Primitive camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Driving a short while on a dirt path leads into a nice area surrounded by many willow trees of the area, around a turn on the dirt path opens up to a large open area. The open area consists of fine soil, lots of dry grass during the winter and and a dry creek at the edge of the property. This area is great for camping and listed activities. The nearby town has much much more to do in nature featuring fishing, camping, horseback riding and hiking. The property is on the other side of the creek. Be careful of spiky ground plants. Have fun and enjoy all that there is available! Please leave nature as it was when you arrived! In addition to previous information the winters are likely harsh with a lot of snow, and summers hot and dry from the sun. I recommend bringing water jugs for hydration, consider clearing away much brush in order to have a safe spot for any rebuilding. There's no noise ordnance and the idea of wilderness camping can be implemented here with the right equipment for the amount of time you wish to stay. Again enjoy the area and feel free to explore safely!
