Tiger's Rest is a vacant piece of land on both sides of the Pacific Highway with over 30acres of protected Koala forest. A tunnel connects both sides under highway. There is a spring fed dam to swim in. The property does get wet after big rain but there is always a dry spot to find for a good night's sleep. PLEASE NOTE: Highway noise depends on when you camp and which direction the wind is blowing in. :-) Guests must be full self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities. We so enjoyed our 3 nights at the farm. Allan and Ngaire are very welcoming. This place is above and beyond what is expected at a Hipcamp. Hot shower with a view and immaculately clean toilet facilities, fire pits benches to enjoy the view. Well kept lawn. Views everywhere. We had heaps of space. We will be back for sure.

A very peaceful location all to yourself so close to town and the beach. Well set up with some solar lights, fire-pit, table, benches and swing. The dogs loved the freedom and there are some great off lead dog beaches close by. The elevated location meant we also had some lovely cooling breezes.

Gorgeous spot, so peaceful and with incredible views. The toilet, outdoor shower and playroom are fantastic. My 4 year old spent most of her time in there, and the hosts even put out pictures for her to colour in which we so appreciated. All this plus the bonus swing, fire pits and benches. We are planning our return trip already, honestly couldn’t fault it. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Cabarita Beach Station

Amazing location and upon arrival we were greeted with a delightful space lite with lovely solar lights, surrounded by crickets and frogs and the sound of the ocean! It felt like “coming home”. This is our second time visiting and Scott the host is very responsive and easy to talk to. We will always recommend this location and being so close to town and beach it’s a perfect place to camp. There is a bbq table and fire pit with ample seating and beautiful swing for the kiddos to enjoy. We will be back in the new year!

Sugar beach ranch is a really special place. Right on the beach with gorgeous forest and horse paddocks surrounding. The campsite is lovely with nice shady trees, toilet and water. I took my horse for a horse stay which was awesome for sunrise and sunset rides. It’s a nice spot with a horse or without. The pool is lovely too. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed staying at this Hipcamp It was my first ever time doing a solo camping adventure All the instructions on how to get there were very clear and after I set up in a great location Tom came around and checked up on. Everybody made sure everything was fine and although the weather wasn’t great I had a wonderfully peaceful night and was woken up in the morning of the resident Cows. I wished I had a booked an extra night, but I definitely will be back

Just spent a couple of days at Suzanne and Paul's farm. Cows on 200 acres The camp area is quite small. That said perfect with fantastic coffee and cafe on site and super clean toilet facilities all to ourselves. Owners and their staff working in the cafe were super friendly and very easy going. Decent pub just down the road and Pottsville 10 mins by car. Northern rivers rail track is a stone throw away.
