Wow is this place a hidden gem! Absolutely our highest recommendation. Yes itâs beautiful yes itâs tranquil yes it feels safe but more than that this place has a special vibe. We stayed one night and had a great hike with the dogs up to Sunset Ridge. Clean water, clean hookups and great WiFi. Next time weâll stay longer and bring our mt bikes. Theyâre putting in a few frisbee golf holes and weâll be back for that too. The family that takes care of this trust land really cares and it shows.

Past trip
Woods - tent camping
in Greenman Gardens, TennesseeWe stayed at Richard's place for one night and it was great. We were on our way through and Richard took care of us. We have a truck camper and it worked out perfectly. The bathroom is fantastic - clean and steam-punkish and the outdoor shower was hot and welcome after a long day on the road. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Thanks Richard!

Site 1 - Horse Creek Adventures: RV sites
in Horse Creek Adventures, IowaLoved this place! We didn't know a thing about the Loess Hills - turns out they're an incredibly unique geologic occurrence and one of the most beautiful places we've visited. Our site had everything we needed - power, water and great hikes from our camper. We will definitely be back!

Site 4 - P2 Rendezvous Adult Tent Camp
in P2 Rendezvous Retreat Camp - CLOSED FOR 2021, MinnesotaIt's hard to review or rate a place that's off the charts like P2!! We were absolutely blown away when we arrived. The property is immaculate and the hosts (Pam and Pat) are incredibly gracious. P2 Rendezvous isn't just a place to stay, it is an experience in relaxation and reflection. We loved staying here so much that we'll likely change our summer plans so we can stay here again!

Site 3 - Elmer's Cove
in Elmer's Cove, MaineWild and beautiful
Al's campsites on the shore of Elmer's Cove in Cobscook Bay are exceptional! We camped in our truck camper for four nights and explored the Bold Coast and local towns. We went on great hikes and every night had a nice shower and a toasty fire. Al supplies everything you need - read his instructions, lots of good info in there. The spring water that Al supplies is really good - definitely worth mentioning. The firewood is plentiful and burns nicely. We loved our time there, it was wild, beautiful, totally peaceful, and we'll definitely come back.
Sunset view at Stonewall rv/camper
in Campsites at Stonewall, New YorkWhat a great place. We really enjoyed our stay here. Ralph was super communicative and accommodating. The horses are beautiful (the ponies too!). We arrived a bit late after a grueling drive and we immediately relaxed and enjoyed the surroundings. We took a nice walk in the morning and introduced our puppy to a couple of horses. We're looking forward to our next stay.

Site #1
in Glamp Games Retreat, IllinoisWhat a great spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quinn's Glamp Games Retreat. If I was a kid I wouldn't want to leave. Grass, woods, trails and a big barn full of games. Everything was in great shape and we enjoyed a few games of cornhole. This place was easy to find, peaceful, private... pretty much perfect as far as we're concerned. Our dog enjoyed it too - she was able to run, roam and sniff.
Judy's Geta Way
in Judy's Geta Way, North CarolinaGreat spot!
Camping at Judy's place was a wonderful break on our drive west. We arrived early and had time to hike on the trail behind her house. What a great way to unwind after a day on the road. We camped with our truck camper and parked next to a big tree in the field - it was perfect. We'll be back next year.

Lakeside Camping, Mountain Views!
in Lakeside Ranch Hideaway, ColoradoA perfect overnite stay
Jamie's property was perfect for us and we are so glad we stayed there. We were only there for one night but it was easy to get to, close to town and really beautiful. We watched a beautiful sunset, checked out the stars and had a great night sleep. We didn't use the lake but saw people paddleboarding and kayaking. The site was private and protected by a nice stand of pine trees.
