UPDATE as of late July 2025 - the creek is dry.. Some of our tracks are rutted and may become slippery in wet weather. We do basic maintenance to keep access open for 4WDS. Be prepared to apply your 4WD skills.
Kobble Creek West is accessible from several locations on our property boundary. Ideal for creek exploring and rock hopping. There’s even a small lagoon now awaiting.
Check out the short hiking trails on our property (there are hike options suitable to your preferred difficulty). Bring your machete for an even greater hiking experience!
You can relax by or in the spring fed dam, explore seasonal Kobble Creek, feed the chickens or goats, spot the abundant bird life, or sit patiently and a deer or fox may appear at dusk.
Enjoy the evenings sitting around the campfire as you gaze at the stars.
All sites have sufficient spacing from other sites to ensure acceptable privacy. You are welcome to enjoy our off-grid camping with the expectation that facilities are minimal.
NOTE: Surcharges exist for a number of circumstances, including day visitors and single-night bookings. These can be found in the Extras and must be added at the time of booking for your request to be accepted.
NOTE: Please also indicate that you are 4WD and your camping platform and size as you book. This enables us to site you appropriately.
NOTE: Each site has a stand alone camping toilet bucket, located behind a small shade cloth screen near your camp site. You’ll have a seat to sit on, a lid to close, and the need to throw some Leaves and grass in each time you go.

We welcome all campers including caravans, camper trailers and tents to our Blenheim bush camp. There is a variety sites in each area featuring drive through level grass sites. We have provided toilet and shower amenities with some non-potable water to make your stay more comfortable.
Our beautiful Blenheim property has walking tracks with views of the Lockyer valley with the convenience of towns (forest hill and laidley) only 15minutes drive away. Our walking tracks will develop over time including vintage farm memorabilia and sculptures to explore. You are welcome to bring your kayak or canoe, or even have a swim in the dam.Or sit back and watch the variety of bird life and kangaroos.
Unique features include cow trough firepit and termite mound pizza oven.
Pets are allowed but must be supervised at all times and on leash if exploring.
No chainsaws but a small amount of firewood will be provided to get you started free of charge, we supply a trailer load of timber for a night fire, some split wood suitable for a cooking fire is available for $10 / bag

We are a short walk or drive from NASH Horse Treking for those who want to do a pub lunch ride on a horse. It is a fantastic experience so Google them to book. We are a very short 900m bicycle ride from the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail (BRVT) which is one of the must-do cycle treks in the southern hemisphere. If you or your crew need a place to stay while riding the trail then this is perfect for you.
The town of Esk and two major dams are very close by where you can browse the antique shops, waterski, or fish to your heart's content.
We are also close to Fernvale where there are big Sunday Markets.

You are welcome to choose your preferred spot. There's lots of tall trees for shade and the grass is lush and soft. There is a fire pit (when fires are permitted) so bring marshmallows to toast for the children.
This campsite suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower. There is access to water but no rubbish facilities are available. All rubbish has to go home with you
We have lots of wildlife in particular birds, hence dogs need to be on a leashes at all times. We are located half way between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with the bush giving our property great privacy. There is lots of opportunity for bush walking.
Prospective campers have to get on site by daylight, as there are no dedicated spots and access could be difficult.
Pets on leashes welcome.

Nice spot to explore Gold Coast hinterland from. Trust the GPS, you are heading to the right place. Site is very secluded and lots of space to set up how you want. Photo's on listing of bamboo tunnel are out of date as that is all overgrown (when we visited), so no recreating those. If you have dogs good area less than 10 mins by car. Park along Quinzeh Creek Road and head for Wickham Peak Lookout and/or Grass Tree Lookout.

We loved the open space and the bird life was amazing.it was lovely to wake up and hear the wildlife .It was so peaceful.we were lucky enough to be the only ones there for the weekend which made the experience even better .
I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We booked for damside Park 1,
And although the spot was beautiful, we felt our set-up and circumstances (toddler) would be better Suited further from the water.
Marcaus the host was extremely accomodating and took us up to the grassy spurs. It was perfect. An ideal amount of space and grass field for the kids to run around without the fear of water.
We went and paddled in the dam with the kayaks, did the goat feeding and also checked out the creek.
The track to the creek is a little overgrown, but don't let that stop you. The creek is INCREDIBLE. We hiked up it until we reached a waterhole and had a swim in the crystal clear waters there!
And the best part was, that we were able to enjoy this spot/trip with our dog Molly!
Ensure you have a capable 4x4 vehicle.
We will definitely be back in the future!

After a really hard year my soul needed to go out bush. I spent 3 nights at Somerset Valley Farm and it was exactly what I needed! Site 14 is so secluded and quiet, I only saw people walking past once on my last day.
I couldn't recommend this place more!
There was a beautiful dog that came and checked on me most days which was beautiful. The whole experience was perfect and I feel so much better, more grounded, and generally brighter.
I will be going back again on a regular basis.

We stayed at site 14 and it was perfect, tucked away at the back of the property where it was quiet and secluded. The two lovely dogs came and kept us company for the stay and loved the attention we gave them. Lots and lots of pats were given, we loved having the dogs company. Would highly recommend staying here.

We only stayed here for one night to break up a long road trip and chose it due to it being dog friendly and pretty close to the Gold Coast. The rainforest setting was lovely and the hosts were friendly. The camping area is quite small, which was fine for us as our set up is just a car with roof top tent, and there were no other campers. Would happily stay again if visiting the same area.

AWESOME location, tranquil, peaceful and very foresty... We met Anita, lovely conversation about there camp sites. Our camp was DRY RAINFOREST GROVE. Quite private and we could hear the lovely bird life afternoon and early morning.
Our first night, around 9 pm we heard a God ol'mighty sound from the forest ? After capturing the sound we discovered it well may have been a male Koala calling as it is now mating season, absolutely certain this was the sound. Recommend this camp. Well done Anita and Peter. We had an amazing time at this quiet and secluded campsite. Unfortunately, the creek wasn’t running, and there was a fire ban in place, but it didn’t take away from the peaceful atmosphere. Marcus was an excellent host - friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile by assisting me in removing a broken wheel while I was changing a tyre on my vehicle.

Great private spot close enough to drive into town but also feel like you are out in the bush. Bamboo surrounds make it feel so tropical even though you are just outside Beenleigh. A really nice little spot for a few days! Thankyou for sharing it with us.
