Outdoor and Team building Functions.
You can also bring your horse/s on planned events and ride through the paddocks and hills of Callemondah Farm.
We do allow dogs that must remain on a leash at all times.
There are various National Parks you can visit to go hiking and we can organize Archery, horse riding and other activities in the local area for you and your family.
So we hope Callemondah Calls you to come and stay and we welcome you to stay for a day, a weekend or longer and spend some time on our fantastic farm.

The large campsite is located alongside our 14 acre dam with a pontoon and dam banks to explore.
The site is flat and mowed with easy access from the road for caravans.
The dam is perfect to launch a SUP/ canoe out on, float around on floaties and spot some turtles or eels.
Great to swim in/ try your luck with a fishing rod, but NO JUMPING from the pontoon as water levels vary and submerged debris/ trees etc. (common sense swimming in dam and water sources.)
The pontoon is perfect for evening sunsets (or a sneaky proposal, which has happened a few times already!)
** Please be very conscious of deciding to camp with children in close proximity to an open water source. Safety is our highest priority.
The campsite is bordered by seasonal crops.
We also have Cattle that rotate through different paddocks on the property, depending on feed and crop cycles. (Not all guests will have cattle about sorry kiddies!)
**Pets welcome, but to remain under STRICT supervision. Not to chase cattle or wildlife. **
Our property is also home to the local remote controlled airplane club.
Guests will be able to see and hear them buzzing around of a weekend. You can watch from the campsite but we ask not to walk through the paddocks or approach the club.
During weekday stays (and some weekends) you will have the pleasure to see fighter aircraft, KC-30s and the impressive C17 Globe masters doing some low flying and pass overs as we are just on the edge of the Amberley RAAF Base circuit area.

Our sites are completely isolated from town, with views and not visible from the road. Sites are set among nearly 100 acres of a mix of open land and rainforest. Multiple natural springs exist on the property and a few small spring-fed waterholes are scattered down the cascading hills. Friendly ducks, geese, fish, horses and an abundance of native wildlife live here. This location is home to several endangered species due to being one of the last isolated pockets of rainforest in the area.

Conveniently located just 2km from the Cunningham Highway, our retreat is set within a peaceful bushland environment surrounded by the spectacular natural scenery of the Scenic Rim. We welcome a variety of groups including schools, church groups, community groups, families and outdoor adventure seekers looking to connect with nature and enjoy the outdoors.
Our retreat offers flexible accommodation options including basic powered and unpowered camping areas, group camping spaces, bunk-style cabins and a fully self-contained cottage, making it suitable for a range of outdoor education, retreat and nature-based experiential learning experiences. The property also includes facilities suited to larger organised group bookings, including bunkhouse accommodation, dining and gathering spaces and capacity for up to 100 guests across the site.
There is no shortage of opportunities to enjoy the natural environment. Guests can explore the lake by canoe or boat, enjoy fishing, bushwalking and outdoor activities, or simply relax and reconnect with nature. Lake Moogerah is well known for its Bass and Yellow Belly fishing, while our onsite bushwalk leads to Striker Point and the gorge waterfall with spectacular views along the way.
For those wanting to further explore the region, Spicers Gap National Park is only a short drive away and offers scenic walking tracks and breathtaking views over the Fassifern Valley and surrounding landscapes.
While we do not currently have a boat ramp onsite, guests can launch their boats at the nearby public boat ramp and utilise the sheltered bay located in front of the retreat.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant lakeside escape!
We had an absolute ball at Atkinsons Edgewater. You can clearly see the new owners are getting stuck in and making massive improvements to the park. The powered sites are absolutely huge—plenty of room to spread out without feeling crammed in next to your neighbors.
The caretakers were incredibly friendly and helpful (they even lent us a hand when we had a flat battery!). It's a great, safe spot for the kids to run around and escape the crazy city life, and being just a few steps from the water is unbeatable. We’ve already locked in our next trip!

Took our nieces on their first camping trip here and its safe to say it wont be their last! They had so much fun with lots of space for them to play & run around. We didnt get to swim because it was too cold but the pool or dam on a warmer day would be splendid! Very spacious camp sites both powered & unpowered. Bathrooms were also spacious and toilets were nice and clean. They sell essentials in their Cafe which is awesome and overall we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!!

Amazing location. Easy to find the grounds and the campsites themselves signed clearly. Nice to have ammenities close by, even though we were furthest away it is still very close.
The view at iron bark site was stunning! Access to the lake only a short walk. Will be back.

Lovely spot to camp, Dayman was so helpful and met me there to show me through. The driveway was a bit steep and would have been bad in the rain, but luckily it had dried out enough for my 2wd van to make it in and out. Loved it.

Large campsite (~60x25m) with plenty of level areas. The terrain easily handled by our Kia Sportage and VW Tiguan AWDs - didn't bother putting them into 4x4 mode. I reckon a 2x4 would have been perfectly adequate (although the weather was dry, so might be different in the wet).
Grass immaculately mowed and maintained with no bindies or weeds. Spent most of the time in bare feet and it was great - the grass prevented the usual filthy feet problem. Plenty of privacy - nearest campsite must have been about 80 to 100m away.
Libby is a great host - organised, flexible and helpful.
