The large and open level grassy area is perfect for tents, caravans and RVs. A flushing toilet and a hot water shower are available. Phone reception is pretty reliable. There is a deep swimming hole close by, wonderful for a dip, snorkling, gold panning... At the edge of the swimming hole is mowed grass area for relaxing. Children are welcome, although to be supervised at all times. We also have a designated campfire area with firewood supplied on arrival and additional available if requested. Accessing Site 1 can be undertaken with a 2wd. If you are towing a trailer with a 2wd, I might be able to help. Please let me know if you might need me to give you a hand. We feed animals twice daily and you are welcome to join the team on feeding rounds (9:00 - 15:00). Animals will be in the vicinity of your camp site. In the sheep paddock, a soft fence will be provided. Please do not feed the animals. We have piles of fire wood and you will be directed to which piles you can use. You will be self sufficient; however, There is a washing machine, toilet and showers near the main house, please ask the host if you would like to use these. With sanctuary tours being delivered on the property, please keep all items with your tent, van or annex. Please do not allow any rubbish to be eaten by the animals. Luckystars is a sanctuary for animals and people alike, please be respectful and keen the noise down, particular after dark.
