Somerset Dam is 40minutes away and you are able to use your own motorised equipment there. We are more expensive per person than other camp sites. We don’t charge for pets, nor do we charge to use our 6 onsite canoes, nor do we charge extra for hot showers or rubbish removal, we have guest wifi. Our 1km private driveway is rough but if driven to conditions a 2wd has no issues. I have a 2wd and drive in and out multiple times per day. Most of the time space is abundant however if choosing to come on a long weekend, Easter or New Years expect it to be a lot busier than your average weekend with larger groups camping together, however still plenty of space between groups. You won’t ever have to trip over your neighbours tent ropes here. Eco friendly lakefront and near to lake front sites. Please don’t arrive expecting lakefront, our sites are all near to and Depending on group size not everyone will have lake frontage. We can never guarantee requests. We assign sites based on numbers and camping equipment. Furtherest camp spot is approximately 500m from amenities block, however porta loos are located in the remote site but it’s a walk or drive back to the showers. Flushing toilets and 2 hot showers available in main area. Please note: toilet cartridges are not to be emptied into our toilets. Take it home or dispose at dump point at Woodford Showgrounds We provide unpowered Bush camping, and we try to keep the camp sites as natural as possible, no flat pads. There is lots of space for the kids to run or take the dog for a walk on the lead. If you are organising a celebration (eg wedding/birthday) please send an enquiry first so we can discuss your needs. Please note if you’re wanting a function the price is $5500 which gives you sole use of the property up to 70 campers for 2 nights. (We live onsite) please also note we abide by noise restrictions and we do not allow amplified music and noise needs to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. We will allow up to 120 people onsite cost $7500. These prices include early entry Friday from 10am and late departure Sunday by 4pm. Extra accommodation available at extra cost. One of the highlights of our campground is its proximity to the river. You'll have easy access to one of two river access tracks, just a short stroll away. As you approach the river, you'll be greeted by the soothing shade provided by the surrounding trees. Other Things to Note Access to the property involves crossing a dip ( at the moment the continual rain has washed some of the dip soil at the base so it is a bit d lower, low clearance vans maybe not suited) and a causeway . This track is almost always accessible by 2WD. Contact us regarding crossing conditions and wet weather access before your stay. Toilet facilities are not available and bush toilets are NOT permitted. Campers must bring their own camping toilets and take all waste when they go. Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits, based on weather conditions. Firewood is available for $15.per bag this is in the shade shelter with the fire pits if there isn't one at your site. Our 1000 acres mountain top working cattle and horses farm is only 45 minutes from Brisbane CBD. It offers spectacular Glasshouse mountains and ocean views. From many parts of the farm you have a beautiful views encompassing Malenny, Glasshouse Mountains , Bribie island, Moreton Island, Stradbroke Island, Redcliffe and Brisbane Port Site. We have a beautiful deepwater lake that's perfect for swimming, canoeing. The property is traversed by a number of rain forested creeks and ravines which are perfect for adventure hiking and rock climbing. We can also take you horse riding around the farm for a couple of hours or to the local winery if you prefer longer ride. We cater for all levels of riding. We have many panoramic campsites for you to choose from. These are suited to any one with the swag, tent, camper, caravan or motorhome. You need to be self sufficient. For those liking the comforts of home we have a bunkhouse which sleeps 10 and has electricity, water, flush toilet, shower, stove, microwave and TV. Linen is not supplied. If you are driving 2wd, or 4wd towing a caravan or a big trailer and GPS takes you through Mountain View rd., do not go that way, go through Dayboro rd. For those without transport Dakabin train station is 25 min from the farm. Pick up and drop off to the station can be arranged. Site one and two are located on the hillside looking west to Mount Cooroy and are best suited for couples. Riverdell is 166 acres located on the eastern side of the Blackall Range extending down to the Mooloolah River headwaters. Escape off grid to enjoy the peace and quiet, watch the cattle grazing in the paddocks, spot the native birdlife or cuddle up by the fire in your own secluded paradise. Sunrises are spectacular while sunsets by open campfire are also a highlight of the Riverdell experience. Take a short walk up the creek, west of The Junction carpark above the camp site to see some scenic rockpools and waterfalls in the cool of the rainforest canopy. There is plenty to do and see in the area including exploring nearby Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, Gardeners Falls, Kondalilla National Park, Australia Zoo, indulge in a tasting at the Barrel at Clouds Vineyard opposite the front gate, stroll through Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World or take a short drive to some of Australia’s most beautiful beaches. Access during daylight hours via 4WD ONLY with AT or MT off-road Tyres, RT Tyres are not permitted due to the steepness of the tracks. Off-road camper trailers are suitable for some campsites (max weight 1500kg and max length 5m restrictions apply). Caravans are not permitted due to the steep terrain. A Portaloo is within walking distance to The Knoll, Upper Plateau, Valley View and Little Bunya campsites, otherwise your camp MUST be self-contained. Riverdell is dog friendly, off leash if trained, and recommend tick treatment before arrival. For safety, no arrivals after dark unless arranged prior.

