What a beautiful location. We welcomed our Saturday morning with the glorious view of hot air balloons landing at the neighbouring paddocks paddled on the dam and enjoyed the great view of the countryside. Alex was very helpful and we look forward to coming back again.

We had a fantastic Easter weekend at The Grove. Being the only booking was appreciated by our families especially with 9 month old boys. The location was great, having the lake there for the stand up paddle boards, fresh red claw for a good Friday dinner, plenty of shade for our Easter long lunches. It was short drive into Beaudesert for the dump point which was also appreciated. The hot air balloons and amazing weather were bonuses. We all agreed we'd visit again.

It was a beautiful place to stay very relaxing lots of animals around ..
Only downfall was ground was not level for a motorhome and the gate entry pin code needs fixing had to call host everytime I needed to leave or come back into grounds after the rain.
But host was very friendly

About 10 minutes from Beaudesert you find yourself about a million miles from anywhere. Lovely spot by a large dam with lush grass underfoot. We had a lot of rain to begin with and the site drained well when the sun came out. Alex the host was very accommodating. We look forward to returning to this little slice of paradise.

Alex’s site is beautiful. Grassy site on the dam which is lovely for swimming - or floating on inflatables. The area is huge and would fit a large group. Very private and peaceful.
Very good communication from Alex.
The Red Claw were delicious.

Second time out to this property and as usual absolutely loved it. Having the place to ourselves is awesome. Kids rode the little motorbike around, stand up paddles boards and floaters in the dam and fires at night, t was a perfect 5 days.

My 6-year-old son Emmett and I had the most amazing adventure and getaway at The Grove Farm Stay! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and tranquil surroundings. Emmett especially loved the dogs, sheep, and the redclaw—he hasn’t stopped talking about them since we left! Spending time with the animals added so much charm and fun to our experience. We even went fishing together, creating memories we’ll both treasure forever.
Alex and his partner have truly created something extraordinary here. Their dedication and passion for this place are evident in every detail. It’s a perfect blend of nature, adventure, and relaxation, and they deserve full credit for making it such a special retreat.

The site is amazing! An open field with plenty of space, whilst also having enough shade. There is a dam there that is AMAZING for swimming, and we personally brought stand up paddle boards and it was amazing! Not to mention Alex was super helpful with all of the questions I had! Would defs recommend!

Loved that Alex's campsite is only one site, so it's completely yours. We had three families stay here and there is still room for more. The dam was great for kayaking and swimming, fun seeing the cattle roam the edges throughout the day. We purchased some redclaw from the farm and it was delicious and fresh.

Incredible stay!! Honestly an unreal experience, the hosts were fantastic and couldn’t recommend it enough, easy to get to, easy to find, and such an easy stay, will definitely be back!

Nice private spot with lots of space and plenty of native birds. Cattle, donkeys and sheep are a constant source of amusment. Views are amazing. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely campsite! Spacious and beautiful, felt so private as well! The lake/damn was so beautiful and relaxing to swim in, we took a stand up paddle board and some floaties and it was great! - such a nice weekend away! Alex was so helpful and understanding.. we will definitely be back!

Awesome spot to camp. Plenty of room , great scenery and swimming spot. Places for fires and amazing sunsets will definitely be back!

Absolutely lovely place to get away from everyone and everything.
Plenty of space for the kids to run around and they loved slowly coaxing the donkeys down to say hi.
Dam too cold to swim in but can’t wait for summer to get out on the kayaks.
Shops very close in case you forget something but far enough off the road to not be disturbed by traffic noises.
Alex very communicative when it comes to questions.

The privacy of the one booking on site is fantastic and the host Alex is great to deal with. So many options of spots to set up camp on the perfectly prepared grounds.

We had a relaxing stay at the Grove, Alex was a great host, the farm produce's red claw which we cooked over the coals and were delicious. The camp had an enormous amount of room over looking the dam and surrounding farm land, hot air balloons of each morning were a great sight to see.

I love camping here in my hammock (Amok) strung between these massive gum trees, right next to the lake. In the far distance you can see Alex running his farm. It's very private place with lots of birds life.

Birdlife on the lake was prolific - aquatic bird spotters paradise. Hot air balloons on both weekend days were an added delight. Alex the host is always friendly and welcoming, and keen to give a tour of the extensive Redclaw ponds.

We had an amazing stay here, very peaceful and loved that we were the only ones there. This is one of the very few places that it is only yourselves or the group you come with to share the peace, quiet and beauty. Watching the hot air balloons in the morning was so incredible if you’re lucky to see them. we took our blowup canoe and stand-up paddleboard to cool down in the dam.
Alex is a wonderful host, friendly and helpful and if you like red claw yabbies, this is the place to be as they are available for purchase.

Alex was an excellent host, very friendly and accommodating and took time to show us around his farm which was very interesting. He ensured our campsite was ready for our arrival, which was easy to find and drive to with our van. The spot is lovely and large, can accommodate more than one vehicle, and offers privacy next to the dam. Would certainly love to visit again :)

Our family had a fabulous time at The Grove. Such a beautiful spot. The lake was awesome. We really enjoyed swimming and kayaking! The animals were great too. They would visit right near the fence of the camping area - sheep, cows and donkeys. Overall, just a great spot. Alex is a great host - excellent communication and very responsive to messages. Thanks so much and I'd highly recommend this site for a relaxing and calm camping trip.

Our family loved camping here. It’s peaceful and quiet and the view of the rolling green mountains was incredible. Alex is an absolute legend he even jump started our car for us as the battery went flat.. The hot air balloons came over on sunrise were also spectacular.

My partner and I loved every moment of our stay. I would definitely recommend a stay to anyone interested. Alex was very welcoming and friendly, and we could not have asked for a better host. Looking forward to returning in the future when we pass this way again.

Such a beautiful spot! We stayed for 3 days and it was the perfect space with our 3 kids. They had lots of fun spotting various animals, as well at the hot air balloons! Highly recommend to anyone looking for some breathing room.
