I. run a cattle grazing farm in Duingal, right on the Burnett River, 18km out of Gin Gin and 60km from Bundaberg. We have 100 acres of paradise with many sites to choose from, either along our 300m of Burnett river frontage or along the winding Duingal creek tucked into seclusion. For the bigger vans we have sites up on top of the property overlooking the Burnett with just a short walk down to the water. There are NO Ammenities available so own toilet is a MUST! Bring your fishing rods, kayaks and walking shoes. There's some great fishing here including barramundi, perch, yellow belly mullet, gar - and plenty of catfish to keep the kids entertained! Don’t have a kayak, no worries. We also have kayaks available for hire. We also have the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets here, with beautiful birdlife including hawks and water eagles. Great for bird watching and photography! All campsites have access to the water unless we are advised per booking. Less than 5km down the road you will find Wallaville where there is a great local Wallaville pub, and a corner store that offers great pizza. Telstra is available for communication, and we are also only 18km from Gin Gin and around 50km from Bundaberg. Campfires permitted in the designated areas only, bring your own fire pit when possible as we have a limited number of fire pits available. when fire restrictions/bans are not in place. Plenty of fallen timber around the place to collect for firewood. I suggest U bring wood for the ist night, In case it has rained & saves the hassle first up allowing U to chill out sooner 🥂 Well behaved pets welcome, but they must be kept under control and you must pick up after them. On the website a quote states, “In the late 1980’s, fossils found near Boat Mountain just outside Murgon in Southern Queensland rocked the palaeontology world. 15 new fossil species discovered here were found to be 55 million years old, predating any other Eocene period fossils found in Australia by 20 million years.” Suited to all, make a day of it and visit 55 Million Years Ago in the morning, enjoy lunch at a local winery before heading to Boat Mountain to see where they found the fossils and enjoy the sunset. We had a great time. Very private and a lovely place to while away the hours. Excellent directions and support from the host made this an ideal weekend get away. We will definitely look at returning. The site was huge and we had no problem manoeuvring our caravan into the spot. The dogs loved wandering on lead around the river edge. Thanks so much for having us. We really enjoyed the stay.

I had a fabulous stay next to the billabong and creek with abundant birds and wildlife in a secluded, grassy location next to the water so my self and my dog could cool off in the heat. Tracey was an extremely friendly and helpful host who made me feel very welcome. I saw a huge lungfish, goannas and other lizards, snakes on the other side of the creek, Rakali (native water rats), a huge list of birds, including a pair of resident azure kingfishers and red backed fairy wrens. I am really looking forward to my next visit!

Follow the directions written out not google maps. Great place beautiful scenery and some pretty good facilities, 4 or so cold showers and some drop holes nice undercover area and Wayne was great. Pretty much plug in the utopia falls rock pools from the Maryborough side and follow that in the dirt road past the brick utopia hut and a place called reeds residents, follow that road down a fair way till just past a creek crossing (was dry when I went)

We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere initiated by John. Lot's of room for us in the Main Camp. My 7.7m long Mitsubishi Rosa (bus to motorhome conversion) handled the interesting track in from the main road without any issues at all. I quite like this park and look forward to future camps there.

Absolutely magic spot on a beautiful part of the Burnett River. Amazing sunrise in one direction and spectacular sunset in the other. This section of river is so perfect for kayaking. The river is teaming with lung fish, birdlife, fish and we even saw platypus right at our campsite. The waterfalls downstream were a lovely surprise. Our campsite was absolute river front and bliss. We awoke to birdsong in the mornings and the nights were peaceful. 10/10

We loved the peace and tranquility of this place. You will never find a packed camping cause Wayne takes care of this land and the people that come here to rest in nature. Kitchen is fully equipped and bathroom are in great conditions. Rock pools are really close from here and I highly recommend to summit Mt. Walsh. Enjoy your stay as we did!!

We set up camp in a shady, flat area next to and well above the flowing creek. It was a beautiful spot and the bird life spectacular! It was a short walk to the swimming hole and flying fox. This & the kayaks were great fun. The swimming hole was in a shady grove that provided a cool and relaxing spot to watch & relax! There were three beautiful horses roaming free that were gentle & friendly too! We can't wait to come back!!