Positioned near the river's origin in the hinterland, the river is a habitat for the platypus, Mary River Cod, and other native animals, including the critically endangered White-throated Snapping Turtle. One of the highlights of our campground is its proximity to the river. You'll have easy access to one of two river access tracks, just a short stroll away. As you approach the river, you'll be greeted by the soothing shade provided by the surrounding trees. The river itself offers a diverse range of experiences, from calm and shallow areas perfect for kids to play safely, to exciting rapids and refreshing rock pools for adventurers of all ages, with water depth varying depending on seasonal conditions. For those who love water activities, our campground offers a fantastic opportunity for kayaking along the river. Other Things to Note Access to the property involves crossing a dip ( at the moment the continual rain has washed some of the dip soil at the base so it is a bit d lower, low clearance vans maybe not suited) and a causeway . This track is almost always accessible by 2WD. Contact us regarding crossing conditions and wet weather access before your stay. Toilet facilities are not available and bush toilets are NOT permitted. Campers must bring their own camping toilets and take all waste when they go. Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits, based on weather conditions. Firewood is available for $15.per bag this is in the shade shelter with the fire pits if there isn't one at your site. We would appreciate if you could return your bags pls. Generators are permitted, we ask that these are turned off by 8pm for the comfort of other guests and our neighbours across the river.

From many parts of the farm you have a beautiful views encompassing Malenny, Glasshouse Mountains , Bribie island, Moreton Island, Stradbroke Island, Redcliffe and Brisbane Port Site. We have a beautiful deepwater lake that's perfect for swimming, canoeing. The property is traversed by a number of rain forested creeks and ravines which are perfect for adventure hiking and rock climbing. We can also take you horse riding around the farm for a couple of hours or to the local winery if you prefer longer ride. We cater for all levels of riding. We have many panoramic campsites for you to choose from. These are suited to any one with the swag, tent, camper, caravan or motorhome. You need to be self sufficient. For those liking the comforts of home we have a bunkhouse which sleeps 10 and has electricity, water, flush toilet, shower, stove, microwave and TV. Linen is not supplied. If you are driving 2wd, or 4wd towing a caravan or a big trailer and GPS takes you through Mountain View rd., do not go that way, go through Dayboro rd. For those without transport Dakabin train station is 25 min from the farm. Pick up and drop off to the station can be arranged. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants less than 10 min away.

The Mary River water level is determined by rain fall. We are just 10 mins down the road from Booloumba Creek and Falls and the famous Kenilworth Bakery. Kenilworth and 10 minutes from Conondale National Park and the Booloumba Creek and Falls. The farm has been in my family for nearly 80 years, four generations and these campsites have been hosting people for a very long time. I remember staying there as a little girl with a girl guide group.

