Set up your tent or pop-up trailer in Yucca Campground, crack open a delicious microbrew and relax! These sunny sites offer amazing mountain views and lots of wide open space to do your own “the hills are alive,” Sound of Music thing. There’s even space for your group, including a walk-in site away from the rest of the grounds. The campground does ask you keep it hush-hush between 10p.m. and 6a.m. but you’ll be so enamored with the wide open starry skies or sunrise at those times, you won’t need words.

I was passing through CO on I-25 and stayed the night here. Great campsite. Stayed in the Yucca campground, spot 2. Had a great view of the lake and golf course. Saw tons of wildlife and had no one around me. There was enough room to park my truck and Uhaul but the campsite was a little bit away from the car so it didn't feel like car camping all that much. Brand new fire pit and concrete pad.

Good view in the morning from the tentSurrounded by mountains and the lake.Yucca
