Guppy Gully is a part of a working dairy farm on the Mary River situated in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland near Kenilworth. We have 4 sites with direct river frontage for self-contained caravans, campers and tents. Most of the sites have the capacity to fit numerous vans. Fire pits are provided at all sites. All weather 2wd access road. Please note we do not have amenities or drinking water and that you need to be self-sufficient and bring everything you need with you and take out ALL Waste. For the consideration of other campers and my neighbours please be mindful of noise levels. Firewood available by the bag to purchase. The Mary River water level is determined by rain fall. We are just 10 mins down the road from Booloumba Creek and Falls and the famous Kenilworth Bakery.

The creek flows all year round and is generally shallow and rocky — perfect for kids to play in. There are a couple of slightly deeper rock pools by the waterfall. The property features a mix of rainforest and bushland that can be explored. We are currently working on some walking and riding trails. A great spot to disconnect from the world and immerse yourself in nature. It’s also an ideal base for exploring the Sunshine Coast region: • 8 minutes to Palmwoods (and the famous Rick’s Garage) • 15 minutes to Montville (Hinterland region) • 14 minutes to the Big Pineapple, the Tree Top Challenge, and Wildlife HQ • 30 minutes to Mooloolaba and a variety of beautiful Sunshine Coast beaches • 30 minutes to Australia Zoo Two sites ensure a good amount of space and privacy. A cleared grass/gravel paddock close to everything Maroochydore, Coolum and the Sunshine Coast has to offer! Our land backs onto the Maroochy River (no direct access but the boat ramp is less than 5 minute drive away) and each site is sheltered by tall trees. There are 3 defined sites with plenty of room for privacy and escape in nature. Bring your own push bike or walking shoes to explore the mangroves and bushland. We have an abundance of native wildlife and it’s a good idea to bring mozzie/insect repellent. We do have plenty of firewood available although if it’s been raining it will be best to BYO wood. We have a communal fire pit you can use (please don't camp on the grass near the fire pit). We kindly ask all campers to be 100% self-sufficient as we do not have any waste, water, or power facilities. You carry it in you carry it out. Our site is 2WD friendly although once again if it's been raining it's best to stick to the gravel roads. Please message me if you have any questions! To keep us all safe, we have some VERY IMPORTANT notes: Please stay on the gravel roads - there are deep holes and drains hidden by long grass on neighbouring blocks. These can cause damage to vehicles and you will need a tow truck to be recovered. Bring your pets, please keep them close as we have no fences.

Pink was really easy to find and if you like a bit of off the beaten track, you’ll love this. So much space!! Fire pits and a level area gave for a lovely quiet stay with a beautiful vista! Little road noise and slept like a log!!

Absolutely outstanding Hipcamp. The beautiful, peaceful setting and the use of Kayaks were much appreciated. One camper did use a generator, but let us know that his van had lost power and was being remotely repaired; we were offered the opportunity to plug in. It wasn't noisy, allowing us to recharge our own batteries. Would highly recommend the Hipcamp. Thanks Mitch and Holly for allowing us to return and enjoy your property once again.

This place is worth every cent! Wow! If you want privacy, no reception and pure off grid camping, this place is for you. The perfect reset our little family needed. Our kids have voted it's their favourite camp spot around Kenilworth. They spent hours in the water. Lawns mowed and great firepits. Highly recommen! We can't wait to come back. 🙌

Very nice in my caravan next to the pond. Peaceful and relaxing. Extended my stay from a couple of days to a week. Mitch very helpful and quick to respond to messages. A little different with the old structures but they add character to the place. Two suggestions, 1) expand and add power, 2) publicise don’t hide the history.

We had a great short Stay at Magic pond. There was a nice mowed grassy camp site with a provided fire drum. We had 3 caravans in our group with plenty of room for a communal area between us. It’s close to home so we will be back again one weekend soon.

Lots of room to spread out your just not on top of other campers. There was others camping on site 4 and 5 we were on site 2 and we felt like we were the only ones there. Nice level well kept areas, with firewood on site available for $20 a bag very much enjoyed listening to the wildlife and sitting around the campfire under the stars. Kacey is a host that lets you enjoy your privacy but is available when needed if you have any questions or issues. Directions to property were well written very easy property to find. We will return Thanks Kacey for sharing your property with us.

Space was beautiful. Lots of nature, birds, lizards, geese. Stunning sunrise and just super peaceful. Clean, tidy and mowed. Close to Bribie, Caboolture and northlakes. Instructions are easy just follow them step by step, google maps told us it was the place nextdoor but we ignored that and went to the number on the booking. Would have been nice to see the name of the place on the front gate, just so we new we weren't trespassing haha.