By night, sit by the firepit and gaze up at the stars while listening to the sounds of nature on the fig tree swinging chair. The outdoor bathtub is available for hire for the evening with prior notice, and will come with beautiful dried flowers, natural bath salts charged at $38 per use. We recommend our guests bring swimmers for the bath. During your stay you will have access to our outdoor shower and composting toilet with a view. These facilities are shared by 1 other person or if another camper stays, and we kindly request that our guests are mindful of water consumption as we are on tank water. We offer complimentary kayaks and tyre tubes for guests use, BYO life jackets if required. Bring your fishing rod and fish from your camp or a kayak. You can try panning for gold in the river. The road to the campsite is an all-weather access road. The campsite is also easily accessible with 2WD vehicles. A FAIR USE POLICY applies to guests who intend to camp as one party. 170 acre private Water Ski Park, nestled in bushland. We no longer offer motorised water sports. NO UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO BRING or USE MOTORISED EQUIPMENT ON OUR PRIVATE LAKE. Somerset Dam is 40minutes away and you are able to use your own motorised equipment there. We are more expensive per person than other camp sites. Please note this includes hipcamp fees and charges and you are covered by hipcamp insurance. We don’t charge for pets, nor do we charge to use our 6 onsite canoes, nor do we charge extra for hot showers or rubbish removal, we have guest wifi. Our 1km private driveway is rough but if driven to conditions a 2wd has no issues. I have a 2wd and drive in and out multiple times per day. Most of the time space is abundant however if choosing to come on a long weekend, Easter or New Years expect it to be a lot busier than your average weekend with larger groups camping together, however still plenty of space between groups. You won’t ever have to trip over your neighbours tent ropes here. Eco friendly lakefront and near to lake front sites. Please don’t arrive expecting lakefront, our sites are all near to and Depending on group size not everyone will have lake frontage. We can never guarantee requests. We assign sites based on numbers and camping equipment. Furtherest camp spot is approximately 500m from amenities block, however porta loos are located in the remote site but it’s a walk or drive back to the showers. Flushing toilets and 2 hot showers available in main area. Please note: toilet cartridges are not to be emptied into our toilets. Take it home or dispose at dump point at Woodford Showgrounds We provide unpowered Bush camping, and we try to keep the camp sites as natural as possible, no flat pads. There is lots of space for the kids to run or take the dog for a walk on the lead. If you are organising a celebration (eg wedding/birthday) please send an enquiry first so we can discuss your needs. Please note if you’re wanting a function the price is $5500 which gives you sole use of the property up to 70 campers for 2 nights. (We live onsite) please also note we abide by noise restrictions and we do not allow amplified music and noise needs to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. We will allow up to 120 people onsite cost $7500. These prices include early entry Friday from 10am and late departure Sunday by 4pm. Extra accommodation available at extra cost. There is plenty of water for swimming and kayaking.All vehicle access. Entry from 12.00pm, Early arrivals incur a fee of $5per person includes Children and providing there is space available. Please use Cove Road or Old Cove road as a pin then work off the address after confirmation from these spots. We have a great supply of locally sourced firewood, $20 per bag 20kg-25kg and we strongly discourage wood brought on from other areas due to biosecurity concerns. We have firepits at all campsites and adhere to any fire restrictions. We do not supply BBQ’s please bring your own. Please come to our reception building on the way in, as we need to check everybody in, visitors to your camp site need to sign in and pay a day fee. Buranga Farm

Buranga Farm is a small organic family-run farm on 60 acres in the Noosa hinterland only ten minutes from Peregian Beach. The property is largely flat with a hill on the Eastern side and a ridgeline at the very back of the property. There are plenty of cleared open areas as well as a mix of lightly treed and native vegetation. Site one and two are located on the hillside looking west to Mount Cooroy and are best suited for couples. Sites three and four share a large open grassed area the flows down to the main dam that offers great swimming. All areas of the property are open to campers to walk through and explore. The farm comprises a series of ponds near the road that are in the process of being renovated for Red Claw Crayfish. There are fruit trees and veggie gardens around the house, as well as a horse and house cow that guests are welcome to interact with. The balance of the land is either grazed by our small herd of Murray Grey Cattle or set aside for regeneration. Dog friendly. Simle composting/drop toilet available.

One of the highlights of our campground is its proximity to the river. You'll have easy access to one of two river access tracks, just a short stroll away. As you approach the river, you'll be greeted by the soothing shade provided by the surrounding trees. The river itself offers a diverse range of experiences, from calm and shallow areas perfect for kids to play safely, to exciting rapids and refreshing rock pools for adventurers of all ages, with water depth varying depending on seasonal conditions. For those who love water activities, our campground offers a fantastic opportunity for kayaking along the river. Other Things to Note Access to the property involves crossing a dip ( at the moment the continual rain has washed some of the dip soil at the base so it is a bit d lower, low clearance vans maybe not suited) and a causeway . This track is almost always accessible by 2WD. Contact us regarding crossing conditions and wet weather access before your stay. Toilet facilities are not available and bush toilets are NOT permitted. Campers must bring their own camping toilets and take all waste when they go. Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits, based on weather conditions. Firewood is available for $15.per bag this is in the shade shelter with the fire pits if there isn't one at your site. We would appreciate if you could return your bags pls. Generators are permitted, we ask that these are turned off by 8pm for the comfort of other guests and our neighbours across the river.
