We have many panoramic campsites for you to choose from. These are suited to anyone with the swag, tent, camper, caravan, or motorhome. You must be self-sufficient, with your own toilet, and we kindly ask you take all waste when you go. For those who prefer the comforts of home we have a bunkhouse which sleeps 10 and has electricity, water, flush toilet, shower, stove, microwave and TV. Linen is not supplied. If you are driving 2wd, or 4wd towing a caravan or a big trailer and GPS takes you through Mountain View Rd - do not go that way - go through Dayboro Rd. For those without transport Dakabin train station is 25 min from the farm. Pick up and drop off to the station can be arranged. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants less than 10 min away.

We have a mini pig (Splat) that has her own paddock but she likes to socialise. I'm waiting for fencer to get her back in her paddock again. She loves affection.. 😆 She is super gentle and loves belly rubs and pats. sometimes the horses are at nearby agistment so, ask if the horses cam be here for your visit. Baby animals are seasonal, ducklings and baby chicks in summer and lambs after winter roughly. There are a couple of small playgrounds, clean double flushing toilets, picnic tables, gas bbq and chairs for your convenience and a nice above ground pool to stay cool in. We have firewood for sale, and I make a great expresso coffee if your a coffee lover, like myself. Bring some cash for firewood, coffee and other bits and pieces. There's a kids surprise cupboard, with toys to borrow, for sale or Make a donation and buy it... The $45 camp fee pays for 2 adults and 1 child. Just message me about extra guests as hipcamp adding extras doesn't work properly. You can pay by cash or transfer on arrival if necessary. Extra adults campers I will discount to $15 instead of $20 adults and $5 for kids. We also offer day visits for $5 per person. Plenty of room for caravans, buses and horse floats. I have a round yard and horse yards and horses are $10 per horse/night to cover water costs. BYO hay. Wivenhoe Dam, Atkinson Dam and the Brisbane river are all closeby. The famous rail trail that a lot of horse riders and cyclists enjoy is just a klm down the road. (keep an eye out for koalas) Hope to see you soon at the farm. If you do an instant booking and I don't see it or reply, don't stress, as your welcome to drive on in and straight up the laneway to the back paddock area. I'm sure you will see other campers too and set up where ever you like. Just close gates again and I will meet you later if we are out. There’s even a small lagoon now awaiting. Check out the short hiking trails on our property (there are hike options suitable to your preferred difficulty). Bring your machete for an even greater hiking experience! You can relax by or in the spring fed dam, explore seasonal Kobble Creek, feed the chickens or goats, spot the abundant bird life, or sit patiently and a deer or fox may appear at dusk. Enjoy the evenings sitting around the campfire as you gaze at the stars. All sites have sufficient spacing from other sites to ensure acceptable privacy. We have firewood for sale, and I make a great expresso coffee if your a coffee lover, like myself. Bring some cash for firewood, coffee and other bits and pieces. There's a kids surprise cupboard, with toys to borrow, for sale or Make a donation and buy it... The $45 camp fee pays for 2 adults and 1 child. Just message me about extra guests as hipcamp adding extras doesn't work properly. You can pay by cash or transfer on arrival if necessary. Extra adults campers I will discount to $15 instead of $20 adults and $5 for kids. We also offer day visits for $5 per person. Plenty of room for caravans, buses and horse floats. I have a round yard and horse yards and horses are $10 per horse/night to cover water costs. BYO hay. Wivenhoe Dam, Atkinson Dam and the Brisbane river are all closeby. The famous rail trail that a lot of horse riders and cyclists enjoy is just a klm down the road. (keep an eye out for koalas) Hope to see you soon at the farm. If you do an instant booking and I don't see it or reply, don't stress, as your welcome to drive on in and straight up the laneway to the back paddock area. Our venue and campgrounds are situated at the old Jimna State School property. The school closed in 2009 with the last students attending in 2006. It was then sold by the Qld government and has been rezoned as a Camping, Recreation and Events Venue. We have retained all the old school facilities for our campers to enjoy. There is a children’s playground and multi-purpose tennis court for everyone to enjoy. We provide tennis rackets, balls and basketballs free of charge to our campers. There is also no charge or fee to use the court. On most Sundays afternoons (weather permitting), we have social tennis where everyone is welcome to join in. The old school toilet blocks have the addition of hot showers and all toilet facilities are the flushing type. Loved it so much! Wish we stayed more than one night! Brad was super nice, helped with the fire (because we are hopeless) ensured we were set with firewood giving us tips along the way, gave us a DOZEN eggs for the morning and a pan (which will be used a lot) and encouraged us to explore around. We did not need to drive anywhere, and I will definitely be coming back with more friends. Amazing price for what you get and so worth the cows visiting in the morning! Thank you so much again!
