It's a well maintained camp and both times I used it I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.
The camp site was beautiful, the stars were bright and the crickets were going crazy. There were active fire flies while I was there, and not having seen any in person before, it was very cool. When we take this road trip again this site will be putting this site on our list.

Such a beautiful and quiet campsite off the beaten path. The fire pit and seating areas were wonderful and we enjoyed hiking the trails. We’ll definitely be staying again!

It was a bit far off 80, down a dirt road for our one night stay as we traveled through Nebraska. Once at that site we were the only ones there so it was a nice and quiet.
Perfect site if you need a field to park your RV. Electric hook up. Access to water. Dirt field. No questions. If you are looking for more traditional camp site for tent, car, or even tear drop camping, this may not be for you. Tried 2 times over a year and gave up both times due to the clouds of biting flies and lack of privacy. Ended up at a motel.

On a dirt road in the middle of nowhere, this was a nice find. Great hiking and biking right from the campsite. Nice hook ups with plentiful water. Each site had its own exterior light that came on automatically at dark and then went off sometime after I fell asleep. Miles and miles and miles of nice dirt roads to walk or bike. All the farmers in the area were very friendly, giving me a wide birth as I rode my bicycle down the road, and all of them waved to me. This is the American heartland at its best.

My husband and I loved staying here- so peaceful and beautiful scenery! Nice treat to have a hose nearby and thankful for the wood left for our fire. So glad we found this place and would definitely return!
This is a unique camping location! Took a bit to find down all the gravel roads, but definitely worth the drive! The site offered a peaceful stay with all the amenities of a camp site of a state park, but done up in a very country back roads kind of way! Sleeping under the stars and falling asleep to the summer sound of bugs was amazing!
Overall, this is a really amazing place and would be great for camping for a couple of days. As many reviews mention, the drive-in is simply beautiful. The land is maintained generally well all hook ups worked effectively, and we were able to dump our trash on the way out.
The nuance I will add to this review is that these are not traditional spots you would find at a campground. It took some creativity for us to get our 37 foot travel trailer into a place where we had access to the hookups.
The only negative part was that it was the worst mosquitoes I have ever experienced in my entire life. We only stayed overnight and would sprint from the car into the camper to avoid the mosquitoes. I personally don’t know how anyone could sit outside and enjoy the view and weather with the mosquitoes. It’s not necessarily something the owners can do something about, but it’s worth being advised.

Potters Pefect Pasture was a delight! It was clean and groomed well for a camping area. I had the place to myself it was awesome. Turned out to be more than I thought. I hope to book it on my way home.

Great quiet spot for the night. Down 8 ish mile gravel road that’s well grated and easy to travel. Didnt get a chance to mountain bike but it looked inviting.
The place was decent, but my only complaint is that I reached out to the owners three to
Times , once by phone and twice by text, with questions. Surprisingly, I didn’t receive any response, and they never showed up at the site. Additionally, I encountered connectivity issues, which prevented me from accessing the internet and checking in. Overall, it was a bit frustrating.
However, I appreciate Hip Camp for the opportunity to meet new people and make friends.

Two of the best days of my life. We had space 7 at the end with no one in 1-6 on July 4 weekend. This place is an isolated oasis. The trails were wonderful. My dogs had the best time.
Such a unique and amazing spot! Legitimately the most incredible terrain in Nebraska. Our campsite was easy to find and we got there just in time to catch sunset. Would 100% recommend.

Potters Pasture was a fun quick trip. It is remote down several miles of dirt road with no wifi nor cell reception unless you bike or hike to the top of the biking path across the way. If you are hoping for a great bike experience, skip it. The recent fire has washed out some areas and it has not been maintained. There is a bit of ash a bit dusty when trekking. No need to reserve in advance, pick a spot & pay when you get there. Lively nighttime howlers and curious critters will keep you entertained. Luke had the place nicely mowed & well maintained. Check the portapotties before you sit though.
Pups and I are many times repeat campers. I cannot think of a better review than that!
If you love seclusion, this is your place. I regret I could only stay a day as this has a good trail system around it. I may return just for that. I
The campsites are tucked under tall trees against a hill, with wonderful western views of the sunset. One thing to note is the entrances are quite subtle so keep an eye out as you approach the address and the garage referenced in the direction is no longer there so don’t use that for reference.

Quiet, peaceful sites, beautiful drive thru the rolling hills to get there. A hidden gem for sure!
The only downdide is zero service, wasn't expecting the dead zone, so just mentioning that so others are prepared.
Such a cool spot though, would definitely return!
We had the whole site all to ourselves it seemed. We were able to pick our location to set up. The site provided water and electric hookups. No Internet available like Hipcamp listing said, and bathrooms were porta potties. It looked like the site had been hit by a wildfire, though. We went hiking through some of it, and everything was charred. It was a surreal experience.

The campground is spacious, with open spaces and trees, and different camp sites so you can have privacy. Luke is very responsive and considerate.

I messed up my reservation and we were arriving a night early. I called Luke, fortunately his number was on his Hipcamp page, and it wasn’t a problem. We were actually the only ones in the area, being the second week of November. We arrived in the dark and were able to figure out the site layout. My dogs loved being able to run around off leash for the first time in weeks and gave the site four paws up. Luke was driving down the road as we were leaving and rolled down his window to chat with us a bit. Overall an enjoyable experience!
